Guest Reviews
- Lucy (2/5): - This is a love hotel, upon arrival I was given condoms and a disposable towel.
I was out in a no smoking floor, but the smell of smoke was so nauseating I got a mirgrain and checked out first thing.
Also, the rooms are said to be sound proof, they are now… and this is a love hotel.
Expedia, I recommend you remove this listing from your site, it makes YOU look bad!
Also, I left a review when I checked out and have not heard back from you of the hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff weren’t bilingual. Didn’t match the pictures online. Room was VERY stuffy. They only give you one key card. Hotel was small overall(more like a motel). Didn’t feel too comfortable staying there. Left a say earlier. They have complimentary drinks! Lol that’s the only good thing about this place.
- Nicolas (6/5): - So bad
- Verified traveler (2/5): Glorified Love Motel - This place is a glorified love motel (condoms in the plastic bag welcome bag and everything…). I personally felt unsafe here. The door to my room was already open when I checked in. The room oddly has 2 PC’s and a very weathered appearance. The bathtub was stained. Tissue stuffed in a hole in the upper wall. Overall dingy appearance and cannot imagine this as a welcoming environment to sleep for tourists in Korea.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 가격대비 좋은 숙박이었습니다
- Peter (4/5): - This place is depressing. The room and the building are in need of some major repairs, and everything smells like cigarette smoke. Not worth the money, but there wasn't any other hotel room in Seoul available for less than $400 this weekend....
- akane (4/5): - とにかく部屋の中が蚊だらけで地獄。元ラブホなのかな?あまり雰囲気も良くなくて電気もたまに消えるのでもう行きたく無いです。他の口コミにあるタバコ臭は気になりませんでした。
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room reeked of cigarettes, and it smelled like the room had been exposed to smoking for a long time. The room is much darker than the pictures. The electric power plugs are randomly placed, so plugging in my chargers and devices wasn't convenient. There was an old computer in the room, which didn't seem to serve much purpose. I think it was strictly a love motel. I wouldn't recommend it for business travellers and I will not go back there again.
- david (10/5): - So kindly...
- Paula Leika (4/5): - Due a very busy weekend in Seoul with almost no hotel available, I was struggling in finding a good hotel in a very good location
- Wesley (10/5): - The hotel is one among many similar ones found near Yeoksam Station in the downtown Gangnam District. Lobby is on the 2nd floor that also has a small area for having simple breakfast. Check-in was simple, and I was asked if I wanted to buy a toothbrush kit for 1000 won, which I declined.
The room was reasonably comfortable and clean, with a large flatscreen TV connected to a popular IPTV service (~200 channels), a usable computer, and good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was much bigger than what I’m used to seeing. The Jacuzzi didn’t quite work right, but it didn’t matter as I only needed a shower.
The breakfast being served isn’t anything fancy. You have a selection of beverages, cereal, fruits, and bread, with some boiled eggs and a coffee machine on the side. It was alright for a light meal.
Given the accessibility and price, I might want to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We arrived very early (6am) for our two night stay and the staff were happy to let us leave our bags and explore the city. Overall, nice place in a convenient location. The room came with a straightener, which was super helpful for fixing my hair (never seen that in other hotels).
- Michael (10/5): - Great place but the Jacuzzis did not work
- kyungsik (10/5): - Awesome
- Jennifer (8/5): - Comfort stay , good location and kind staffs.
Especially ms. Choi was impressive . She was the best. Definitely our family would stay again next visit .
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Disappointed in the decline in the breakfast selection; significantly changed.
Starting to look rundown.
- Sarah (4/5): NOT WHAT INEXPECTED - Pros
- decent size room
- huge TV
Cons
- hotel staff do no speak any english
- I kept smelling cigarette smoke from the bathroom vent
- hard to navigate electronics
- fridge wasn't that cold
- no view
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel to begin with. Its room has a computer which I have never experienced in the other hotel before. Its room also has a big jacuzzi.
- Anthony (2/5): Uncompassionate Hotel Manager - First, I want to be clear that I cannot attest to the room quality/comfort, as I was unable to stay during my booking. My poor review is due to the rude and uncompassionate behaviour of the hotel staff, particularly the manager. Despite legitimate complications that occurred prior to and during our arrival at Incheon Airport, we were unable to meet the hotel check-in deadline for 12pm. We informed hotel staff that we were unable to make it for check-in, but they simply repeated 'no refund, 'no cancel'. This behaviour was again displayed to Expedia staff who were very kind in attempting to resolve the situation with the hotel, but no reasonable solution was made.
If you value your money and want to ensure you will be treated fairly as a valued customer, then I would strongly not recommend staying here.
- Michelle (2/5): Sleeping in an ASHTRAY - 1. The hotel staff are nice.
2. But that’s the only good thing. You’re basically STAYING in an ASHTRAY. The room is heavily sprayed with air fresheners to try to cover up the smell of cigarettes. We tried opening the window, but the smell of cigarettes is so heavily embedded in everything that the smell never leaves. Wanting to change rooms, we checked out a different room. They are all the same. The smell was so bad that the people my husband and I met the next day smelled cigarettes from our clothes!! We literally coughed and couldn’t sleep because of the smell!
3. Dirty. The room looks clean at first, but when you take a closer look, it’s quite dirty. The towels are yellowish and have particles on them. The hairbrush that was in plastic to look like new had hair on it.
4. The price we paid for through expedia was actually MORE EXPENSIVE than the price charged on site. The reply I got was that the difference was due to the cost of the included breakfast. I, however, don’t think that the offered low quality breakfast, which we opted not to eat, is the reason. BUT if that were actually the case, breakfast at a high quality cafe in that area is cheaper, and has better quality food.
5. This is a love hotel no matter what someone may say. The amenities package we were given even had a condom and “woman cleanser”.
In sum, unless you are a smoker and/or just want a place to make out, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Ok but not special - It was alright. The staff is very friendly but I would say overall it’s not worth the price. Bath tub is great and bed super comfy but the hotel itself , design location atmosphere breakfast is very underwhelming.
- David (8/5):
Directions from Incheon airport to Nox Boutique -
1. Take bus 6020 from Incheon airport. Cost 15,000 So. Korean won in November 2017. Every 20 minutes, the bus departs from the Arrivals level both from Exit 4B and at a second stop near Exit 11. The bus driver only takes Korean won and usually does not speak English. It is possible to pay with a credit card inside the terminal at a counter near Exit 4.
2. Take the bus to the final stop, which is Yeoksam metro station.
Between the next to last stop (Gangnam station) and Yeoksam station, the bus travels east on a wide street called Teheran-ro. Just prior to Nonhyeon-ro, it makes a U turn and lets you off on the north side of Teheran-ro near the intersection of Teheran-ro and Nonhyeon-ro. (The bus stop for the return is 50 meters to the west.)
3. Walk Northeast about 425 meters to the hotel as follows.
(i) Travel east on the north side of Teheran-ro. Initially walk toward Gugielmo coffee. Gugielmo coffee is on the northeast corner of Teheran-ro at Nonhyeon-ro. On the north side of Teheran-ro, cross Nonhyeon-ro, then Gugliemo coffee, then the SI Tower, and two narrow streets (almost alleys) marked Teheran-ro 27-gil and Teheran-ro 29-gil.
(ii) Turn left off of Teheran-ro onto Teheran-ro 33-gil. Starbucks and DHL are on the NW corner, that is, on the left when you have to turn off of Teheran-ro.
(iii) Take the second right onto Teheran-ro 37-gil. The Tria hotel is at the corner. The Nox Boutique Hotel will be near on your right.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Best bath in Seoul - We keep coming back to nox for the bathtubs and the kind staff
- Han Young (10/5): Great hotel for a great price. worth its reviews - Really good hotel for the price. Good facilities and really friendly staff that are willing to accommodate your needs. All staff have a good level of English to assist any questions. The room was clean with great wifi and the bathroom with the spa tube was a great bonus. The shower was on point! Nothing like a nice strong working shower and the end of a hard day. The swimming pool is not big at all but the fact the do have one for the price I paid, I wouldn't complain. All in all on of the friendliest hotels I've been in.
- Verified traveler (6/5): slightly disappointed - I usually love staying here and have stayed here many times. This this the computers that are usually in the room have been taken out. There were some small problems with the room. Nothing to terrible but not at the quality the Nox usually has.
- MR.OLIVER (10/5): Value worth stay - We were greeted and taken to our rooms as soon as we arrived. The gentleman even showed us to our room and helped with our luggage. The Staff were really helpful throughout the trip especially Jason who was always there first thing in the morning before we left. He would always ask us and ensure we took the proper subway line and got off at the right exits and recommend a lot of interesting places to visit and see. Though we had our 2year old daughter with us we had a non smoking room booked but was placed on a smoking floor. Was not impressed about that after we had switched rooms. We were there for two weeks, so we were on the floor by ourselves for most of the time. On the second week they had more rooms being occupied and being smoked in. The smell was not obvious the first night. But was obvious the day they were other occupied rooms with people smoking. We returned one night and it had smelled like someone was smoking in our room. The younger lady at the service desk was quick to switch our rooms but we had to pack and move all of our luggage and other things to the new room. The first room was exactly like the picture but the picture may have been taken when the room was first renovated. The walls were pretty marked up and needed a fresh coat of paint. Also a full size body mirror would of been great when getting ready. The second room was definitely better then the first. Complementary breakfast was really good, suggest more protein like bacon or sausage.
- Calin (10/5): Great stay - Great location and very attentive service to customers. Jason, the bell boy was amazing!!! Well done! He made our stay great with his open and friendly approach as well as the advices for the after office hours activities. I recommed staying here.
- Kiuji (8/5): Nice Service and Facilities - Staff was so nice and helpful. Fitness room with all equipment you need. Bath tube was big, bed was comfy. One thing to complain was the hair brush in the washroom, it seemed like a reusable one and it was smelly.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not great - Room was pretty dirty non smoking room smelt like an ashtray.
- js (10/5): Great services - Great services, love room 1202. Very comfortable. Good location. I'm a walker so I walk everywhere
- Dominic (10/5): Nox Boutique- Home Sweet Home - Will come here again and again
welcome from receptionists was second to none
one even kindly came to room to explain the facilities that included:
• surround sound
• pc that was connected to a
• huge television via HDMI
• bath tub and Jacuzzi
• shaver and FOAM
• toothbrush & past: never provided in other Seoul hotels
• hairbrush and GEL
• soap, shampoo etc
the room was very quiet:
coffee, toast , cream cheese, bagels provided 24 hours
breakfast until 9.30 was also appetizing and MORE THAN adequate
swimming pool was very warm and relaxing: yes it’s pretty small but who cares : been in Seoul 5 times and this is the first time we found a pool.
rain shower and sauna next to pool
loads of fresh towels provided
fitness center even has a TV to keep you motivated
NotHing is too much trouble : YOU JUST HAVE TO ASK
got a friendly 'GOODBYE' from one of the staff who happened standing outside
planning my next visit already
- Carly (10/5): Great option for Gangnam! - Great little hotel in a convenient location to Gangnam district and subway line 2. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and always available. Room was clean and much larger than those at similar hotels, and for a fraction of the price! We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait for our next trip to Seoul!
- Nastassia (10/5): one of my favorites - I always enjoy staying here
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient for businesses in Gangnam - The room was smaller than expected. Not much space for my luggage.
- Nastassia (8/5): Lovely - I enjoyed my stay. I wish the jets in the tub worked but beyond that everything was perfect and clean.
- Nurullah (10/5): - Nice.
Better than many of 4 stars hotels.
Even I couldn't have time to use swimming pool and fitness center. It was good to know they were available.
- Tiffany (8/5): Great staff! - What i enjoyed the most about my experience at this hotel was the friendly front desk staff. They were so helpful! Peter and the rest of the staff went out of their way to help me do research about where to go for sight seeing, they were great with making sure that I was taken care of. Thank you! I was satisfied with the cleanliness, and for the amount I paid I think the room was in great condition. Will return if I visit Korea again in the future!
- Bryan (8/5): Good for a quick get away - The location was good, roughly about 8 mins from Yeoksam train station, The service was very good, staff were very attentive, sharp and spoke good English.
The pool and gym facilities were not too bad, used the Sauna which was very very relaxing.
Only peeve was that there was a slight disinfectant smell in the room.
- Hyung (8/5): Convenient location for my visit - Good quality pc, wifi.
Clean bathroom and comfortable bed
Window is there but no views
- Verified traveler (10/5): 2night stay 4/5 - First off... I am a real person in case you think im a fake rater.
The hotel was a solid 4/5! The only reason I give this score is due to a request to makeup my room during my 2day stay. I left for several hours to come back to no cleaning. They then corrected the issue as we relaxed in the pool for 2hrs.
I would stay again at this hotel anytime.
- MM (10/5): Great hotel! Highly recommended - Big room, good customer service. Very convenient location. Breakfast is NOT really good. Swimming pool is not as big as it looks like in pictures.
- David (10/5): Soul place at Seoul - There are snack and coffee all day. Good value
- Ivan (6/5): Reconverted love hotel into boutique hotel - It is in an adult entertainment street with some love hotels around, that is cahnging into a more normal area...
It has been renovated and upgraded, so it doen't feel like a love hotel anymore, but it is not so fancy.
if you a looking for a place to crash and just sleep this place might be ok. It is located in the Gangnam business area.
- Mohamed Roshan (6/5): 3 full stars - If you ask me what else you need in a hotel, I have nothing to answer. Almost everything and more...
In room desktop computer available along with music system and a large TV screen. Wi-Fi is free..
Jacuzzi and rain shower in the bathroom + all amenities of dressing including hair spray and gel...
Room size is just k, breakfast acceptable if you just need to eat something..
Swimming pool on 3rd floor with a place to relax. Reception is on 2nd floor; you stop there anytime you use the elevator. Basement has washing machine and the gym.
So I can't really complain for such a budget 3 star hotel, luxuries aside.. It's a complete setup...
- Rachel (10/5): Awesome hotel for price, location and amenities! - My husband and I absolutely loved Nox Boutique Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us directions to subway stations, museums, pharmacies, cafes, and anything else we needed. The room was small (we booked the smallest one) but comfortable with a nice, cozy bed, closet, minifridge, safe, night stand, and desk with usable computer. The bathroom was awesome with a jacuzzi tub and the most amazing rainfall shower either of us have ever used. They provided room slippers as well as bath slippers and an awesome toiletries pack. There was free wifi and it was strong and fast. The free breakfast was perfect with cereal, fruit, breads, yogurt, soup, sushi, juice, coffee, tea and such. The pool is small, but nice and clean, and has a sauna. The location, though across the river from most tourist sites, was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the subway and a 30 second walk to a GREAT strip of restaurants, a bakery, and 3 convenience stores. The trip into the tourist areas was easy peasy and we preferred staying in Gangnam for the food and vibe. Each room in the hotel is soundproofed and it was extremely quiet - I think we heard one person move a chair once... We really loved our 9-night stay and will definitely return.
- eric (6/5): Night hotel would return if in area - The hotel was ok. The bed was kinda hard and the room was cleaned everyday but was still kinda dusty. The internet is fast and water was hot. Not much of a breakfast so dont be disappointed. The front desk was excellent and deserves the high cudos. Overall i give it a 3.5 rating
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel close to restaurant ally - Nice boutique hotel, they offer a great free breakfast. Very close to all restaurants n bars. Super close to massage place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good enough - If you are looking for a safe place just to crash this is fine. They advertise a much higher rate on Expedia and then give "discounts". I paid about $100, which was advertised as over %50 savings off normal regular rate. I don't know who would every pay the regular rate over $200. There are so many other better places to stay in Seoul at that price range. Even at $100 ($125 with taxes/fees) room is marginal at value for price.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent place to stay stay for price - The room was smaller than expected but it was a nice room and area to stay at. It was very easy to get to and from the airport. The breakfast options at the hotel weren't that great so we went out to eat but there were options to eat close by so.
- Katrina E (10/5): Much more than a love motel - The hotel is a gem. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered everything we needed for our stay. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The free breakfast was more than just toast and cereal, there was fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and gimbap, too. Front desk staff were friendly and parking was free and easy! I would definitely stay here again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - Actually I don't know how this hotel is convenient because my Korean girlfriend took me around. But I can say this. This hotel's room is really nice. The room is really clean and big. It has many amenities and even PC. We can use that PC with TV screen. It is very convenient especially for traveler. The bathroom is also clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): A great hotel in Gangnam... - Great hotel! Exceeds expectations...
- billy (6/5): not good - it's close to subway station and bus stop. but bathroom is not tidy. hot water supply and room temperture control is not good.
compare to japanese business hotel, it's much roomy. if you can't get a good price deal, don't choose this hotel.
- Alice (10/5): Reasonable price and comfort hotel - It's surprised me that the hotel provided very good and sweet service with a reasonable price!
Room is clear and with a large bathroom which have a massage tub! Since it is my business trip, u didn't prepare for this, I would like to try the tub next time.
One insufficient thing is the breakfast, but we can go and eat outside.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Although this hotel does not locate in the central district, it is very easy to access by taking public transport.
The most interesting thing is this hotel provides a set of hi-fi which is excellent for lying of a king-size bed to watch movies with high quality of sound.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Staffs are good. But, the hotel is not good. - Generally, the staffs of the nox hotel are very kind. They want to give lots of conveniencies to their customers. But, that's it. The hardware condition of this hotel is not good at all. Particularly, the smell which surrounds all the hotel is a kind of terrible. I asked to give me some air perfume. They did. In spite of this, the smell, like a dirty bathroom, has always followed me so that I did not sleep well.
- Yoon (8/5): It was good and stay except some minor things. - Overall, it was good. Everything was good except two things:
First, the room was a little small.
Second, there was a little smell of cigarette smoking from outside.
Other than these two things, it was nice and comfortable stay.
The bathroom was very good.
- Gerbilherder (2/5): Disappointing - Hotel is very small and located in a narrow street where many taxi drivers had no idea where it is. Upon arrival, I thought it was a love motel. Reception is in a small area at 2nd floor with some chairs and tables for people to have meeting, resting and having breakfast. I booked with breakfast, but was very disappointed to be told that only Light breakfast will be provided(eg. toast, milk, cereal...etc).
More terrible thing is the dirtiness of the towels, pubes and hair were found from not just one towel, color of the towels were a bit yellow.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed one week on last month at Nox Hotel. Very comfortable and had a great time.
A little difficult to find because the hotel door sign is not too visible but the location is good. Very close to subway 2nd line Yeoksam station and airport bus stop was nearby as well. It also have so many delicious restaurants and Gangnam shopping area is not too far from hotel.
Hotel served good free breakfast, free laundry and gym.
The room was very clean. Has big a jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.
- Dino (8/5): - Helpful staff.. Clean room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great service but really tiny rooms - I had read many reviews about Nox, and it had much good reviews but I was unfortunately very disappointed. After staying a night, I moved out of the hotel to a different place. The irony was, service at this hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful, patient and kind but the unkeep of the place and rooms could be a lot better. I would like to especially commend Pedro Lee for his help, when we checked out he offered and helped carried our luggage to the main road to take a cab and rejected our tips. This is a first ever and their sincerity is commendable.
The rooms however, were tiny, wasn't very clean and toilets small. The shower was placed in an odd location and when showering the water would splash all over the floor. The sink was right beside the bed so it is a little dirty. Floors also looked a bit sticky.
The hotel was more like a 10 to 12 mins walk away from Yeoksam rather than 7mins like what some reviews said. It indicated that the room size was 26 sq m but i suspect this isn't true. It should be smaller for the hotel where i moved to also indicated the same size for the room but the room is much bigger and toilet twice the size.
The alleys behind the hotel however had great food and we discovered a real good beef barbeque place. On weekdays, this alley is bustling in the night, although the area looks a bit seedy.
- Brent (10/5): Semi-professional feel, but amazing value. - The Nox Hotel is a peculiar type of hotel that I've only seen in Korea. You really can't beat the room amenities for the price. I paid about USD $55 per night, and for that price you get a big comfortable bed, desktop computer in room, huge flatscreen TV, giant bathroom with rainfall shower and jetted jacuzzi tub, and more...
The location is good. Although on backstreets, it's only a few minute walk from the nearest station (Yeoksam). And it's easily walkable to Gangnam, which has now been made famous by the Psy song, but is still a cool place to hang out.
The staff is semi-professional (but very friendly). And the overall feel of the hotel is a little different than what you would get at a major chain hotel. Still, the value for the amount of amenities you get definitely makes it worthwhile.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotelin Gangnam area - The location was convenient, the price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Value for Money if OK with Area - Positives:
- Great Value for money
- Convenient location (close to Gangnam)
- Modern, clean & friendly service
Cons:
- "Boutique" hotels are often used like Love Hotels in Japan
- Given the above, in a slightly seedy area - girl bars, massage places on same back street
- Breakfast left much to be desired
- alona (8/5): pleasant - Very nice room. Beds are extremely small and the space is a little tight but the shower was awesome.
- PHC (8/5): - Great hotel for the price and great location. A lot of other hotels on the main street are more expensive but with worse facilities and not as clean while not being any more convenient in terms of location.
- jeremy (10/5): Gem - Came for a medical appointment and were pleasantly surprised by the box hotel, the spa tub and rain shower were amazing and the staff is very accommodating. Rooms are small as most Korean rooms are but the on suite restrooms are huge! Bed is a westerner style mattress, a bit hard but much better than the traditional mattresses used here. The room was modern with a mini fridge and drinks inside of it, a computer in the room, surround sound for the television, 50 inch tv, shutter style windows, complimentary robes, and a small travel accessory bag in case you forgot anything. The room is also equipped with lotion, toner, full size shampoo & conditioner, hair gel, body wash, and a full size tube of toothpaste and blow dryer. At 6am every morning a modest breakfast of cereal, toast, coffee, tea, juice, milk and some fruit is available. The hotel also has its own car lift unfortunately our van was too big but they were still able to park our vehicle inside the garage. Husband and I definitely liked this little gem ad will be staying again do to the amenities and service.
- Yung sup (6/5): Value for money - Stayed one night. Hotel is located at the little alley and difficult to find. Staff was extremely kind to show me all the goodies they have. Room was small but clean and equipped with all kind of entertainment. Breakfast was so and so. In general value for money.
- Lauren (10/5): Very Pleased! - My husband and I stayed at the Nox Hotel for one night. We were super comfortable in our room. The bed was western style which means it was way softer than a Korean bed. The bathroom had a large Jacuzzi that was very clean and relaxing. The hotel was easy to find from the subway station. The staff spoke great English. We would definitely stay here again!
- FERDINAND (10/5): Great time - Great customer service!
- jackie (10/5): awesome service - it was my first time traveling to korea with my friend and i, and we chose a double bed at nox. the room was a little smaller than i expected, but its also because i chose the smallest and cheapest package so it makes sense. the restroom was amazing and so clean (detachable shower heads and great toilet), i think that was my favorite part.
the staff speaks pretty good english, and are always willing to answer my questions. a solid hotel. i would stay here again, and this comes from a person who usually stays at 4-5 star hotels!
- Firefighter (10/5): Adoption Stay - Great place to stay. Close to Subway Entrance and Airport Drop Off. The price was great.
- CK (8/5): Convenient for everything not only for business - Small but had almost everything I needed.
Wouldn't complain especially for what I paid.
Will stay again next time for sure.
- deanna (10/5): Convenient - The place have everything that travelers would need. Big space, clean environment, comfortable beds...
- Edwin (8/5): Enjoyable and worth coming back - Walking distance from Gangnam area. Nice 24hrs eatery that serves Korean food just 2min walk from hotel. Other restaurants around the area too. Same metro line to lotte world and to transfer to airport. Nice bathtub and service. Breakfast was simple but good enough if you are a cereal person.
- Jin Hwan (2/5): Room space - Room was too small and there is no couch and table.
- Rishe (8/5): Value for money - Good location, clean, excellent and helpful staff, decent breakfast. Room was a bit small but nothing uncomfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent! - The hotel is off the main road and the entrance leads to a set of lifts and not the lobby. Other than that, love that laundry is free, has a fitness centre, comes with breakfast and my bathroom has a jacuzzi! Well worth the money. :)
- Verified traveler (8/5): great hotel in coex area - Stayed here because I was attending a conference at CoEx. 2 stops away from center. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious and quiet. Near the hotel there were a bunch of little restaurants. Great place overall.
- Verified traveler (8/5): friendly staff - free breakfast
- Verified traveler (8/5): nice staff - simple breakfast which is good.
- lisarok (10/5): Amazing service - I stayed at Nox for just one night, and I was more than satisfied. The hotel is a former "love motel" but don't let that dissuade you from staying. It's a mere 5 minute walk from the subway, easy walking distance from Gangnam, and has all the basic comforts one needs. The bathroom is really big, with a jacuzzi - rare for Korean bathrooms. The staff speaks English and they bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable, from checking me in early, to escorting me to the room and explaining the remote functions, to physically going out to the street and getting me a taxi (and then giving the driver directions in Korean). I've been in Korea for three years and have stayed in many hotels, from 1 star to 5 star, and the service at Nox cannot be beat. Whenever I'm in Seoul I'll happily reserve a room here.
- Verified traveler (8/5): fantastic service - the staff is great
- Verified traveler (8/5): Fantastic service - the staff is very good
- Verified traveler (8/5): fantastic service - simple breakfast, however in the morning was a bit noise because construction going on beside.
- Verified traveler (8/5): fantastic service - it's good, the hotel service is good
- Mag (8/5): Small room but Lovely staff - The location is close to subway station, and many restaurants. It was good location for our business reasons, but a bit far away from shopping suburbs, if you want to go shopping. The staff were really helpful. The room was a bit small, but acceptable, the bathroom size was perfect. It was clean, but it could be cleaner, specially underneath the bed!! I was looking for my pen which fell underneath the bed, and I found things there that I really did not want to find!
- Pablo (10/5): Amazing Staff - I arrived on a Tuesday night, worn and tired from a long trip. I was amazed by the efficiency of the staff. The person who guided me to my room (if my memory doesn't betray me, his name is Justin) was incredibly helpful and kind.
