• Gilbert (2/5): Our stay in Kerykra apartments Beach hotel was a nightmare!! - The swimming pool was very nice. Hotel located next to restaurants and there is a bus stop (line 6) heading to Corfu city center ( down town) Our stay in Kerykra apartment Beach hotel was a nightmare!! 1. Booking with a double bed BUT no double bed available in the apartment . We travelled as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we booked an apartment of 2 bedrooms. Initially and at the time of the booking, through the website a double bed was offered for the couple (2 adults) and 3 single beds for the kids. When we arrived at the hotel , ZERO double bed available in the apartment. 2. No wifi available Booking was offering the wifi; but we didn’t have the wifi at the hotel. The 1st day the team at the reception was highlighting an issue with the service provider and it was supposed to be solved in the next 24 hours. But we stayed 2 weeks (14 nights) at the hotel; without the connexion and we had to use and pay through opur local companies. 3. Limited room service The rooms were supposed to be cleaned every day and the bed sheets to be changed every 3 days. We could spend 2 days without cleaning, and the beds sheets were not changed on regular basis. The toilet papers were not available every time and we had, several times, to urgent request the team at the reception to urgently supply those papers. No microwave available and the laundry machine sitting in the apartment requires a pre-paid service before use.

• Karolina (1/5): - I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The room was in unacceptable condition, with mold under the shower, stains on the mattress, a strong unpleasant odor, and general filth. We were offered a second room, but it was just as bad. The hotel refused to provide a refund, and it was impossible to reach any agreement with them. Sleeping in these conditions was unhealthy and completely unacceptable.

Cristina la persona que ofrecía el desayuno se esmera mucho en tener la zona limpia y con comida variada . El café realmente no es nada bueno y haría falta una actualización de las habitaciones , almohadas , colchones no eran cómodos . Por la noche falta iluminación en la entrada

• Hanna (9/5): Korfu słoneczna przygoda - Bardzo dobra lokizacja. Autobusy do Kerkyry , blisko na plażę , całkiem miły basen przy hotelu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Można w pobliżu pożyczyć auto bez zbędnych formalności w lokalnej wypożyczalnia- miła obsługa. Objechaliśmy całą wyspę z tego miejsca Polecam. Hotel ma swoje mankamenty ale bez przesady!😊 Panie sprzątały pokój co drugi dzień! Drobne mankamenty do przeżycia.

El desayuno pone de 7-9 bajamos a las 7 :15 y aún no estaba ni puesto pero a las 8 ya dejan de reponer… comida pasada o caducada, café malo, galletas de hace un año… No hay ascensor así que por escaleras todo No te ayudan en nada y eso que es necesario entender autobuses y conexiones porque el pueblo es muy pequeño y las playas más. La habitación con la ducha rota y las camas muy pequeñas. La cocina que conecta con todo huele realmente mal, de no poder pisar por ahí.

A parkolás ott nem megoldható,bár tudtuk. A konyhai felszerelés lehetne több. Pohár pl csak 1 darab volt. Az ágyban érezni lehetett a rugókat,ami nem túl kényelmes.
• Michaela (5/5): I enjoyed the sea view but for a stay more than 3-4 days it is not enjoyable accommodation. - The best was the view from the upper balcony, we were in the top apartment with two small balconies and with the view of the pool and the sea. We had lovely sunrises and the moon view in the evening. The location is nice, quiet, but it was bit hard to find it at midnight when we arrived. Breakfast: From 7 till 9am, but at 7am the lady just came to prepare everything. 8:20 some of the little there was , was already gone. 9:00 closed door. The breakfast is very boring, basically every day the same, very basic, only toast bread and crackers, very hard boil eggs, one sort of cheese, ham and salami, ... Coffee only from plastic coffee machine, totally disgusting, We were on juices and milk there. Also there are limited number of tables in the shade and nobody really cares. As non-smoking family we were also disgusted by other tourists that smoked during breakfast time. Swimming pool: we came after a big storm, so the swimming pool was green and was closed for 5 days, bit too much time for cleaning a pool. And when it is working, there is no pool bar, no WC. Front desk: some stuff was helpful, but some not at all. We asked them to call a taxi, they told us to wait on the main road, that some taxi comes in 10 minutes. We waited 35 minutes, called the front desk and they said, that taxi is not available and we should go to the marina to get a taxi there. You can imagine, how we felt. In the end a lady in the grocery shop around the corner called a taxi for us. Cleanliness: room cleaning every day, but very basic, some spots in the bathroom, shower cabin dirty. Outside they mop the floors every day. Facilities: Basic furniture, AC, beds not comfortable, basic kitchen, laundry machine old and for a fee, Wi-Fi not stable, weak.
• Mathilde (3/5): Hôtel à fuir ! - Le fait d’être à 5min à pied d’un jolie village en bord de mer est agréable . La literie est à fuir ! La propreté est à revoir ( poils dans la douche, trace sur le mur et la tête de lit… ) Le « petit déjeuné compris » censé être prêt à 7h est réellement fini d’être installé à 7h30 de plus les produits ne sont pas fraîs, les pâtisseries sont de mauvais goût. Très déçu du petit déjeuner, le distributeur de jus de fruit ne marchait pas. Et le café était vraiment pas fameux . De plus la piscine a était inaccessible durant les 5 jours alors qu’elle devait ouvrir le lendemain de notre arrivé. Aucun parking n’est prévu pour l’hôtel donc une vrai galère pour se garer, de plus l’hôtel est cacher dans les ruelles donc inaccessible en voiture et galère à trouver à pied.

• Celinda (4/5): Geen aanrader voor 4 personen. - De slaapkamers en bedden waren oke. Voor 2 personen is het appartement oke ook al is het oud, slecht afgewerkt en gedateerd. Geen woonkamer in een 4persoons appartement waardoor je door 1 slaapkamer naar het kleine balkon moest. Badkamer was oud en niet comfortabel, oude wcbril, roest. Slecht afgewerkt. Ons appartement kwam niet overeen met de foto's. Ontbijt op de foto's zag er voortreffelijk uit. Was echter niet onze smaak waardoor het ons tegenviel.

• Szilvia (1/5): BORZALMAS HELY!!! - Előljáróban:foglalásunkkor nem a mostani értékelés volt a Bookingon!Ha ezt láttuk volna,még véletlen sem foglaltuk volna!Családi apartmant béreltünk 4 felnőttnek 3 éves és 10 hónapos gyermekekkel. Rettentő büdös,koszos,igénytelen! Reggeli silány,minden nap ugyanaz,kávé ihatatlan!Rengeteg darázs mindenütt,szúnyog szintén. 3.emeleten a mennyezet felett nem tudni,hogy milyen állatok rohangálnak,kaparnak. Gyerekággyal foglaltuk,amit nagy nehezen,többszöri levelezés után biztosítottak.Első éjszaka után ezt elvették,mindenféle ellenőrzésre hivatkozva,megígérték,hogy estére visszahozzák.Ezt nem tették meg,10 hónapos babánk e miatt az ágyról leesett!Másnap hangot adtunk elégedetlenségünknek,mire másik recepciós elárulta,hogy a gyerekágyat átvitték másik gyermekes családnak,mert ők is ragaszkodtak az ágyhoz.Ekkor azt mondta a szimpatikusabb recepciós,hogy a főnök elment venni és estére megkapjuk.Ez így is lett. A medencét ott tartózkodásunk alatt nem tudtuk használni,nagyon koszos volt,nem takarították ki.Minden nap kicsit sepregettek körülötte.Nagyon szörnyű hely! Az ár-érték arány kritikán aluli! Nem ajánljuk senkinek!!!

Très décevant par rapport aux photos sur booking ne correspondent pas du tout. À fuir !! Pour finir le service client booking est censé répondre sous 24h. Pas de nouvelles depuis 5 jours. • Sharon (1/5): Hated it wanted to go back home after the 1st day - The friendly cleaners The location was not good. Had to take two little children up the hill to the appartment. Roads were awful and unsafe. Not good for a children's holiday. The appartment was not nice at all. The breakfast was disgusting and not catered for vegan friendly. The pool was disgust as I couldn't take the kids to it. Had to take them to the beach which we had to run across the road. Wasps were terrible. I came her with my family parents and sister and hubby . The pictures in the the booking platform were all lies .
• Sharon (1/5): Horrible - The only thing that was nice was athena at the reception and the two cleaners I asked for an apartment for two couples and what I got was a room with 3 single beds and a room with a single bed and bunkbeds not good enough. The walls were full of dead insects and hornets. The shower was a hand held shower. When you used the shower the water and suds came up through the drain. . There is washing machine in the appartment but you have to pay to use it which I think is terrible after the amount of money we paid for the appartment. Had to scrub out the kettle before use as it was covered in algae and horrible stuff inside. The noises were terrible from up on the roof. Banging screaming There were rats in the walls which you heard them scratching and sqeeking. The beds were so uncomfortable. Outside on the shared balcony was a hornets nest on the roof which we couldn't sit outside without getting annoyed by them The breakfast was a joke. Everything was uncovered. Flies and wasps were all over the food. The boiled eggs were cold and disgusting. The first day was enough and never went back. Ate out every day to other restaurants. The swimming pool was disgusting.

• mantovani (9/5): - Ci siamo trovati bene, l'appartamento era soddisfacente, (non ha un arredamento modernissimo), con ingresso indipendente con due terrazzini di cui uno vista mare e vista piscina sul quale abbiamo consumato i nostri pasti serali .Le pulizie venivano effettuate ogni tre giorni con il cambio asciugamani ed il cambio letti dopo una settimana. Abbiamo gradito anche la possibilità della colazione inclusa che tutto sommato era varia. Avevamo letto delle recensioni non troppo favorevoli soprattutto circa la pulizia ma per la nostra esperieza al contrario è stata soddisfacente. Forse i nostri trascorsi di camperisti per oltre 45 anni ci aiutano nell valutare senza grandi pretese L'unico neo è stato un saltuario "odorino", dal bagno.....

• Christophe V (1/5): - La piscine, et encore !! Hôtel/appartements très largement survendu. Un mauvais 2 étoiles . Très très cher pour la prestation reçue. Tout est minimisé pour réduire au maximum les frais du propriétaire. C'est a dire, changement des draps 1 seule fois dans la semaine (et encore, suite a notre réclamation), nettoyage de l'appartement 2 fois en 7 jours, SDB et chambres vieillottes, internet inefficient dans les chambres, machine à laver off, 20cl de gel douche/shampoing pour 5 pour une semaine. Petit déjeuner à donner envie d'aller le prendre ailleurs.. ils trichent même sur l'huile d'olive remplissant la bouteille avec de l'huile de colza. Accès compliqué et pas de parking. Obligé d'aller sur un pkg en bord de mer ou les places sont très rares. Vu les discussions houleuses entendues à l'accueil, nous n'étions pas les seuls à être mécontents. En résumé, rapport qualité prix inacceptable.

• Yanick (2/5): Évitez cet établissement, pas cher et bien placé, pour le reste allezailleurs. - L'emplacement de l'établissement. Beaucoup de points négatifs : d'abord la literie est catastrophique, le matelas était si ferme qu'on avait l'impression de dormir par terre, nous avons demandé à changer de matelas, cela n'a pas été fait. Chambre et salle de bain très vétuste. L'eau de la piscine était trouble, manque de propreté certain. Le petit déjeuner est correct sauf que les clients ont un tel manque de respect, pas de gêne pour vider devant nous toutes les assiettes de gâteaux, pain de mie, charcuterie fromage œufs... Pas de parking, accès à pied par un chemin dégradé et très sale. En un mot, Fuyez !

E questo - Posizione comodissima e staff gentile Struttura collocata internamente, molto difficile da raggiungere dalla strada. Poco segnalata e stradina pedonale un po’ dissestata e buia, scomoda anche per portare i bagagli. La pulizia della camera era scarsa, molte ragnatele e ragni sia in prossimità dei letti che nel bagno. • Eleni (1/5): - NOTHING The room had a persistent and unbearable smell of mold, dampness, and sewage, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe inside. This was not a minor inconvenience but a serious health concern. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were appalling, with visible signs of neglect both inside and outside the property. Furthermore, the lack of proper management and disregard for guests’ well-being is unacceptable. No guest should have to endure such conditions after paying for what was supposed to be a proper accommodation. I consider this experience completely unacceptable and demand that immediate action be taken, including a full refund. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate it further, including submitting a formal complaint to health authorities and pursuing legal action if necessary. This was one of the most unpleasant and disturbing hotel experiences I have ever had, and I strongly advise you to address these issues immediately to avoid further reputational damage.

Cerise sur le gâteaux restriction d’eau dans l’hôtel : 2 premiers jours pas d’eau chaude , les jours suivant 1h d’eau si on avait de la chance pour se doucher . Je vous laisse imaginer vous rentrer de la plage et vous ne pouvez pas vous doucher . Bien sûr les toilettes pareil . Cette hôtel a gâché nos vacances n’y aller pas . Dernière chose on c’est plaint , le propriétaire devait nous envoyé 200€ de compensation qu’on a jamais reçu bien sûr . Booking a remboursé 150€ sur une semaine a 700€ . Une honte …
• Michael (7/5): Gut und preisgünstige Übernachtung - Frühstück war ok. Gut: Es gab Joghurt, jeden Tag eine andere Art Ei, Käse, Wurst, Tomate, Gurke, Olivenöl, Honig. Die Damen von der Rezeption waren sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer ein offenes Ohr und Tips. Schöne Lage. Schöner Blick. Meine Kinder hatten am Pool ihren Spaß, weil man dort vom Beckenrand springen durfte, was anderswo oft nicht geht. Frühstück weniger Gut: Nur Industrie-Weißbrot-Scheiben, Industrie-Marmelade in Plastikportionen mit wenig Fruchtanteil und Geschmack, Industriegebäck, teilweise extra verpackt. Viel Plastik, auch die Becher für den Saft. Saft aus einer Saftmaschine (Ananas und Orange), der nicht allzu gut geschmeckt hat. Kaffee ebenfalls aus einer Zapfmaschine. Der Kaffee hat uns beiden überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Den haben wir nie wieder genommen. Das Frühstück von 7 bis 9 Uhr ist mir im Urlaub zu früh. Die Leute beim Frühstück waren sehr reaktiv und haben oft aufgefüllt auf unsere Bitte hin. Außerdem wurde während des Frühstücks vor allen Gästen hin und wieder eine Raucherpause gemacht. Das ist nicht schlimm, sieht aber seltsam aus. Am Pool gab es keine Dusche, d.h. jeder Gast ging so ins Wasser wie er/sie gerade war... Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Apartments war ok. In einem Zimmer konnte man die Fensterscheiben (bodentiefe Schiebefenster) zwar gegeneinander verschließen, aber die beiden Scheiben ließen sich gemeinsam in die Wand verschieben, so dass ca. 10cm frei waren. Es fehlten wichtige Utensilien: Spülschwamm, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel, das eine oder andere Besteck. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand war eher "vintage".

The pool was the main reason for us to book this hotel but the first 2 days of our arrival the pool was out of order.

• Ulrik (3/5): Korfu er en lækker ø, men dette hotel kan ikke anbefales. - Kort afstand til strand og byens faciliteter Vi boede i lejlighed med to soveværelser (3 senge i hver) og en lille terrasse ud til området, hvor alle andre gæster går forbi. Dør direkte ud til receptionen. Lejligheden er i virkelig ringe stand på alle områder. Vi mødte ind til en gammel fugtig lugt. Synlig skimmelsvamp i skabe på det ene værelse. Ejere havde forsøgt at camouflere dette med duftfriskere - og alligevel fremstod receptionist helt overrasket, som om de aldrig havde bemærket det. Elkedel var defekt og det fossede ud forneden. Ødelagte inventar er et gammelt køleskab hvor rust var dækket med maling. Den ene hylde i køleskab faldt ud, første gang vi åbnede, fordi den var knækket. Sparsomt udstyret køkken med snavset service. Der var 2 beskidte knive og 2 teskeer(selvom det var en lejlighed til 6). Den meget gamle Vaskemaskine virkede ikke - den første receptionist forsøgt at lade som om, at hun ikke kunne finde ud af den og ville bestille service til senere på dagen. Senere på dagen sagde næste receptionist “Men den virker slet ikke - har I ikke fået besked om det?!”. På intet tidspunkt var der rigtig varmt vand i hanerne. Morgenmad kunne stille sult - andet positivt var der ikke at sige om det. Juicemaskine var slukket; varmeplaner var ikke sat til strøm nogle af dagene (måske fordi de heller ikke virkede?). Så hvis ikke du vil have kolde æg og bacon, så må du møde op kl 7. Én slags brød - tørt toastbrød. Vores unge mennesker ville ikke spise der mere end den første dag. Egentlig et fint og hyggeligt poolområde. Men man må på ingen måde forvente daglig rengøring heraf. Vi var der tirsdag-tirsdag. Først søndag skete der noget efter opfordring. Forinden lå der brunt snavs overalt i kanten på bunden + et stykke vandmelon + små hvide/klare “klatter” overalt i vandet. To søde og venlige receptionister, men efterhånden blev vi klar over, at de var skolet til rollen i naivt at glide af på henvendelser om fejl og mangler fra både os og det vi overværede fra andre.

Το κατάλυμα συχνά δεν είχε νερό, κάτι που ισχυρίστηκε πως ήταν πρόβλημα της περιοχής, ωστόσο η περιοχή φάνηκε να έχει νερό από τα τριγύρω μαγαζιά. Η υπηρεσία του καθαρισμού, αν και ευγενέστατη, δεν πέρασε ούτε μια φορά μέσα από τα δωμάτια (διαμείναμε 4 διανυκτερεύσεις), τα οποία δεν είχαν ούτε δεύτερο χαρτί υγείας. Βγάζαμε εμείς τα σκουπίδια, ώστε να τους τα δώσουμε όταν και άν περάσουν. Επιπλέον, στην κουζίνα εντοπίσαμε μυρμήγκια. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει κάποιο υδραυλικό πρόβλημα (δωμάτιο 13) καθώς μονίμως η τουαλέτα έσταζε νερό σε μεγάλη ποσότητα και πλημμύριζε ο χώρος. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ περιορισμένο και κακής ποιότητας και η πισίνα τις πρώτες μέρες δε δούλευε λόγω της φαινομενικής έλλειψης νερού, και τις μέρες που δούλευε ήταν πολύ βρώμικη, επομένως δεν βουτήξαμε. Τέλος ,η επικοινωνία μου με το κατάλυμα ήταν αρκετά δύσκολη, καθώς όταν έκανα την κράτηση έπαιρνα τηλέφωνα για να επιβεβαιώσω και δεν απαντούσε κανείς, και όταν τελικά κάποιος απάντησε ,δεν γνώριζαν τι είχε γίνει με την κράτηση μου και ταλαιπωρήθηκα δύο μέρες για να την επιβεβαιώσω. Και όταν το κατάλυμα δεν έχει πολιτική ακύρωσης και παίρνει όλο το ποσό από τον πελάτη , οφείλει να είναι σε θέση να επικοινωνήσει με τον πελάτη για τα πάντα, πόσο μάλλον για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης. Πολύ απογοητευτική διαμονή, δεν το προτείνω.

• Erik (7/5): Basic hotel, mooi uitzicht, prima locatie - Het zwembad en ruime balkon met mooi zeezicht (familiekamer) Locatie ten opzichte van centrum en strand is prima. Zeer vriendelijke dames bij receptie! Ontbijt viel zeer tegen, slechts 1x gebruik van gemaakt. Tijden ontbjjt; van 07.09 tot 09.00. In dorp kun je gelukkig prima ontbijten voor weinig. Zwembad tot 19.00 uur open. In hoogseizoen zou tot 20.00 uur fijner zijn. Ontbijt zou ik verlengen tot 10.00 uur en verbeteren. Geen open bar bij zwembad, ons hele verblijf dicht geweest. Flinke klim vanaf straat naar appartement. Parkeren van huurauto is lastig. Slechts 2 parkeerplaatsen met beperkte plekken. 1 op 600 meter en 1 op 300 meter.

• Regan (1/5): Avoid this place...could not have been worse. - The only good thing about this place is the pool. Where do I even start! I had searched for weeks online for a 2 bedroom apartment, and the second bedroom needed to have 3 single beds as we have 3 teenagers. I found this place. When we arrived we were brought on a walk towards the street to the corfu suites, not even part of the complex. It was a one bedroom apartment with 2 sets of bunk beds in the living area. The bedroom had a panel excluded from the wall so this was not entirely cut off from the rest so efficiently we had an open plan accommodation. For the whole week, no one had privacy. It looked nothing like the pictures that I had booked from. My husband ended up on a ladder within half an hour, fixing a curtain that was hanging down. A shower enclosure was leaning against the wall. We were told they did not get around to putting it up before our arrival. There were no sockets in the kitchen area, it meant we had to boil the kettle in the bedroom.We were told we could be given a different apartment the next day, that offer never came. 2 days later, I left 2 bags of rubbish outside the door and sent a text to ask the housemaid to collect. By that evening, they were not collected, and the area was full of ants. I brought the 2 bags to the reception area and left them there. I woke the receptionist who was asleep at the desk to air my unhappiness.she tried to tell me I didn't ask for that. I said you saw the message and when she looked at it again, she agreed.i was told if I wanted to have the apartment cleaned to leave the key on the door or leave it to reception, due their total incompetence I couldn't risk this so formthe whole week we had no housemaid service. The place is an absolute shambles. Don't waste your money. It was totally overpriced. We didn't try the breakfast as it was only served until 9 am, and we're on holiday. I wasn't setting an alarm to get up for breakfast.

• Tomasz (2/5): Najgorszy stosunek jakości do ceny na jakim byliśmy - 7 dni - Okolica jest ładna, klimatyzacja w pokoju Łóżka gdzie sprzężyny wbijają się na całej powierzchni, czuć jakby się spało na starej wersalce. Śniadania nie były takie jak na zdjęciach, brakowało czegokolwiek świeżego, z owoców tylko arbuz i stare (nawet bardzo) banany, codziennie to samo, brak ciepłego jedzenia, jakiegokolwiek sosu, automat do napojów popsuty (od dłuższego czasu, nikomu się nie chce naprawić). W hotelu problemy z wodą (do tego stopnia, że nie ma wody ani zimnej ani ciepłej) przez co nawet basen został tymczasowo zamknięty. Zamek w pokoju na tyle popsuty, że się zamknąć nie dało, tak naprawdę był tylko na klamkę zamykany. Sprzątanie miało być codziennie a zmieniane ręczniki co 3 dni, a tak naprawdę pani od sprzątania była 4 razy w ciągu 7 dyniowego wyjazdu i ani razu nie zmieniła ręczników. Okolica gdzie wszędzie daleko, brak piaszczystej plaży, jedyny autobus jaki jest jedzie do miasta 50 minut i stamtąd dopiero da się dojechać gdziekolwiek. Restauracje w pobliżu drogie i nie dobre.

• Anikó (8/5): Megfelelő. - A szállás sétatávolságra van a tengerparttól. Akinek fontos, a kertben medence is van. A szobák megfelelő méretűek. Sajnos számunkra a reggeli időpontja (7-től 9-ig). A reggeli, és a reggelinél közreműködő személyzet. A vendéglátás nagyon nem az erősségük. Könyörögni kellett még a tiszta tányérért, evőeszközökért is, az ételekről nem beszélve. Nagyon lassan töltötték fel a kiürült kínálótálakat.

Az apartman büdös Dohany szagú. Két apartmant béreltünk az egyikben a fürdőszoba alkalmatlan volt fürdési célokra. A reggeli nagyon szűk választókkal és az is legtöbbször kifogyva. A gyerekek egyetlen egyszer sem ettek abból a reggeliből.

Pas de salon, alors que celui-ci est mentionné dans le descriptif, fuite dans le lavabo dans la salle de bain réparé après 4 jours seulement, obligés de vidanger avec un sceau et plein d'eau dans la salle de bain, comme si on était à la plage, cuvette des toilettes réparée après 5 jours, obligés de vidanger avec un sceau après chaque utilisation, malgré nos plaintes de tout ces défauts dès notre arrivée, le Chef de l'établissement sans fous royalement. Franchement je ne conseille pas, malgré le personnel super cool et à l'écoute, mais qui ne peut rien faire de plus pour nous à part s'excuser. Je n'ai jamais vu ça nulle part jusqu'à présent.

• Леонова (10/5): - Hello! We give this hotel the highest rating and absolutely recommend it! My daughter and I stayed here from July 4th to 8th. Even though we arrived late, they were expecting us. At the reception, we were warmly greeted by a friendly and kind young lady who explained everything clearly. When she showed us to our room and opened the balcony, we felt like we had stepped into a fairytale. Even without going out onto the balconies (there were two), we could lie on the bed and see three things at once: the sea, the garden, and the mountains. It was so beautiful, we just sat and admired the view for a long time. We’ll try to upload photos later. The room had two separate, comfortable beds and everything needed to store our things. There was a shower cabin with a sit-in bathtub, and a kitchenette – a full apartment setup with everything you need to prepare meals. The rooms were soundproof. The hotel itself is small and very cozy. Breakfasts were buffet-style, just like in the pictures on the hotel’s website: sliced meats and cheeses, vegetables, feta, yogurt, hot baked sausages and prosciutto, a selection of pastries, fruits, various cereals, milk, juices, and water. The swimming pool was spacious, clean, and crystal clear, with filters and separate areas for the comfort of both children and adults. For those who can’t swim, there were two life rings available. Nearby, there was also a small playground with a slide for kids. The whole area was surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Large vases and statues added a lovely reminder of Ancient Greek culture. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. They often asked if everything was okay, whether we were enjoying our stay, and if we needed anything. The sea deserves a special mention. It’s close – only about 150 meters away. The beach is sandy, with a sand-and-pebble entrance and patches of pure sand. The water is clean, clear, and warm. Такого не было

• Mohammad (10/5): - Für den Preis war alles absolut in Ordnung! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer schönen Lage. Besonders positiv ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal aufgefallen – alle waren sehr nett. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Empfehlenswert! Das parken war ein bisschen zu weit. Man muss 6 min zu Fuß zum Auto oder vom Auto zum Hotel. Aber trotzdem für den Preis ist in Ordnung. Vorsichtig nicht auf der Straßen unten parken. Ist verboten. Weiter nach vorne gibt es Parkplatz so einen kleinen!

• Lea (5/5): Povoljan smještaj za prolazan kratki boravak, domaćica ljubazna, lijep pogled s balkona. Nepraktičan ako se planira obil - Cijena je veoma povoljna. Djevojka na recepciji bila je ljubazna, došla je po nas na glavnu cestu kad smo stigli. Kod naplate je došlo do pogreške, ali je to odmah riješeno, po dolasku u hotel smo dobili potvrdu. Hotel nema parking i ne može se soći do njega autom, uvučen je u odnosu na glavnu cestu pa bi trebale biti jasnije upute gdje je smješten. Lokacija nije baš poogodna ukoliko se planira obilazak otoka. Nema lifta. Soba je vrlo skučena, mi smo očekivali samo sobu s krevetom, a zapravo se radi o studio apartmanu što vjerujem da gostima odgovara, ali je zbog tog zatrpana namještajem između kojeg se jedva prolazi. Tuš kabina je u lošijem stanju. Hrana na doručku se podgrijava, kad smo došli prvi dan primijetili smo to po okusu, a narednih dana kad smo došli vrlo rano kad se doručak još pripremao, stajala je ista hrana od dan ranije. Mlijeko nam se činilo pokvareno.

• Hanna (4/5): - Это был вариант размещения типа отель (наличие стойки регистрации и завтраков) и апартаменты (наличие своей мини-кухни), был бассейн и шезлонги около него (сама этим не пользовалась, но у других гостей пользовалось популярностью. Завтрак скромный и всегда одинаковый, но можно найти, что покушать Санузел - ужасный запах канализации из раковины, очень плохо смываемый бачок унитаза. Кухня - раз уж она есть, логично было предусмотреть минимальный набор средства для мытья посуды, губку, полотенце для кухни, хоть немного соли. Имеется стиральная машина, но нечем стирать. Если каждый гость, приезжающий на неделю-две, будет покупать себе соль, средство для посуды, стиральный порошок - такими маленькими упаковками, которые возможно использовать за такой короткий срок не купишь, а купив много, логично, что все это каждый увозить с собой не будешь.... В подтверждении бронирования было прописано, что при бронировании жилья в срок до 15.06 не менее чем на 7 дней, бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, однако по факту было сообщено, что бесплатного нет(((

• Pełka (5/5): Jeśli zależy wam na śniadaniach, nie wybierajcie tego miejsca - Lokalizacja blisko plaży i centrum benitses. Zostaliśmy przeniesieni do lepszej części hotelu, było czysto i wygodnie. Śniadania były bardzo biedne, a jednak dla nich wybraliśmyakurat ten hotel (jako jeden z niewielu oferował Śniadania). Poza sezonem nie ma stołu szwedzkiego, niestety takiej informacji nie otrzymaliśmy wcześniej. Śniadanie składało się z 2/4 kawałków suchych chrustów, dwa kawałki chleba tostowego, jeden criossant w stylu seven days, dwa hotelowe miodki (20g) i dwa hotelowe dżemy (20g), 4 ciastka owsiane. Sami oceńcie czy jest to wystarczające żeby się najeść, już pomijając kwestię odżywczości. Wiedząc, że tak to wygląda zdecydowalibyśmy się na tańszy hotel bez śniadań i sami byśmy je sobie tworzyli, bo w tym przypadku też musieliśmy to często robić. Parę dni przed końcem poprosiliśmy o bardziej odżywcze jedzenie, ze względu na złe samopoczucie, niestety chyba zaszło jakieś nieporozumienie bo mimo ustalenia, że zostanie nam jakieś dostarczone, to nie zostało. W ostatni dzień (dzień wymeldowania) w ogóle nie otrzymaliśmy Śniadania.

The furniture old the mattress is old and uncomfortable. The kitchen old and broken, no microwave in the room! The air conditioner didn't work, but the change in the middle of the stay! We can't sleep or rest in the afternoon. Breakfast is very simple, and you have bread and 3 options, sausage, egg, and bacon (we have once). No poolbar or chance to buy something during the day. For watter you need to go 100 méter (down from the hill) yes this hotel it's on the hill, very steep road to gat up from the main street. The owner of the place tell lies on the booking.com and this is the reason why (no cancelation for any reason). I have more negative about shower room but.... Just find another place to stay. First picture its a reception!
• Thusitha (1/5): Awful - Receptionist is very friendly that's all we found good. Rooms were very smelly. Shower cubicle was leaking. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. Kitchen facilities were awful. No good Kitchen equipments. Waste of money never gone go again. Cooker was in the kitchen but it doesn't work. No idea why it's there. Unsafty sockets were there.
