Important Information
Children from 5 to 12 years old must pay an additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- Laura (8/5): - Das Frühstücksbüffet ist toll und das Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Hauptrestaurant war sehr freundlich. Das Bett war für mich auch super bequem. Die Verbindungstüren zwischen den Zimmern sind nicht schalldicht. Unterhaltungen, Medien und Schnarchen der Nachbarn kann man deutlich hören. Zum Teil wurden während meines Aufenthaltes auch noch Zimmer um 22:30 Uhr lautstark gereinigt. Beim Personal an der Poolbar und im japanischen Restaurant habe ich bei einigen eine professionelle Freundlichkeit gegenüber Gästen vermisst, die kein Spanisch sprechen.

- Karin (6/5): Dit hotel nooit meer! - Het uitzicht. Een uur de de check in mogelijkheid aangekomen en nog was onze kamer niet klaar. Geen toeristen voor ons bij de receptie. Wij moesten maar wachten omdat er een buslading van een bedrijfsuitje zou arriveren. Wij moesten 1,5 uur wachten. Schandalig! Een gratis lunch of een 1 persoonsmassage maakte dit zeker niet goed. Niet na een heel lange dag.

Amplias y comodas - El personal en su mayoria es amable, pero la atencion (almuerzo o cena) muy lenta. - La cocteleria deja mucho que desear. - La carta de comidas pequeña y solo aprueba. - La piscina no es temperada es menos fria pero no temperada como lo anuncian. - La limpieza en general : cumple - Ahora, las actividades para niñ@s destaca, basicamente porque las monitoras si motivan a los niñ@s. - El hotel es amplio, bonito, comodo. Pero no todo es infraestructura.

- Anais (5/5): Schönes Resort mit leider sehr schlechtem Personal - Die Anlage ist wunderschön und auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gross und haben ein sehr bequemes Bett. Unsere Bewertung fällt so schlecht aus, da das Personal sehr unfreundlich, unmotiviert und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit ist. Wir hatten verschiedene Zwischenfälle und man zeigte sich nie kundenfreundlich und auch wurde immer uns die Schuld gegeben. Auch wurde unser Zimmer nie gereinigt, wir mussten immer selbst danach fragen. Das Verhalten des Personals trübte unsere Erfahrung sehr.

- Claudia (9/5): Recomendadisimo - Nos encantó. Estuvimos en una suite familiar para 4 personas y todo lindo, limpio, completo, súper moderno y en excelente estado. El personal súper atento y siempre al pendiente. El desayuno buffet con mucha variedad; lomo, chicharrón, pollo, verduras, delicioso. Catas de vino, de pisco, los sábados por noche hay banda de rock súper variada, ponen mucho ambiente. Una de sus piscinas es un tanto temperada. Es pet friendly. Los baños siempre limpios, igual que todas sus áreas. Room service 24 horas. La comida de los restaurantes muy rica y precios promedio. El boulevard está de 5 a 10 minutos caminando, se puede ir por la orilla del mismo hotel. Como oportunidad de mejora podrían renovar las cafeteras del buffet que fallaban y debían de cambiarla por otra. Sucedió 2 días.

La playa llena de basura, los grandes montículos de basura que se encuentran al costado del muelle y el olor de basura se siente, además que malogra la vista. Mi habitación estaba en el tercer piso y la pared estaba manchada de popó de aves.

- yatri63 (10/5): Beautiful modern property - This is a very large and modern property. The gardens and outdoor areas are all beautifully landscaped and have an upscale feel about it. The check-in and check-out were efficient. The rooms are very large and comfortable with balconies facing the ocean, which was really great, especially at sunset. We ate at the restaurant on two nights, and the food was excellent with very friendly and efficient service. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paracas.
- Gheraldyn (10/5): Excepcional - El hotel nos fascinó, es una mezcla de experiencias, confort e instalaciones modernas . La atención del personal es excepcional. Nos alojamos 2 noches por motivo de cumpleaños #2 de mi bebé y a mi esposo e inclusive a mi bebé nos encantó. El hotel es enorme y encantador, sobretodo porque sus espacios están muy bien acondicionados para la llegada con niños, realmente han pensado en todo. Su piscina es enorme, ideal para adultos y niños. Me encantó también el hecho de que hagan programas familiares todos los días, como día de cine familiar, picnic para niños, juegos en la piscina, etc. Los restaurantes, bares, muy modernos, el desayuno buffet de maravilla. Cuentan también con un espacio cerrado muy semejante a un centro de estimulación, el cual abre desde las 9 am, a mi bebé le encantó. En resumen, regresaría, fueron días hermosos junto a mi familia.

- Ivan (6/5): Buen hotel - Las instalaciones de primer nivel. Excelente para ir con familia. 2 puntos: Lamentablemente me intoxiqué el primer día con cerdo y no pude disfrutar la estadía. El hotel no reaccionó como esperaba y por mi parte extendí un día porque no estaba preparado para manejar de vuelta, me salió más caro enfermarme en el hotel. El otro tema, mala aislacion de los dormitorio con los pisos de arriba. El hotel reaccionó dejándome en un dormitorio del último piso y problema solucionado.

Algunos tragos no están buenos, muy aguados nos tocó. Muy poca variedad de comidas. Más indicaciones de dónde se encontraban las dinámicas, pues como es un lugar grande nos perdimos un poco.

- Lynn (10/5): - This is a beautiful resort. The pools were very clean and the landscaping is lovely. Lots of comfy lounge chairs and beds around the pool. Nice pool towels! Our room was spacious, with a nice balcony. Great shower. Extra large comfortable bed! Breakfast was a generous buffet! We loved this place!The staff was super nice too! Only one small complaint, the fridge in our room did not work well.
- Campani (9/5): - El hotel es maravilloso: las instalaciones, la ubicación y la atención en general fueron excelentes. Realmente disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía. Sin embargo, hubo un punto importante que nos decepcionó. Pagamos un costo adicional para hospedarnos en una habitación familiar con jacuzzi, pero no pudimos disfrutarlo. Además, durante la mayor parte de la estadía, solo tuvimos agua tibia para bañarnos. Nos comunicamos con el soporte del hotel y nos indicaron que debíamos dejar correr el agua durante aproximadamente 20 minutos para que se calentara. Seguimos las instrucciones, pero no funcionó. Volvimos a contactar al hotel y no obtuvimos una solución en ese momento. Recién el último día enviaron a alguien que realizó un ajuste en el sistema, y finalmente tuvimos agua caliente. Lamentablemente, ya era demasiado tarde, ya que estábamos a punto de irnos. En resumen, la experiencia fue muy buena, pero este inconveniente afectó significativamente nuestra estadía, especialmente considerando el costo adicional de la habitación.

Lo otro es que el primer día no teníamos mesa para tomar desayuno había mucha gente.. y poco espacio...las cosas para comer rápidamente se terminaban.

- Jose Emilio (9/5): Bonito Hotel, cómodo - Hotel muy amplio ,bonitas instalaciones, muy iluminado,buena comida. -PARA LA CATEGORIA 5 ESTRELLAS: -Debe tener una " baŕanda" para ingresar a la piscina - Limpieza de las sillas que estan en los balcones - limpieza de la mayolica de piscinas junto a lis balcones . - En el desayuno debe haber un mozo ofreciendo más café, u otro , en cada mesa del cliente,acercándose. - En las habitaciones, falto Isopos,gorro para el pelo, cepillo y pasta dental. - También deben colocar una PLANCHA para ropa. - El horario del " bar" debe ser hasta media noche, -Deben tener deportes como " kaya" , bicicletas, catamaran.
