- Antro89 (5/5): No so great this time - We stayed here previously and had a decent enough experience. Location is great, beds are comfortable. Unfortunately this time round, it wasn't so great. The bathroom floor had never seen a mop, there were a few cleaning issue which I addressed. Also the breakfast this time around seemed small.

- Julie (8/5): Too hot too Handle - The hotel is nice & in a great location staff where lovely & food nice The bedroom was quite small & I felt claustrophobic ,and far too warm we had the window open & fan on all night & that was last week ,I wouldn't want to stay in the room in the summer months 🥵

- Victoria (8/5): Great location, comfy well designed rooms, books a sea view - Great location, lovely view, small carpark but in street parking around also, lovely decking area at the front either bar service. Breakfast was quite chaotic, however there was an issue with a leak in the breakfast area which might have contributed. Took a while for staff to acknowledge us and let us know process for breakfast. Would have been nice to have fresh decaf coffee available instead of sachets.

The hotel is directly opposite the beach and a short walk away from the town. - Pera (7/5): Prepare to go Offshore, for better and worse. - The Offshore is a wonderfully dressed hotel with a modern Gentleman's smoking room vibe. The hotel is clean and provides some of the best food around. Breakfast was great and the staff were attentive. The bar area had great ambience Speedy Wifi Great ambience throughout You might as well actually be offshore with the rooms sizes. 1111 was a tiny room with no great view I felt quite claustrophobic at times. The room was furnished with a mattresses/pillows which were more firm than I would have liked. (I woke up with a cricked neck). The hotel lacks facilities of other nearby hotels. Don't expect to park on site as the spaces are extremely limited. No milky coffees available for Breakfast.

The room was fresh and clean, no aromas, uncluttered and the mattress was 5-Star. Breakfast service was well prepared and presented, as ever, cheerfully. A great start to the day ahead. I had dinner in the restaurant on two evenings and left very satisfied with the quality and portion. Credit to Mandy for marshaling her staff so effectively and ensuring that the service in all areas was so effective and enjoyable. I’m sure that she’s an unsung hero. I suppose it could have parking for 50 cars but it’s unreasonable to expect that.

- Kevin (10/5): Perfect for a short break. Clean, comfortable and Welcoming. - The single room was very well laid out and had tea/coffee making facilities, an ironing board and a hair dryer. The shower room was very clean and had constant hot water and plenty of soap and shampoo. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options - the full-English was plentiful as well. The hotel was facing the promenade so you couldn't have asked for a better location. WiFi throughout the property was quite fast in comparison to many other hotels I have stayed at. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar which had plenty of food and drink options. The view from the window was the side wall of the building to the side - this did not affect me at all but might put some people off. Parking was limited but I was able to easily park around the corner for free ( a 2 minute walk). I would anticipate that parking during high season would be a bit of a problem. You are only allowed to park on the main road fronting the hotel for 2 house (charges start from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. (during the time I was there).

Location was great , excellent facilities, hotel prices for drinks and food. Small car park with only one disabled parking space . Although check in wasn’t until 3pm we arrived 15min early to find car park full .
- Steve (6/5): Disappointed that there was no real comfy lounge area to sit in at night when the weather was bad. - after the lift broke we were offered a ground floor room immediately, which we accepted & were pleased with. Breakfasts were excellent. Evening meals were basic, not much choice especially when the special menu was always running out and were mainly pies & root veg. too many dogs were allowed in all areas of the dining area, including areas where they were not supposed to be.

- Chloe (6/5): Not bad not amazing! - main person who brought joy to out stay was Mike who brings out the breakfast, he was amazing and so so interested genuinely! Hotel as a whole was good, didn’t appreciate how many dogs they were sitting in the restaurant, also how much the bedroom carpet & bed covers were covered in dog hairs which made our clothes & socks covered in them, I feel there should be designated pet rooms as personally I think it’s unhygienic to have to sleep with millions of dog hairs in the room/bed, also the mattress appears to be extra firm which wasn’t a good move for someone with a back condition.

- Dale (4/5): This hotel does not have car parking availability: no matter what it might claim or advertise. - NA Attitude of front of house staff when I questioned why my reserved and acknowledged parking had not been provided and was unavailable. Receiving 5 seperate emails from the hotel in regard to my booking. Staff very offensive in reference to parking situation and determined to prove that pre arrival car park booking was not an option. The information contained within the booking.com page needs to be updated to reflect the true non availability of parking
