• Frances (10/5): Exceptional! - Love how this place is so close to the Vatican, and the room was fantastic. The owner is very kind, and the rooms were cleaned daily which was nice. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.
• Katherine (7/5): - Allowed me to check in early. Bed was comfortable and location was pretty good. Was able to walk to the basilica, pantheon, piazza navona. Easy pickup for taxis. Had lots of restaurants close by. A couple bugs were found on the floor and the blanket of the bed when we arrived. The checkout process requires paying a city tax at the end of the stay in cash. I had an early morning train and realized I did not leave the city tax, only some tip for cleaning the room. I messaged one of the owners as soon as I realized while I was in the cab and sent it through PayPal. An hour later I received a somewhat hostile message from the other host stating “ You must leave 30€ of city tax, instead you left only 4€…How you want to pay the missing 26€???” There was no communication between the two owners.

• Natividad (8/5): Aceptable para unos días. - La cercanía al Vaticano y Basílica de San Pedro es buena, hay mucho comercio alrededor, varías líneas de autobus en la puerta y tren. Bus en la puerta para ir a la plaza de Venecia, en 10 minutos estas allí (ahí estarías en el centro de todos los lugares de interés) Lucas, está atento de tu llegada y estancia. Nosotros alquilamos la suite relax con una habitación con cama de matrimonio, un salón con sofá cama y una barra/mueble con vajilla básica para desayunar (nevera, microondas, cafetera con cápsulas para café, té, azucar y echamos de menos una tostadora). Hay champú, gel y un secador en el aseo. Las camas (el sofá cama es para niños, un adulto complicado), almohadas y limpieza, podían mejorar. Se escucha un poco a las personas que están también en la instancia, ya que es una casa grande dividida en 4 apartamentos dentro. También pensamos que la altura del apartamento era más alta. Hay que pagar un "impuesto de alquiler" de 5€ por persona y noche (entre 45€ y 60€) que tienes que pagar en la instancia en metálico al llegar. Es un importe aparte de lo que pagas por el apartamento en la web. Nosotros, lo supimos después de haber reservado, no sabíamos de su existencia, por lo que el importe final fue mayor de lo esperado. Lo puntos de interés caminando (valorar si vas con niños); Coliseo a 47 minutos. Basílica de San Pedro 10 minutos. Vaticano a 16 minutos. Trastevere a 26 minutos. Panteon, Fontana a 25 minutos. Campo di fiori a 25 minutos.
• Steven (9/5): Great location, clean and had everything you need. - Great location near the Vatican with a wonderful view, lots of cafes and shops around. Had everything you needed for a short stay. Fridge and microwave were handy. Felt secure and hosts replied quickly to any questions. Only niggle was that it could have done with another power socket near the bed as charging phones etc overnight ready for a new day of exploring was a bit tricky with only one socket.

• Aneta (8/5): Location and the window’s view were amazing. - I like the location the most because it's right next to the Vatican, and that the room is small but modernly furnished. I don't like that the windows are old and leaky, so you could hear everything from the street, and besides, the room was cold, so you had to turn on the air conditioning to heat it.

• Michelle (9/5): Good location, comfortable - Everything was great. It’s self check-in and the instructions were very easy to follow. The building is new and modern. In terms of location it’s right around the Vatican as well as on a main street that services six buses if you are into public transportation. The Wi-Fi worked well, several cafés within walking distance that open early and close late. Ample towels were provided. The air-conditioning worked well. The only odd thing is that when people would open the door next to our door would somehow jiggle and it sounded like someone was breaking in. Otherwise, all the keys and everything were very easy to navigate.
• Angela (7/5): Clean and comfortable, short walk to Vatican and lots of places to eat nearby after a day of walking - The location is perfect for exploring the Vatican City predominantly whilst Rome historical centre is a short walk away across the Tevere. Close to San Pietro station and felt like a safe neighbourhood too. Check-in and check out were very easy and it was nice to have a small balcony which we would have made more use of had the weather been better. The room we had didn't have a view of the basilica so if this is what you're after it's probably worth double-checking. The room was cleaned and serviced every day which was also very welcome and we were provided with additional towels straightaway once we notified the owners that hand towels were missing. Communication was brilliant, cannot fault at all. A safe in the wardrobe would have been welcome. Also, as there is no breakfast provided you can use the small preparation area. We would have liked to have had a choice of glasses to use as there were only tumblers and no wine or Prosecco glasses. Also, only bowls for breakfast; some small side plates to put a brioche or toast would have been good. There is also no sink in the kitchen and we would have washed crockery and glasses so we could have used more than once. More cutlery would also be a plus, tea towel etc.

Friendly staff, always on the phone if you need anything. Clean room. One disadvantage, very thin walls in the apartment, you can hear everything.
• Ioana Corina (10/5): Great place with easy access to Vatican St Peter’s square - It was exactly like in the photos. 10 minutes walk to St Peter’s square, right in front of the buildings entrance there is a bus station. The instructions we’ve received were on spot, we did not miss anything. This is a great place to stay if you have business around the Vatican, absolutely. Good neighbourhood, many restaurants on the street. Great view from the window. -

• Javier (9/5): Un lugar PERFECTO para visitar Roma - Estuvimos en la Suite Relax, que da a una calle tranquila, lo cual nos sirvió para descansar sin problemas. El alojamiento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, microondas, frigorífico, cafetera, y algo de vajilla para tomar un té o un café por la mañana. Aire acondicionado regulable para las frescas noches primaverales de Roma, y un aseo limpio y de un tamaño más que aceptable. Las camas en general muy bien, con varias almohadas para elegir y una comodidad bastante buena. Había una mesa con 4 sillas que nos sirvió para comer algo en los momentos de descanso, y dos pequeñas terrazas para poder comprobar el tiempo en Roma. La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable, nada más salir del edificio tienes la cúpula de San Pedro delante, y llegas al Vaticano en 5 minutos andando. En la misma calle hay varios restaurantes y lugares en los que desayunar, comer o cenar, por lo que no necesitas alejarte para disfrutar de la gastronomía italiana. Desde allí pudimos recorrer gran parte de Roma a pie, por lo que la ubicación es excepcional. La comunicación con los dueños fue muy buena, antes y durante la estancia, y sus indicaciones fueron exactas y acertadas. El trato perfecto en todos los aspectos. St. Peter's View es la opción perfecta si quieres ubicación, comodidad y buen precio. Si hubiera que buscar algo, el frigorífico era un poco ruidoso, pero todo lo demás fue excelente. Siempre es una pena dejar Roma cuando lo has disfrutado tanto...
• Eilyn (10/5): Clean and close to the Vatican - Very central, 2 steps from the Vatican and there is a lift which is a plus. The extra bed were of a very bad quality, not a restful night for me! But the double bed and the sofa were good quality! Just the spare one ! Also there is facilities for a kitchen with no kitchen! Could do with that! But overall the place is very nice, clean and and easy to access!

Номер убирали ежедневно, по первому требованию меняли полотенца. Можно установить/повесить небольшую полочку в душевой кабине для банных принадлежностей (для шампуня и кондиционера для волос).

Instead, it was more like a narrow hospital-style folding bed. It was quite small and not very comfortable to sleep on.

• Levente (9/5): Super volt, csak ajánlani tudom. - Azt kaptuk, amire számítottunk. Jó volt a kommunikáció a tulajdonossal. Minden információt megkaptunk időben, amire szükségünk volt. A távollétünkben minden nap kitakarítottak, bekészítették az új kávékapszulákat. Személyesen nem is találkoztunk a tulajdonosokkal, de így is minden flottul ment. Kiváló panoráma az ablakból a Szent Péter bazilika kupolájára. A bejárat közelében több kiváló reggeliző, szendvicsező hely van. Közel van a Vatikán, a Szent Péter tér, buszmegálló a ház előtt. Róma közlekedése nagyon jó. Metró is 15 perc sétával elérhető. Pár napos tartózkodásra kiváló hely.

• Barbara (10/5): - The location is lovely. One can view the Basillica Dome from the front of the hotel. There are two delightful (and I thought reasonable) restaurants adjacent to the hotel. The room is clean and nice. Our room had a balcony. It was a very nice room and in a very nuce part of town. The owner was very accomodating in ordering us reasonable transportation to the airport. The security is very good. Too be honest, it is not what I didn't like, it ls what I did not know. Make sure to download the "Whats App" on your phone and keep in contact with the owner on your arrival time. Also check your email frequently for check in instructions. Because I did not check my emails, we found ourselves in a lovely marble lobby with no reception desk and no idea what to do. Be aware that most places in Italy do not have a lobby reception desk like the bigger hotels in the US. The owners are offsite and need to know when you will arrive. When told to let the hotel know your arrival time and check instructions, better do it!

• Elva (10/5): - Our stay was perfect. The host was was excellent and stayed in communication with us at all times. The accommodation was as described- it was walking distance to the Vatican. It may be worthwhile to check if your room does face the dome- before you book. Our room did not face the dome. It would have been nice, but, not a deal breaker. It was more important that we could just walk across to the Vatican. There was plenty of options for having a breakfast and a dinner just below. The unit was modern and had all the basics our family needed to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
