• VICTOR (8/5): Good location, fair value for money - Located in a very central area of NY, walking distance from metro stations, restaurants, shops and attractions in midtown. A few blocks away from Flatiron, which is a very nice part of midtown. Room size is very decent for NY standards at this price range and they are really as advertised. Lots of trash on the sidewalk where the hotel is located, and the works taking place on nearby avenues. Couple of days, the cleaning was not well carried out, needed to call twice for towels replenishment.

Not only was it delicious wonderful but the staff and manager of the restaurant were so kind during breakfast. We can’t stop talking about how great he was and how we can’t wait to go back in July!!! La habitación fue confortable para la familia. Nada, todo estuvo bien
• Capelli (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a New York e l'esperienza complessiva è stata davvero positiva. Pulizia e Servizio: La struttura è molto pulita e ordinata. Il personale si è dimostrato accogliente e sempre presente per ogni necessità. Efficienza: Un grande punto a favore sono i tre ascensori: non abbiamo mai dovuto fare fila per salire o scendere, cosa rara negli hotel di New York. Colazione: Buona l'offerta sia dolce che salata. Nota di merito per l'orario: la colazione apre alle 6:00 del mattino, un dettaglio fondamentale per chi, a causa del fuso orario, si sveglia presto nei primi giorni. Posizione Top: La fermata della metro è proprio di fronte all'hotel. Inoltre, la posizione è strategica per girare a piedi: l'Empire State Building, il Summit e Madison Square Park (pieno di locali per la cena) sono a due passi. Unica nota negativa: purtroppo abbiamo avuto un'esperienza poco piacevole con il transfer convenzionato per il JFK. Nonostante la reception ci avesse mostrato una tabella prezzi da 88$ e avesse confermato a mio marito che si trattasse di un prezzo "all inclusive", una volta arrivati in aeroporto l'autista ha preteso un’integrazione, portando il totale a 110$. Se decidete di usare il transfer dell'hotel, fatevi mettere il prezzo finale per iscritto o chiarite bene i costi extra con l'autista prima di partire, per evitare sorprese poco gradite a fine vacanza. Nel complesso torneremmo sicuramente per la qualità dell'hotel, ma gestiremo in autonomia il trasporto per l'aeroporto.

Inoltre la location è molto comoda e centrale. Il safe della camera non funzionava. Ho riportato il problema in reception più di una volta. Lo annotavano, lo riferivano al tecnico ma poi nulla veniva risolto. Inoltre un giorno non ci è stata riordinata la camera (che è un servizio base che una catena come Hilton non dovrebbe essere messo in discussione).

La zona molto tranquilla con supermercati e ristoranti di ogni genere a una manciata di passi. L atmosfera di sera veramente avvolgente, tra grattacieli illuminatissimi e negozi attraenti. La gentilezza del personale della hall dell albergo degna di menzione, cosa volere di più? Le camere non sono molto grandi e la macchina del caffè e del thè non funzionava. Per noi però non è stato un problema, dal momento che facevamo colazione da Gregori's, proprio di fronte all hotel.

• Steve (5/5): - Breakfast was decent. Location was quite good - near subway and convenient within the city itself. Staff was courteous but not very friendly. They dropped the ball on coordinating connecting rooms for us despite me calling multiple times ahead of the reservation to request and remind. This was an inconvenience for me, my wife, and our three kids... despite the hotel's ability to put us on the same floor in close proximity. Had someone at the hotel been paying closer attention to our request in the days leading up to our reservation, this need for a connecting room could have been met. Separately, the bar adjacent to the hotel had a rooftop patio that was quite loud all night on Saturday.

• MikeM0905 (10/5): NICE STAY - We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn since my niece and nephew were in the 2026 St Patrick’s Day Parade. Due to flight issues, we arrived at the hotel around 1:30am. We were greeted and quickly checked in. Elevators were pretty quick and we were off to our room on the 16th floor. Our king bed room was on the small side but that is to be expected in NYC where space is at a premium. Everything was clean and quiet. The a/c and shower worked fine. The lighting wasn’t the greatest though. Only other complaint was the ice machine on 16 never worked. I had to go to 18th floor to get ice. Hotel is located very close to a subway station as well. On check out day, we were promptly checked out and away we went. If we come back to NYC, I would not hesitate to stay here again

Las almohadas para nosotros eran incómodas . El precio algo elevado , pero es lo normal en el centro de NY..De las dos habitaciones las de 4 personas tenia un armario minúsculo. El de la otra habitación de 2 personas era mucho más grande.

• Robert (5/5): Hilton Great Booking.com's Terrible - The Hotel, its staff and NYC. The people at The Hilton Garden were very nice and service oriented. Front desk and restaurant staff excellent. Booking.com. You are misleading people with false advertisement. The room you sold me does not exist at this location. I've explained this 5 times and all I get is you cant come to an agreement with the facility. It has nothing to do with the facility. This is 100% Booking.com's negligence, not the Hilton. I paid for a double room, it states that on the reservation. I got a single room. How complicated can it be. Booking.com is using FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and I expect more than a $78 credit. Wake up, read the damn email and do something about it or I will post terrible reviews on your website. Customer service has been difficult to contact and your responses have been worthless
• dcjer2015 (10/5): Convenient and well-maintained - Friendly, clean, efficient, well-maintained property. Very reasonable rates when I was there. Walkable to/from both Penn Station and Grand Central and everything in between. Near multiple subway lines and right on the 4-5-6. Small but surprisingly pleasant/useful lobby area with tvs, work space, and clean bathrooms.

Appreciated refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (although we didn't use them.) $400+ per night off-season price was high (even by New York standards.) We were disappointed with our prepaid breakfast. Inedible food served in a yucky, smelly barroom. After our first morning, we ate at nearby diner despite having prepaid for breakfast at the Hilton.
