Tuba (3/5): Run down and not maintained - Staff was nice and helpful. Even after requesting a change of room upon check in, the next room also smelled. I have traveled in South East Asia and Asia and stayed at all kinds of accomodation. NEVER experienced such smelly sheets, pillow cover and towels in my life. I had to cover the horrible mold mildew smell with scarf and shirts. Add to that the malfunctioning AC. Staff told me I should keep the AC running when I go outside, but it was still suffocating and warm. Unfortunately all night long even at the lowest 18 degrees, it was warm and humid. I just could not wait for the morning because who wants to be bothered 3:00 a.m. by a hotel staff coming into the room to check or changing rooms at such hours with pjs and all. No hair dryer in the room. Bottom line: you can get a proper hotel room with AC in Thailand at this price. And you can avoid the creepy stares from the Indian men who are staying at this hotel long term for work.

Ann Soon (8/5): Short trip to Batam. - The front office staff Tania spoke good English and was very warm, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, service staff Wani n Devi was serving at the breakfast cafe. Their service was excellent. The conditions of the room was just ok to stay for a few nights, rooms was very small and there was no cupboard but there was a safe below the mirror. The hotel is directly opposite the Nagoya Food court. It is a very nice airy hawker centre serving many types of cuisines and local fare with live band playing every night except Mondays.

Samsuri (10/5): Exceptional - The wifi is actually fast, and strong. The pool is so so, but that is bonus. For the room, it is very clean, the bed is soft and comfy. The aircond is functioning well. For the iron, need to request via call, and the staff will deliver it to your room in 5 minutes. The pool was the only thing that was so so. Need to clean it oftentimes. But the pool is open until 10 pm. And the view was really magnificent.

How the corridors can be quite spooky when its dim. 317 had existing water seepage issue due to the bathtub leak. 315 had water from the bathroom leaking into the main room.

Gerald (6/5): - It is a noisy hotel with ingrained dirt. But, its cheap, with a massive food hall opposite. So its convient, safe, and walkable. The pool is to small to swim in, more like a plunge pool. That said, it is there so you can use it. It's not the best hotel I've stayed on my holiday but its functional and the staff try their best. I think, reception asking me to pay a deposit when it was not in the contract prejudicist my view of the hotel a little.

Yogendra Pratap (2/5): - My experience at this hotel was very terrible. They hide clauses and do not disclose it on Expedia. Here are many. 1. They are totally rude and don't respect customers. 2. They asking deposit for roomkey(Cash, passport, working Id card or secure documents). They do not accept it by online eithor in cash (only Indonasian Rupeea) or your sensitive documents. If a person dont have cash they not accept other currencies and will not allow to check-in. 3. You can not smoke inside the room you have to pay 35 USD. 4. The room is very small and has a smelling area. 5. At 4:15, the Room was not ready, and had to wait outside. I'll not gonna consider this hotel, especially at this price range and not suggested anybody. Please select another good hotel in this price range. Happy stay.

Hotel location is too far from shopping mall. Surrounding is deserted beside the foodcourt. Not even a Circle K. Can't even to buy a toiletries, milk as supper. We travel with family. Request for connecting room yet the staff claim is smoking connecting room.i booked few week ago, can't the hotel reserved non smoking connecting room? Very weird. Sound proof is bad. 11pm , can hear new check in guest pulling trolley. Very noisy. The room ceiling got mould. Omg.
