- 久保 (7/5): - お風呂のサービス グループのホテルのお風呂を2箇所、送迎付きで案内してくれる。 喫煙ルームそのものはゆったりとして良いのですが、灰皿の交換がなく、常にいつぱいの状態。 売店の商品が少なすぎ。

- ETSUKO (10/5): 最高でした！またいきます！ - 本館の温泉入れるのすごくよかったです。 夜のコース料金も美味しかったです。 なお、ホテルには、ジャグジー、サウナ、プールがあるのですが、なんと追加料金なしで利用できて 最高でした！！ 初日のチェック前に荷物を預けて、本館の温泉を利用しようと思い12時30分に受付カウンターに行ったら誰もいなくて、呼び鈴鳴らしてもでてこなく、問い合わせ電話で電話してやっと出てくれました。 部屋のカーテンが、遮光カーテンではないので、朝になると、明るくて目覚める感じです。朝ゆっくり寝たい場合は、アイマスクなどの対策いるかも。。

- SHIGERU (5/5): 何故、たった一つの静かな部屋で！の希望が全くかなわなかったのか？閑散期なのに！ - 食事、温泉まわりができること、最高でした。ですが、私は疾患があり、静かな部屋わ、希望メール、さらに、念押しに電話までしたのに、凄くうるさい部屋で、チェックアウトも早々に早くでました。夜もボートの音がうるさくて眠れず、朝から対岸の工事の音でうるさくて、凄く嫌な気持ちになりました。精神安定剤を飲みしのぎましたが、朝はゆっくり温泉につかって、本当は11時ギリギリまでまったりしたかったです。 間違えて良い方に悪い評価をいれてしまいました。

- KANA (10/5): 雨でも楽しかった娘二人との価値ある旅行 - 娘と二人でクリスマスに利用させていただきました。ホテルはとても綺麗でクリスマスツリーなどクリスマス仕様で可愛かったです。フロントに入ると吹き抜けがとても開放的でこじんまりと落ち着いた雰囲気でちょうど良くおしゃれででした。スタッフの方はどの方も愛想良く気持ちの良い接客をしてくださいました。お食事も本格的でクリスマスディナーを楽しみました。朝食も種類もあり美味しく満足でした。 お風呂は早起きをして夢泉景で日の出を見ながら露天風呂を楽しみました。 とても価値ある体験をさせていただきとても満足でした。チェックアウトも11時でゆっくりできました。また夢泉景にリップクリームを忘れてしまい相談した所わざわざ届けて下さいまして大変ありがたかったです。 お出迎えにお見送りもありがとうございました。また来たいと思います。 特にないです。

- RYOKO (9/5): とても心地よいホテルです - 清潔なお部屋と、落ち着きのある雰囲気とサービスで、どれも心地よかったです。 お風呂も小さいながら、景色も絶景で素晴らしかった。 ロビー等、少し手狭な感じはしましたが、吹き抜けにするなど、工夫はされていました。
- YUIKO (8/5): ロケーションもお食事もスタッフさんの対応もとても良かったです - 本館にある温泉を利用する際、湾を船で移動でしたが、すぐに船を呼んでもらえて数分で到着しました。船での移動は初めてだったし、面白かったです。部屋に移動用の便利なかごバッグが備え付けられていて、とても役にたってくれました。スタッフさんも自然に対応されていて感じが良く、とてもスムーズにホテル内を利用できました。部屋から見えるロケーション・朝夕のお食事もとてもよかったです。 海水浴等でよく使われるのか、部屋に入ると床から靴の裏？犬の足の裏の匂い？っぽい匂いがあったのが残念です。部屋戻ってくる度、気になりました。

- chihiro (8/5): 癒された旅行 - 朝食夕食ともとても美味しく頂きました。 夕食の説明もあったり、退院祝いの家族写真を撮って頂いたり、とても温かいおもてなしでした。 ゴミ箱にはゴミ袋があった方が良いです。 そのままだとやはり皆気おくれすると思います。

- Sugimoto (7/5): - 朝、夕のバイキングは種類が豊富で、美味しかったです。 今回癒やし目的の一人旅で海が好きなので、海の見える部屋でゆっくり出来る事が目的でした。でも、お部屋は二階の海側ではなく、ヨットハーバー側なので西日も強くカーテンがあけられない！そのカーテンもあまり綺麗に思えない。トイレのウォシュレットは出ない。スタッフさんの対応は言葉は丁寧だけれど笑顔も無く事務的に感じました。

- Setuko (6/5): 休養 - 夏休みで親子連れが多かった 楽しそうな姿が良かった 部屋の温度が一定だったので温度調整できなかった27℃以下にできなかった
- Tsuge (4/5): 客をあまり歓迎しない変なホテル。 - もっと積極的にカスタマーサービスをやればいいと思いました。カスタマーで大切なのはまず笑顔ですが、一人もできていませんでしたね。一人ブスっとして暗い声でいらっしゃいませと言う人もいました。 そつなく仕事するより、多少失敗してもいいから、笑顔で対応してもらう方が印象が大分良くなります。次回また来たいと思わせます。それと夕食付きプランが無かったので外まで行かざるを得ませんでした。レストランが予約だけというのが残念。

- Michael (6/5): Ideal for couples and friend groups looking for a spa break - Large, stylish rooms with a comfortable bed and seating area. Small balcony to look out at the harbour or sea. Bathroom and toilet were well equipped. Free parking right outside. Convenient if you're driving up to see the castle ruins. Not recommended for solo travellers - intended primarily for Japanese families and friend groups. If you aren't visiting for the onsen/spa facilities, there's no point paying the significant cost to stay here. No breakfast option given on Booking's site. Location is a few km from Sumoto, so car or taxi is required.
- Si (6/5): Bad weather, unable to enjoy - View from the room and onsen are beautiful. The room look exactly like the photo. It start raining around evening time. As the onsen is not fully indoor, the rain water came into the onsen. Unable to dine in at last minute request, need prior reservation.
- Eatntravelling (9/5): Nice stay with good breakfast though a little pricey - There was a roof top onsen, and I could see the night skies. Free parking, definitely need a car to get there. A stay there allows you to use onsens at their sister hotels/ryokans. Unfortunately we didn't have time to check these onsens. Breakfast was good with lots of varieties. Room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Hotels at Awaji Island are generally a little pricey.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 今回 6階の露天風呂付きのお部屋で宿泊しました。 眺めも最高で 綺麗で 温度もいい温度でした サプライズで ケーキを頼んでいていいサービスでしたが、 ご飯のコースがくるのが遅く ケーキを頼んでいた時間を余裕出過ぎそうでした(；-；) ドリンク頼んでも来ず、、 スタッフ内での 伝達ができていないのか、 ちんぷんかんぷんな事をきかれたりしました。 まあ、それ以外は良かったのでこの評価です

- Verified traveler (10/5): Very relaxed and great onsen - Hotel staff are nice and hospitable. Room is large compared to most Japan hotel rooms. And there is seaview where you can watch beautiful sunrise on the balcony. There is 24-hour free shuttle bus where you can take to other 3 hotels (of the same hotel group) to enjoy their onsens. Onsens are amazing. Would definitely visit again sometime this year.
