- Manami (10/5): - 2人部屋（新館）と5人部屋（本館）に宿泊したことがあります。 ロケーションが最高で一緒に行った人は皆感動していました。 部屋は広くて清潔感があります。特に5人部屋の存在はありがたく、洗面台が2台あるのも使いやすくて◎です。 あと、地元食材を使った料理が種類豊富でどれもおいしいです。 中心地から少し離れており、特に大阪近辺に用事がある場合は移動に少々時間を要するのと、 近くにコンビニが無く、駅前も夜遅いと全て閉まっているので注意が必要です。 それをふまえても泊まってみる価値はあると思います。

I have been to Japan upwards of 50 times and I have been spoiled staying at some of the most wonderful hotels and resorts throughout Asia, North America, Caribbean etc. I am currently spending 90 days in Japan therefore, within budget, I am staying at moderately priced hotels throughout the country and I came upon this hotel. With my many experience over the years, there is no doubt...this is in the top 5 of the BEST HOTELS I have ever stayed at! It is absolutely beautiful and elegant in that wonderfully understated Japanese way. 1. Lobby It's the first thing we usually notice when entering a hotel. This lobby is beautiful, spacious and elegant. 2. Room As a solo traveller on a budget, I chose a single room. But it was perfect. Unlike North America, Japanese hotel rooms are relatively small, but so well organized. 3. Breakfast This is without doubt one of the BEST buffet style breakfasts I have ever had! Not only is the selection wide and varied, but the quality of the food and taste is absolutely outstanding! 4. Pool Yes, as noted in other reviews, there is a cost for using the swimming pool. BUT, that is somewhat common in Japan. When we consider the amazing low nightly cost for the room, so what. Paying for use of the pool is no big deal. In conclusion: I plan to return to this hotel again before my trip is over. I LOVE this hotel!

Take the breakfast buffet option. There is an abundance to choose from and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay.

- Hiroko (10/5): 朝食レストラン - レストランは静かで外国人の方がほとんどいない、今時珍しいホテルでした。 朝食会場で感激したのはビュッフェワゴンがあったことです。足の悪い方、杖をついている方にとってはとても助かるワゴンです。今までたくさんのホテルを利用しましたが初めて見ました。よく見る光景は家族が食事をとってきたり、ホテルの従業員がお盆を持ってお客様と一緒に動いて好みの食事を選んだりしていましたが、ワゴンがあれば好きなように選べるのでとシステムでした。
- MIKA (10/5): お世話になりました - 今回、希望の部屋が工事中のために 変更となりました 当初シングルルームとしていましたが セミダブルのお部屋への案内となり 快適に宿泊できました
- Takashi (8/5): - 1、ロケーションは最高。天気も良くて歩いて大橋まで散歩がてらに、あちこちへ行った。一駅向こうには、大型アウトレットショップもある。 2、スタッフの対応も親切で良い。 3、部屋のアメニティで不満は、保湿クリームが置いてない、パジャマはあるが、ガウンのようなものだけでズボンがなくて寒いので、持ってきたタイツを履いた。上下備えてほしい。

- mina (10/5): - 駅から少し歩きますが、明石海峡大橋を一望できるお部屋はゆったりとしていてくつろげました。和室もあるお部屋だったので、家族で来てもひろびろ使えます。

- Simon (10/5): Fabulous hotel stunning views of Kobe Awaji bridge - Wonderful hotel in terms of comfort, location, luxury. Great onsen nearby, stunning view from 7th floor room, ten minutes walk to beach, fabulous meal in hotel's Japanese restaurant. 10 stops from Sannomiya in central Kobe. Perfect hotel justifies relatively high cost.
- Ksenia (8/5): - Great property, but was definitely a step down from Sheraton at Rokko island. Beautiful area and views. Beds are much harder than Sheraton, and bathroom smaller, for a similar price.

- Mariko (10/5): - 開放感と清潔感があるホテルでレストランと売店のスタッフの方の対応も良く、とてもリフレッシュ出来る良い宿泊になりました。 チェックイン時だけ残念。ベテランスタッフは研修生をフォローをしてあげてと思った。後でレクチャーするのかもしれないが、客側にとっ近くにベテランいるのに答え得られずまま不親切な状態に。

- Chigusa (10/5): - アーリーチェックインを申し出たところ「1時間に2000円かかるので、お待ちになった方がいいのでは？」と提案され、お金を持っていないと思われたのかと、疑問に思いました。結果的には早く部屋に入って客室からのすばらしい眺めをゆっくり満喫することができてよかったです。チェックイン時のフロント係の方の接客に関しては今冷静に考えてみてもやはり失礼だと思います。

- Verified traveler (8/5): お風呂と朝ごはん期待以上 - Hotel.comのリワードプログラムの特典があったので須磨での仕事の際に利用しました。寝るだけのホテルと思い、よく調べもせずに予約したら明石大橋のすぐそばに立つリゾートホテルでした。部屋は広いビジネスホテルという感じでしたが、広い大浴場があり閑散期で人も少なくとてもゆっくりできました。ホテルで夕飯を食べようと思ったのですが、バイキングや高いメニューしかなく、舞子駅に食べに出かけました。朝ごはんはメニュー豊富でとてもよかったです。 一人で泊まるお得なビジネスプランのようなものがあればまた利用したいなと思いました。お風呂で一緒になった方も、お風呂と朝ごはん目当てで時々一人でくると行ってらっしゃいました。 ホテルの対応は悪くはなかったですが、高級ホテルのような素晴らしい対応とは言い難く、ビジネスホテルみたいでした。

A little disappointment as some hotel restaurant closed due to Pandemic but hopefully they may reopen later. Buffet at the major restaurant was not outstanding but we enjoyed having relaxed meals there.. .

- KEVIN (10/5): - We enjoyed everything about our stay. We are so glad we decided upon the Maiko Villa Kobe. All staff gave great service. At breakfast, the one waiter offered to take our photos with my phone. He then made sure we got a few great mementos of our stay. Our room was overlooking the water. We had a prime view of the bridge. The night view was incredible. We watched ships coming and going, and we watched the bridge lights changing colours. There was a set of steps alongside the hotel, leading down to the beach promenade. We enjoyed a few walks along the beach and under the bridge.

- Ma Ka Chun (10/5): Spectacular seaview, delicious breakfast!!! - All rooms facing the Akashi Bridge are fantastic! My wife & I love the scenic view & we enjoyed the breakfast most because it has such a large variety of dishes compared to other hotels. Room is spacious. If the room can install a safety box, that would make it more convenient. This is my second time staying in the hotel & definitely will go back soon!!
- Murray (6/5): Good Hotel But A Little Far From Central Kobe - The hotel is very nice but the pool was not in use and hadn’t been for some time, there was a nice outside terrace area but no sun beds or even tables and chairs on it. Room was in good condition and very clean. Breakfast was good and supposed to be available until 10 but food started to be cleared away around 09:45 Communication was not great, some of the information was only in Japanese and some desk staff didn’t speak English.
- Verified traveler (8/5): View view view! - Clean rooms, amazing view! Too high prices for dinner at the hotel. Nothing special. Pool too small, not worth the money. Nice breakfast (buffet). It’s all about the view!
- Yasuyo (8/5): - Disappointment was 1) public bathroom was under construction and I was notified when I booked the hotel, and 2) my son used kiddy pool and was charged, in addition to that charge, they charge towel rent.
