- Glashüttner (1/5): Viel, viel, viel zu teuer für 0 Ausstattung.. - Frühstück war ok Dieser Preis für ein winziges Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage ist schlichtweg eine Frechheit. Zusätzlich gibt es auf den Toiletten im Restaurant nur einen!!! Schlüssel für 4 Toiletten!! Entweder warten oder mit der Hand zuhalten. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal kam die Antwort: Wir haben eben nur einen Schlüssel! Unglaublich und so noch nie erlebt! Um 270€ pro Nacht einfach Wahnsinn. Definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung! Nie wieder!

Had everything you need in your room including slippers, wine, shoe horn etc. The front desk was also very helpful. If your room faces the interior of the building it can be loud because of echoing voices if you want your window open for fresh air.

- Hans C (9/5): Zentral, ruhig und komfortabel - Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, vor dem Haus gibt es einen Kurzzeitparkplatz, die Garage ist fix und gut zu erreichen(unter dem Kaufhaus). Ein korrekter und umfassender Empfang/check inn. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Sonnenschein auf der Dachterrasse, lokale Getränke und eine herzliche, freundliche und aufmerksame Servicekraft. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Der Tresor hat mit dem Code nicht funktioniert und wir bekamen einen gewöhnlichen Schlüssel. Nur zwei Minituben Shampoo und Duschgel. Das alles ist nicht ausreichend für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

- Peter (7/5): Hotel op een fijne locatie, maar de standaardkamers zijn erg klein - De locatie is fijn; alles op loopafstand. Een prima ontbijt vanaf 7 uur. De standaardkamers zijn heel erg klein. Alleen was het nog wel te doen, maar het is erg passen en meten. Er was zelfs geen stoel om mijn kleren overheen te leggen om maar wat te noemen. Het incheckproces was erg vervelend: ik kwam laat aan (en had dat aangegeven ivm mijn vlucht), maar mijn kamer was aan iemand anders gegeven. Het duurde tijden voordat het was opgelost en mogelijk dat ik daardoor een nog kleinere kamer kreeg, maar dat weet ik niet zeker.

Eenmaal auto geparkeerd in een garage die hotel aanbied op een loopafstand, auto de hele vakantie niet meer gebruikt, alles op de voet kunnen doen. De personeel aardig en behulpzaam, spreken uitstekend Engels. Kamers waren groot genoeg, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, voor ieder wat wils. - Jana (10/5): - V tomto hoteli sme strávil dva nádherné dni, spolu s naším labradorom. Hotel sa nachádza len pár minút od očarujúceho centra mesta, takže jeho poloha je naozaj ideálna. Izba bola priestranná, čistá a veľmi útulná, no najväčším prekvapením bola neuveriteľne pohodlná posteľ, vďaka ktorej sme si dokonale oddýchli. Personál bol počas celého pobytu mimoriadne milý, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť. Raňajky formou bufetu boli doslova dôvodom, prečo sme každé ráno vstávali s úsmevom – výber aj kvalita boli výborné. Na tento pobyt budeme ešte dlho spomínať a už teraz sa nevieme dočkať našej ďalšej návštevy. Všetko nám vyhovovalo.

- Rosen (10/5): - Отлична локация, отзивчив персонал, чисти стаи. С пристигането предложиха стаи, които не отговарят на снимките в booking. След това ни настаниха в реновираните стаи. Освен това бяха свършили картите за безплатния паркинг и трябваше да си платим едно денонощие в паркинга, който се намира в близкия МОЛ.

- Larissa‘s (2/5): - Die Lage war gut und mitten in der Innenstadt. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt. Die Zimmer waren für einen Kurztrip Inordnung. MAN BLEIBT AUF DEN ANGEBLICH KOSTENLOSEN PARKGEBÜHREN SITZEN!! Das Hotel wirbt in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos mit kostenlosem Parken. Geparkt wird in einem naheliegenden Parkhaus eines Einkaufszentrums. Die Gebühren müssen ausgelegt werden und durch Vorlage der Quittung erfolgt ANGEBLICH die Rückerstattung. Wir haben die Parkgebühr bezahlt und den Bon im Hotel bei Abreise abgegeben zuzüglich unsere Bankdetails. Eine Rückerstattung habe ich auch Wochen später nicht erhalten. Bei telefonischer Nachfrage sollte ich erneut die Quittung einreichen. Gesagt - Getan. Wieder warte ich vergeblich auf eine Rückzahlung. Auf weitere WhatsApp Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert. Es ging um 50€. Ich bin total enttäuscht und sauer, dass das Versprechen nicht eingehalten wird. Erst durch Einreichung der Belege beim Booking.com Kundenservice habe ich eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Allerdings nie vom Hotel selbst. Daher nie wieder!

- Manfred (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel ok. - Gute Lage des Hotels (nähe Zentrum). Frühstück ok. Bad und Toilette sehr klein. Keine deutschen Fernsehsender.
- Elodie (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel - Tout, cette établissement est juste parfait que sa soit niveau confort mais également par rapport à la position au centre ville et des lieux touristiques. /
