• Kathryn (10/5): Amazing apartment location is key! - The property is in a great location to the beaches, port and historical center with shops and restaurants! We arrived for our honeymoon and Vito set us up with a special arrangement and was so accommodating with our check in! We loved that the apartment had its own kitchen and espresso machine. We were able to enjoy breakfast in the mornings on the balcony and eat out during the day. There’s a great view from the bedroom to the sea. The doors open up for fresh air as well if the weather is nice!

• Dániel (9/5): - The location was very good and the host was friendly and helpful. In the 90 m² apartment, there is no sofa or common seating area where you can comfortably sit and relax together with friends at the end of the day. Additionally, the elevator is quite small, accommodating only two people at a time. Regarding the bathrooms, in practice there is only one proper bathroom. The others are located within the bedrooms and cannot really be considered full bathrooms—they are very small and function more as compact shower/toilet spaces. Due to the limited space, the door often needs to remain open when using the toilet. The main bathroom works as expected, although the water pressure could be improved.

• john (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of Sorrento - We had a fantastic stay at the Agora apartments, our host Vito was charming and super helpful. The apartment is in a brilliant location just off the Corso Italia, a 2 minute walk to Tasso Square, but far enough away that the noise is not an issue. The views are of the sea and the grounds of the Excelsior Hotel pool, super nice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. It was also well equipped with an expresso maker, tea kettle, and full kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year. Our stay was great, I have zero bad to say about it other than it was not long enough.

• Emily (7/5): Apartment in great location - but needs upgrading. - Apartment was in a great location just off the square. A lift for luggage. Great host in Vito, who met us and arranged for parking offsite at 25eur/day. It was sparsely furnished. Kitchen plates, utensils etc could do with a good wash & extra things added. Hairdryer blew up in my hand, door handle feel off front door. Needs some good maintenance work. I told Vito of this and he said he would fix it.
• Jane (10/5): It’s all about the location! - The location was 1 block off the main area which made it easily accessible but yet quiet. The bed was comfortable, we liked having the washer in the unit as well as 2 bathrooms. It was fine, the kitchen was a little outdated or campy.
• Kaitlin (10/5): Agora Apartments comfortably hosted our group of 7 people and the location could not be beat! - The location of this property is exceptional! All stores, restaurants, beach, marina, church, etc are within 5 minutes walking distance from Agora! The property was clean and the manager was extremely responsive with assistance for things like transfer cars and tours of all different areas in Italy.

• Joan (9/5): Beautiful apartment for a couple looking to relax and explore Sorrento - Central location, but quiet. Steps to the Main Street in Sorrento with all the restaurants and shops. Maybe a 7 minute walk from the train station. Amazing views across the bay of Naples. It was a little tight on space for three adults. I would say this is perfect for a couple.

Две двухспальные кровати, один диван с механизмом итальянская раскладушка с хорошим матрасом (фактически как нормальная кровать). Но, обратите внимание, если это важно, вход в комнату с диваном через спальню, они разделены только занавеской, двери нет. Очень чистая квартира, чистые белье/полотенца. В каждой комнате, кроме одной спальни, балконы. 2 санузла. Один большой и комфортный санузел с душем, унитазом, биде и раковиной. Второй санузел в спальне - отдельный туалет с раковиной и отдельно душевая кабина, но и туалет, и душ очень маленькие - либо для детей, либо для некрупных взрослых. Отлично и быстро заселили. Не было проблем и с выселением. Дом расположен практически в минуте от центральной площади, в десяти минутах ходьбы от порта. Обратите внимание, что дом на скале, а порт внизу. Поэтому надо воспользоваться либо лифтом в нескольких минутах ходьбы от порта, а потом пройти метров 500, либо пройти по дороге от порта, но тогда вас ждет подъем по высокой лестнице. Такси от/до порта €25. Если прибываете на вокзал, то идти до дома несколько минут. Квартира на верхнем этаже, но есть лифт. Рядом много ресторанчиков, в пешей доступности исторический центр и набережная. Рекомендуем квартиру
• elisabeth (5/5): El precio no lo vale - La ubicación es el punto positivo de estos apartamentos Las instalaciones: hay dos habitaciones que sólo están separadas por una cortina y en una de ellas, no hay cama normal, sino un sofá cama muy incómodo. Prácticamente no hay salón en el apartamento, el espacio es diminuto, tanto que no hay ni mesa dónde comer, solo una pequeña barra integrada con la cocina, y no hay sofá para sentarse, solo dos pequeños sillones individuales. Hay un baño que está bien, con su ducha, pero el otro que está integrado en una de las habitaciones, el cubículo donde está el WC, si te sientas normal, no puedes ni cerrar la puerta, con lo que las 6 personas acaban todas en el otro y es muy insuficiente.

Manager was very helpful on arrival, met the taxi when we arrived to help with bags and showed us how everything worked in the apartment. Loved sitting on our small balcony after exploring for the day Apartment was quiet especially during the night. Apartment was spacious The bed was very hard. Not comfortable. There was a new washing machine but no rack or dryer or way to dry your clothes, so we couldn’t use it.

• Anthony (10/5): A unique place to stay. - The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartments overlook one of Sorrento’s best hotels the Excelsior Hotel. You have views of Naples and Mt Vesuvius in between the hotel buildings. We had dinner and drinks there often. The apartment location is perfect. Close to everything. The apartment is excellent.

• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Great location and very spacious apartment but coffee pot was disgusting. Would have received 10 stars but the coffee pot was very dirty and gross. There was a plastic water bottle inserted inside the water compartment. I don't know why but if there was a problem with the coffee maker, it should be replaced , not modified with a nasty water bottle. The rest of the coffee maker was dirty also. Please replace it.

• Paul (8/5): Fantastic location limited facilities 6 adults. - The location could not have been better. State of the property was very good. Information on the Booking.com website was misleading. Pictures showed an outdoor seating area and a lounge. The outdoor seating area was for a different apartment. The lounge was none existent as it was the third bedroom as 6 people are staying. There was insufficient chairs and no table to sit at. We used a small outdoor table and 2 folding chairs to have limited seating. The bedroom situated on the mezzanine had a extremely small toilet cubicle that meant anyone sitting down had to have the door open, there was very little storage in that bedroom, plenty of hanging space which was not easy to access but no drawer space to place smaller items. The lighting was also poor with on 2 bedside lights. There was nowhere we could sit as a family as the lounge was the third bedroom, not apparent on the website. The lounge, that was the third bedroom, had no storage for those sleeping in there. However, perhaps the biggest failing was that the lift was broken and although promises were made to get it repaired it was still broken when we departed. This meant climbing 41 steps to get into the apartment, not much fun for 2, 80 year old guests. The owner offered his sincere apologies and help us take our luggage upstairs initially and brought it down for us at the end of our stay. When needed the owner was very helpful and provided a very welcome fruit basket when we arrived.

• Shuruethy (9/5): A great stay at a beautiful location! - We were contacted by the host, Vito, via Whatsapp before we arrived at the property which was very convenient. We needed to leave our luggage before our check-in time so we could do a ferry tour and they helped us with this. When we were ready to check-in, the host was very easy to contact and he arrived within 20 minutes of contact. The room itself was very nice and kept very well. We stayed in the room 'Tasso' which had 3 rooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets and had air conditioning. The rooms were very clean and kept well, and there were two balconies which looked over the street with a beautiful view! Vito was extremely helpful and even helped us with a driver to take us to Naples airport after our stay. I would highly recommend this place, and I may stay here again! The only difficult part was the lift did not work, but that was not too much of an issue.

Sorrento was our favorite spot on our 2 week vacation. The toilet was having issues, but the host was quick to try and fix it. He was great.

A short walk to the train station (<10mins), one block from the main square with access to unlimited shopping and restaurants as well as the stairway that leads down to the sea port. Our host recommended a wonderful upscale restaurant on the waterfront, La Marinella, which offered amazing service, delicious food prepared artfully and exceptional views. There is nothing negative to say regarding the property accommodations, host or location.

• Louise (8/5): Authentic stay in heart of Sorrento. - The property is in an excellent location on the main street but was very quiet as it was at the back. Loved the authentic original decor of the appartment, the tiles and bathroom fixtures. Host was welcoming and helpful. The only window looks out onto internal courtyard. The kitchen is tiny and tap hard to turn off to stop dripping. The table and chairs was a bit uncomfortable.

• Jennifer (7/5): Amazing host/location and adequate/economical apartment. - The location was excellent very close to train station and main square. Vito was an amazing host-very responsive and helpful and helped organize an excellent trip to Capri. It was nice there was a coffee maker and pods. It seemed like an adequate, typical Italian apt. The AC didn’t work great but was ok. It would have been nice to have more bedding and wash cloths. We also had expected a real balcony with table which this wasn’t. It was on the Main Street with Juliette balcony and was noisy/lively until late at night but we didn’t mind. Ask which apt you are getting as there are some with try balcony and peekaboo of the sea-we wished we had that.

• James (7/5): Central location with clean room - We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was central to Sorrento main streets. Can be a bit loud due to the proximity to the shops below, but not overly loud.
• Nissa (7/5): Good service, good location. - Original Sorrento style property with high ceilings. Great location in the heart of Sorrento. There is no sound proofing specifically around the balcony door that opens on to the Main Street. It gets pretty loud at night even if there isn’t much happening outside. If you’re a light sleeper it will be hard to get a good nights sleep here.

In the description it said there was a rooftop but we were out in a separate building and was not made aware of any rooftop. Also had to wait for host to give us the keys not realizing there was not a front desk.

The location is perfect in the middle of the historic center! Everything is near by. The apartment is really big it had is Special. Another trash can in the room! ( I threw something to the trash and stuck my had in the furniture so please move the trash place).

• Katy (3/5): Disappointed and turned off. - I liked that it was close to the train station and close to the main square in Sorrento. However, Sorrento is so small that you're pretty much close to the main areas regardless of where you are staying. I didn't like that the photo of the front of the building shown online was different from what we actually got. I don't think that we were given what we reserved. The building is super old, and run down. The entrance is old, and the corridor and stairs to get to the apartment is old, dirty, dark and it smells bad. It felt shady and I didn't feel safe walking up to the apartment. It felt like I was a victim of a bait and switch scam. I would not stay here again and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Stay in a town nearby if all is sold out in Sorrento. You'll be better off.

I think is a problem with booking.com they show you picture of the room and you get one totally different, and it wasn't functional. The gentleman that is on charge, he is pleasant, but pleasant does not help us, specially been out of the country. The room we rent and pay, it was not the same. For 3 persons, my husband, my self and a elderly woman, sleeping our friend, it wasn't convenient, all of us in the seme room, just an Armour dividing the kitchen and she was right next to the kitchen no division of anything. The toilet was leaking on the floor. The place were they meet you to give you the keys, it is very nice, and that's the one they show you in the pictures wend you book, but they take you to another old building, that just to open the BIG front door it took some muscle. We're this building is located is very convenient to restaurant etc. My husband and my self rented another place and let our friend stay by her self to have more privacy.
• Victoria (1/5): Very disappointed, would not stay again! - The location and the bed sheets were clean and changed after two days. The entry to the apartment building was dirty with cigarette stubs and dust/ dirt on the floor.The apart was one room, it one bedroom as advertised. It was dusty, the floors not clean , the kitchen had an old cloth and scrub and food in the fridge from a prior guest. Our confirmation letter stated a balcony, there was no balcony. The photos shown online are very misleading as there are two property addresses. They should be separated, the one we stated in was more like a youth hostel.There was an iron but no ironing board. There was a safe but it wasn’t attached to anything!

• Grisel (8/5): Enjoyed our stay. - Great location in the city center. Close to restaurants, bars and shops and marina is only a 10 minute walk. Pillows were hard.
