- Stan (8/5): Worth a stay! - This is a very cool setup. First time using a place like this. Main issue was low water pressure in the shower. Directv available on the televisions, which was cool. It was easily accessible and the lady handling check-in was very nice. Comfortable place and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely consider this place any time in the KC area.

- Ashley (4/5): Looked good, looked priced right. Not so much. - Heat was spotty. Unit kept flipping off and could not maintain temperature. No additional blanket, no hangers. No curtains for windows which kept bedroom brightly lit all night. Couches were very difficult to get out of. Additional undisclosed fees. On the other hand, staff was helpful and pleasant. Maintenance serviced heating unit. Overall, I would not stay at this facility again.

- Penny (6/5): - Check-in experience with fabulous, getting into our room, we had the 3bedroom. 2 baths,only paid for 2 bedroom the 3rd remained locked excellent space. The pillows, are at least 30 years old, nothing to them. The 2 couches are at least 35 years old. You slide right out of them. Or can't get out of them, which was funny the carpet is absolutely filthy coming out of the shower, Your feet are black after walking through the apartment. Refrigerator and ice machine fabulous !

What I didn't like is how the blinds in the living room were broke when we arrived and when we was checking out the manager or a staff member, idk who she is, accused my children of breaking them, when they was already broken! She was VERY rude and unprofessional!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Basketball Tournament Overnight Stays/Family - Appreciated the option for multiple bedrooms, stayed for a basketball tournament in KC. HUsband and kids are 6'5" and up and is nice to have Queen size options for the whole family. Also two bathrooms made it nice. Washer/Dryer in the unit was absolutely fantastic to get uniforms washed up. Will stay again when game schedule requires overnights in KC area. Clean, comfortable, went to Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Ihop. Husband did not like the mattress, but I did not mind and the kids did not mind them.
- Merina (10/5): - This is a great place for families. You get a lot of beds and a kitchen for a low price. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and convenient. There are good dining options nearby and the area boasts a lot of interesting history.
- Jeannette (8/5): - This was our first time at this property and we stayed in a pet friendly unit. We enjoyed having the extra space of two bedrooms and bathrooms with a kitchen and dining table. The only downside was the lack of privacy in that you can hear your neighbors. There’s no sound proofing at all. Walking around, showers, water heater, toilets and doors closing. Even the microwave is loud.

- Mark (8/5): A Great Property — At Least It Could Be - This was an amazing property for a holiday get-together. There was a kitchen to cook in and a dining table where you could sit and enjoy the food and company. Overall I loved the property. My biggest complaint would be the couches. They have seen better days. At first glance, they appear to be in good condition. But they are worn out. I sank into them and had a hard time getting back up. I recommend replacement as soon as possible.

- penny (10/5): Perfect fall girls weekend - We had a girls trip to Weston and KC area. The condo was a perfect choice. We each had our own room with a TV. 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen with a dishwasher and in house laundry. After a couple of long days visiting wineries and doing some shopping we were able to pick up supper and eat at "home,". Each were able to get good sleep without disturbing each other.

- Debbie (10/5): Great option rather than multiple hotel rooms - We loved the condo for this trip so family could all stay together. Twice we locked bedroom keys in their rooms which was frustrating. Employees were super kind to come let us in even late at night. Down side was no blow dryer, no extra toilet paper and the pillows were very small.

Arriving late, and after the office closed, clean communication of easy check-in process was super appreciated. The property and surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The accommodations were seriously like being at home. Full kitchen and laundry, dining area and living area. I have never in my years (and a lot travels) experienced such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Major KUDOS relayed and deserved.

- Lee Anne (10/5): - I hate the superficial/temporary feel of a hotel chain, which I used to like when I was younger. Condotels is relaxing; had everything I needed, as if I had been at home; and the staff was fantastic - friendly and accommodating. I had a few schedule issues, due to changes with Delta Air Cargo, and the staff was right there to help with my changes. I have told my friends and posted Condotels on my Facebook feed.
- Christopher (2/5): Also an extended stay place - Where to begin? The room that we had was with a group of roofers that are there for an extended stay. These guys are youngish and are not there with their family. Needles to say, there was a lot of partying going around the front of our building..in the middle of the night. The guys that stayed above us, wore their boots all of the time. Loud and annoying. Their stomping shook the entire place. There is no curtains on the window. So the light was still bright through the blinds. The carpet had hopefully just been cleaned and was still damp. I can see the potential, but I would not recommend this place.

When we arrive they had turned the heat up enough to make the temperture comfortable and had started the ice maker in the fridge so we had fresh ice.We had a family emergency and had to extend our stay. The staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and didn't make us move into another condo. Melissa at the front desk was so kind and helpful and worked with manager to help us find a good rate for an extended stay as we will most likely be returning soon to care for family. So don’t take everything you own like I did. Not fun going up and down the stairs. We would stay there again.

If you wanted clean towels or linens, you had to carry dirty ones to office to exchange. Pool was only open limited hours, and not after 5:00. Met our basic needs, but was not up to standards of other hotel chains.

It was a perfect arrangement for our group and the two bathrooms were definitely a plus. Easy to find and close to everything. No breakfast but has a nice kitchen complete with dishes.
