• Dietrich Max (6/5): Schöne Lage aber in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung! - Ruhige Lage Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und riechen muffig. Viele der Steckdosen sind unbrauchbar, weil der Stecker wieder raus fällt. Warum tut da keiner was?? Manche der Badarmaturen sind extrem schwergängig.

Jautiesi kaip lauke. girdisi viskas: kalbos, kavinėje valgantys žmonės, lėkštės, kitoje ežero pusėje vykstantis remontas. Pats kambarys jau pasenęs, duše daug neatplaunamų kalkių, vandens neįmanoma sureguliuoti, nieko nedarant tai per šaltas, tai per karštas srovės keičiasi kas 10sekundžių. Vieta irgi nepasakyčiau kad būtų kažkuom ypatinga. Kainos ir kokybės santykis visiškai neadekvatus lyginant su kitomis vietomis kur esame buvę.

Veidrodžiai bandyti valyti, bet matosi didžiulės dėmės. Kambaryje buvo palikta ant grindų valymo reikmenų.
• Melissa (7/5): Schöne Anlage, aber hier und da gibt’s Einschränkungen. - Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, aber etwas abseits. Die Anlage ist an für sich sehr gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings erschien mein gebuchter Shuttle vom Flughafen nicht, was den Beginn des Aufenthalts weniger schön gemacht hat. Zudem war das Bad etwas heruntergekommen. Es gab viele Bohrlöcher und generell war es nicht so sauber. Die Baustelle gegenüber des Sees hat etwas gestört, ist aber nicht verhinderbar.

• Richelle (10/5): Heerlijk - Een oase van rust. Prachtige tuin en lekker zwembad met uitzicht op een meertje. Het personeel is echt ontzettend lief/vriendelijk. Er is een gemoedelijke sfeer op het resort. Absoluut een aanrader tenzij je liever in de drukte zit. Hele goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Op advies van de jongen bij de poolbar hebben wij de app inDrive gedownload wat superhandig was om overal voor weinig geld te kunnen komen.

Staff were so good, chatting with them and getting to know them was a joy, travelling by myself can sometimes get a bit lonely but here I felt like I was important and cared for. • Lucy (8/5): Very good - We had such a lovely stay, the staff were extremely helpful and the food at the restaurant was amazing. I’ve deducted a point for the restaurant closing at 4pm. We would have eaten here regularly if it was open in the evening for dinner. The room is incredibly spacious and the bathroom is of good condition. I have deducted another point because our bed was extremely firm, however the staff provided us mattress toppers to make this more comfortable. Overall we had a really pleasant stay.

Very powerful wifi Simple but very nice restaurant Room curtains are not sun block so in the morning i had too much light in the room since 6 am . Tv is very old model (but works so ok)

• Ralph (9/5): I should have stayed longer! - The name says it all! It is a very serene and quiet location – it is next to a picturesque little lake – and it is a resort (rather than simply a hotel) with enough facilities that you can happily spend all day here. The room was a good size, clean and modern with a great shower and my only regrets are that I didn’t check in earlier in the day to enjoy some pool time and that I didn’t stay longer. Although it is set back from the main road it is still possible to walk to the convenience store and some eateries. The hotel staff were all very friendly and courteous and when I returned after a late night the receptionist found me a safe parking space. Considering that it is still peak season I found the price very fair. For privacy I would rather have a private balcony rather than a shared patio, but that was a minor complaint and not all of the rooms are like that.

• Egill (8/5): Relaxing and peaceful. - Serenity is the right name for this place we had a river view bungalow with big balcony, very nice. The pool area is good. Garden nice and well kept. Service in reception fine. They had a pool jazz friday evening which we attended and was nice. Cause this place is so out of everything and nothing in walking distance, they should offer some food in the evening also - not only breakfast and lunch it is not enough. I would rate this place better if the service and food offers were better :)

• Uklance (6/5): Lovely place but local area lacking, need a taxi to get dinner - Scenery within the resort is amazing, the pool is nice and not busy. We mostly had the pool to ourselves Restaurant menu is limited and servings are small. Lunch stops at 4pm and the restaurant is not open for dinner. Unless you want to brave the hygiene standards of the local market or street stalls the only hygienic restaurant within walking distance is KFC. We were there on NYE and fireworks directly outside of our room at midnight woke my children up with a fright.

It is the best spot if you're looking to relax a bit and enjoy nature. I'll definitely go back there if I come back to Thailand. • Penelope (8/5): Perfect place to relax and unwind if you are looking to get away from the action - This is a difficult hotel to rate as some aspects can be viewed both positively and negatively depending on your point of view. For example, it is located at the bottom of a very long narrow pot-holed track, off a dual carriage way, meaning that it isn't somewhere from which you can comfortably reach by foot. That said, as it is in the middle of nowhere, it is really quiet and serene (hence the name) and the only noise you hear is from the frogs in the lake rather than being kept awake by loud tourists and road traffic as it often the case in Patong. There is a decent size pool and the views over the lake are lovely so if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind, this would be a great choice. When we arrived there was no restaurant as it was one of those buildings on wooden stilts and had recently collapsed into the lake! I imagine it would have been a lovely place to eat breakfast before that however. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped (with coffee making facilities and a fridge) although they are a little old and tired. That said, the shower pressure was excellent and the beds are really comfortable.

The owner of this place is quite rude, I was not aware that I parked on his place even his own staff did not advise me. His answer was not a note or having some words with me. He just park his car in front of mine blocking the access. Anyway, he is just the owner.

• Jayjays (10/5): Soul retreat in the heart of Phuket - Everything. Best place I found during my last 2 months of travelling Bali and Phuket. Rooms are huge and very clean. It's the comfiest bed I ever had in Thailand. Very good air-con and fan. My standard room had lake view too. Solo travellers are also never feeling lonely as there is a very friendly duck living on property who always seeks company and a cat also😅 Feels like a soul retreat as in middle of beautiful nature, quiet on the lake. But not far away from everything you need. Need to walk a bit to get to shops but I see it as a positive as keeps fit and the neighbourhood is very friendly and safe even at night. Can also rent a scooter. The restaurant on property is very expensive and only Italian options on the menu. If you are on a health trip or here for training then there is not much you can eat but you find lots of Thai street food and few restaurants and bars down the road or can order delivery.

• Verified traveler (8/5): A clean quiet hotel spoiled by mosquitoes - Big room and very quiet (very far away from patong but very close to the red mountain and loch palm courses) but too many mosquitoes and spotty wifi. Mosquito net would be needed for a good night sleep.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Sauberes, ruhiges Hotel - Gut unterhaltenes, sehr sauberes Hotel. Ich hatte das hinterste Bungalow, welches mir gut gefiel. Sehr ruhig gelegen und war den Preis wert. Das Hotel steht offenbar unter Schweizer Führung. Pool nicht allzu gross aber sauber und im April nicht überlaufen. Zwei Schwachpunkte: die Klimaanlage lag genau über dem Bett und blies die kalte Luft direkt zum Schlafenden runter - nicht ideal! Und eher schwach war das Frühstück im Restaurant (kaum Auswahl und kleine Portion). Letzteres war aber nicht schwerwiegend, der positive Gesamteindruck überwiegt.

Det ene er at senga var litt for hard for en ryggoperert kropp, og det andre var avstand fra ting og tang. Måtte bruke taxi nesten uansett hvor vi skulle. De ansatte gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle ha det bra! Sjefen sjøl var en hyggelig fyr som alltid smilte og lurte på om det var noe vi trengte eller noe han kunne gjøre for oss. Enestående plass!

• Anders (10/5): Hotel der lever op til sit navn: Serenity/Sindsro - Helt fantastisk dejligt, lille hotel! Utroligt serviceminded personale, som hele tiden er klar til at hjælpe. Og ansatte med kundekontakt kan tale engelsk, hvilket absolut ikke er en selvfølge i Thailand. Hotellet ligger inde i landet, så skal man til stranden - eller faktisk de fleste andre steder - så skal man med taxi. Men det koster ikke meget, og receptionen har faste priser til de fleste steder. Beliggenheden vil måske afskrække nogen, men det er skønt at ligge ved poolen, sidde på restauranten eller hvor man nu befinder sig, og bare nyde den stilhed der omslutter stedet. Som regel er den eneste lyd man hører fra dyr der befinder sig i den skov/jungle der ligger helt tæt på hotellet. Og så er de super gode til at spraye for myg: Man er ikke generet af hverken spray eller myg :)
