• Carolina (8/5): Bien para el precio en Miami - La ubicación es inmejorable, a una cuadra de la playa. Te pasan sillas y toallas para la playa excelente servicio, solo falta el quitasol o sombrilla ya que el sol es muy intenso. Poca información respecto al desayuno incluido, ya que no lo mencionan pero con el convenio del restaurante del lugar solo hay derecho a un tipo de desayuno (huevos, tocino o jamón o salchicha, más palta tomate o papas o fruta y un pequeño vaso de jugo de naranja). Y comer lo mismo 4 días aburrre. Tampoco dan la opción de cambiar por otro desayuno del menú aunque cueste menos. Otro factor que es importante es que la música del restaurante es demasiado alta, no se puede mantener una conversación.

• Wendy (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel with great staff and nice amenities. - We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and would definitely stay here again. Comfortable beds, very nice bathroom, good food at the on premise restaurant (The Tavern), easy to catch the free trolley. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on the upper floor away from the elevator. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The walls are a bit thin.

Our room had a portable AC unit and the window was cracked open. The AC unit kept going on and off, on and off all night and kept me awake. No parking nearby. They have a lot that is a 15 minute walk. Better off staying across the street at The Cadillac Hotel - nicer, beach access, parking.

• Hugo (8/5): Atmospheric hotel in a great location. - Lots of outdoor space to relax, either by the pool or on the roof terrace. The beach is just over the road too. Minor point, but no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We also liked the Tavern, on-site bar. The pool was quiet and clean, but very small and unheated. An elevator was down the entire stay, so we used the stairs. We thought the hotel was a little loud - doors slamming, noises in other rooms, etc.

Die Dusche war nicht richtig geputzt und hatte noch Haare von den letzten Gästen als wir eingecheckt sind. Ebenso waren die Badetücher nicht gründlich sauber und immer voller Haare. Jedes mal wurde vom Zimmerservice etwas vergessen. Wir haben das Personal an der Rezeption mehrmals darauf angesprochen doch es wurde nie besser. Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig.

• Marty (6/5): - Decent beds The owner. Too cheap or incompetent to get an elevator fixed for months. You have to carry luggage up some stairs no matter what. They blame the "management company" who is actually awful but it's just finger pointing. If you own the building you can fix an elevator.

• Russell (8/5): Lovely hotel, fab staff, great location to the beach. - Location to the beach and near the bus stops for getting to and from main south beach locations. Fairly spacious bedrooms. Staff were fab Beds for me were a little too soft and have to much at th edges where people would get in and out of ( but understand that can differ as another person will find it comfy) main thing isn’t I didn’t get a bad back that can sometimes happen if too soft. Not enough shelf or storage space in bathroom ( if I was having to be picky, we survived with how it was) Lift was out and by looks of reviews has been out a while, with the only other lift playing up a few times over our stay.

• Joseph (5/5): Was overall a nice stay, but I wouldn't come back. - Location was great! Fun vibe at the hotel, good restaurant, atmosphere, staff. For 5 nights, $2K+ I was hoping to have a slightly better room. Room was small, no desk to sit and work from, no vent for the bathroom/shower. Bed was squeaky, refrigerator made lots of noise while in use, which is why I unplugged it. Elevator wasn't working, ice machine also on my floor. Other than that, a decent place to stay.

• Luz (4/5): Decepcionante - Cerca a la playa Me he hospedado con mi hija y el precio y la ubicación son tan atractivos que nos convencieron para elegir este hotel, pero no consideren este lugar basándose en el precio ni en la distancia a la playa, ya que tuvimos la peor experiencia en este hotel. Empezó con pequeños detalles, algo habitual en los hoteles, como una habitación húmeda, donde no circula el aire, dando sensación de ahogo, tarjetas de acceso a la habitación que frecuentemente no funcionan, obligando a bajar nuevamente a la recepción para solucionar el inconveniente, desayuno pobre que nunca cambia el menú en un lugar demasiado pequeño con tal solo 4 mesas; gente ruidosa en los pasillos, a altas horas de la noche, que perturban la tranquilidad y el sueño; y lo más terrible, cuando el sábado en la madrugada empieza un ruido perturbador de taladro industrial y segundos después suena una alarma OMG, parecía de película, nos despertaron con un sistema de alarma que nos ordena dejarlo todo y evacuar el edificio inmediatamente que el peligro era inminente. En ese momento, entre en shock por todo lo que estaba sucediendo, tomamos algunas cosas rápidamente, como nuestro bolso y los documentos y al salir de la habitación, en el pasillo estaba una huésped con dos perros gigantes asustados, que impedían el flujo de las personas y la angustia fue peor; Al salir del edificio a tropezones, nos agrupamos frente al hotel y nos preguntamos WTF está pasando. Habían carros de bomberos, después de algunos minutos, un empleado del hotel, el único empleado que estaba en el hotel que nos permitió volver al hotel, al preguntar que había pasado nos informó que estaban arreglado un baño y que el polvo que emitía el taladro causó que se disparara la alarma de incendios.. A día de hoy nunca nos ofrecieron una disculpa y el personal de recepción actúa como si nada hubiese pasado y no les importara cómo perturbaron la tranquilidad y dañaron el sueño de los huésped y aunado a eso, el pánico que causaron. !!NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!

• Romina (7/5): It was ok but not so smooth - Clean with convenient location After we got to the hotel to check in we were told that the check in policy had changed and that it wasn’t available till 4 PM instead of 3 PM per the email from the Hotel the day before. When we told that to the front desk lady she just ignored it. The AC was also not working in the entire floor we were on, luckily there was another room available that we moved to but this was not addressed until we brought it up later in the evening. • madalena (9/5): Amazing hotel, restaurant and kind staff! - The hotel, the staff and the restaurant! All was amazing. I highly recommend the hotel, it has spacious rooms, great cleaning, comfortable beds, nice rooftop , fast Wi-Fi and a good location to mid beach. Despite the experience being amazing, the breakfast only had: eggs, bacon, cereals and yogurt, bread and fruit. The buffet was very small, and only for 10/12 persons.

This side of the beach was nice and quiet. Room was spacious enough and bed really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were quick to re-room after being located next to a noisy young family and dog. There was no complimentary water or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. View from 5th floor disappointing as requested.
