• Matt (7/5): Nice motel. I would recommend and stay again! - The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was nice and clean with small fridge, microwave, TV and WiFi. The road noise was a little loud, but I was tired and ready for sleep! Overall, a great place to stay! I would recommend this motel. Road noise was a little loud.

• Diane (8/5): Would stay again. - Rooms were clean. The phone in the room was not connected. The office hours were odd. The room next to us was loud at 10:30pm and the office hours were 2 - 10. Other than that, everything was great.

• Alain (8/5): Ideal location, great staff and clean room. Will be going back to stay at the Lincoln hotel. - Staff were super friendly, clean room and the location was ideal for the event we were attending. Many stores close by, no need to drive all over the place once we arrived.

• Jasper (6/5): - Its a ok place to stay one night. I wouldn't stay a week. It had a window A/C unit in the wall. It didn't cool the room very well and it was loud and smelly. The shower had very hood water presdure and the water is hot. No fan in the bathroom, but it had a window. Shaw satellite for the TV. Best part about this place is that McDonalds is right next door.

• Joan (7/5): I’d give them another chance for convenience sake - Very convenient and we stayed there before. The rooms could use some updating. The top of the fridge had crumbs on it and there was some cheese or something in the microwave. There was duct tape on the carpet to join 2 areas together.
• Ross (5/5): At the end of the day you get what you pay for , if you need a cheap spot to lay your head for a night or two this place - Great location and very affordable Three day stay and we were never offered more towels or a room cleaning. Trash cans were full on day two. There was no rubber mat at the door for the inside for our snow covered boots so the carpet got wet every time we entered the room. We had to chip out a big patch of ice in front of our room.

• Linda (10/5): Convenient location. - It was an overnight stay for a medical procedure. It was fairly quiet and the owner was pleasant and helpful. Id stay here again. Also it is close to the West Nippising Hospital.
• ALIESHA (4/5): - The property is exactly as advertised. A place to sleep, fairly clean, in a decent location, between Sault st Mariey and Ottawa. Ottawa. Was priced well. No. Just a place to sleep and shower and get on the road again. Just as expected

• Laura (8/5): - I was quite impressed with Lincoln Motel. It has obviously been renovated, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are rather thin. My neighbours kept jumping on the bed (wink, wink).
• M.s.faris (9/5): Superb - Everything was very clean. Fridge and microwave were clean and worked perfectly. The TV was in good condition and we had a lot of viewing choices. We were right beside McDonald’s and it was noisy. We had no Wifi. A/C was noisy.

• Paul (8/5): - An adequate place for an over night stay after a long days drive. Check in and out was pleasant and easy. Situated on the main strip through town it was remarkably quiet. So a good nights sleep. Clean and comfortable. Several eating places close by.

I didn't like that the first time we went to the washroom we had to call the front desk for bathroom tissue.. Our room was much more expensive than all the other family members we were travelling with. (We were there for a Family Celebration of Life for our Father) and traveled 5 hours....

The room was clean and cared for. Not a splashy place, but I was on a limited budget and needed open ended timeline. I'd go back.

• Brenda (7/5): Location, I parked my car when I arrived and didnt drive it again it till I left 3 days later - Based on the reason I booked the convenience was GREAT I was competing at a dog show at the arena next door to the motel I thought the cost to have dogs in the room was a LOT, dogs are much cleaner than children and construction workers, I understand a security deposit IF there is damage BUT, $20 per dog per night is excessive...The comfort Inn does not even charge extra for dogs.

(Locked with a cover) Outside temperature was below freezing overnight, inside the room was 19 at the highest There were little black hairs all over the inside sheets, top blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed in awhile. Very little tv channels were accessible, most were unavailable Overpriced for what the room offered.

The shower was perfect with lots of hot water..The motel was centrally located & close to everything I needed. Unfortunately my stay was during winter months and snow plowing beepers and trucks on the highway kept me awake for much of the night.There was nothing wrong with the motel

• Dodie (8/5): We will definitely use this establishment again. - Our room was quiet, clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent location as well. The water pressure is lacking. Double check reservations as I definitely was under the impression I was booking 2 queen beds yet, when I arrived, it was only one. They were able to rectify at an additional charge.

• Laurie (6/5): - It was an average motel room however there was no hot water. The power went out twice for a total of about two hours - not the owners fault.
• Erin (10/5): - Wonderful customer services and very accommodating. There was a power outage during our stay and the owner made sure to come around and update everyone on the situation. It is not a 5 star hotel but is a 5 star motel. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Management made sure that I had everything that I needed during my stay. This was my 2nd stay in the last 30 days and this stay was just as nice as the first if not better. Thank you to the management for making our trip that more enjoyable.
