The staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were excellent, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the location was very convenient. Honestly, one of the best hotels I stayed at in Thailand, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

Location is perfect, 7eleven 2 mins walk and the hotel is on the beachfront. I booked the room with private pool inside. In the hall way on the way to the room there was a old used sofa there which made it look untidy. Inside the room, the pool area really needs a clean with the mirrors at the top having finger prints and weird looking residue on them. Really made for bad pictures and didn't really wanna use the pool when I seen it was abit unkept.

The interconnecting room was very small and the shape too was odd. The picture on booking.com and internet was totally deceiving. They did not keep adequate water too in the room. The Room with the private pool was a total let down. The swimming pool was not cleaned and we found ladies undergarments in the pool! We changed our room.Although we were inconvenienced, they hotel did not do anything to manage this situation. Just asked me to change the room. Plus there was some stench on the ground floor where the rooms are located.I would not recommend this hotel.

Oradaki personel we cannot dan başka bişey bilmiyor. Otelin çarşafları temiz değil. Çalışanları mutsuz. Sadece sabah kahvaltı veren bayan personel güler yüzlü. Onun haricinde sanki hepsinin evladı ölmüş cenazesi var gibi ruh gibiler. Tavsiye edermiyim , hayır kesinlikle etmiyorum. Verdiğiniz paraya yazık.

- Michael (8/5): - We had originally booked the room with the private indoor pool, we requested to move to a different room after our first night. The location is great and the views are fantastic, as it is right on the beach. Far enough away to not hear the overwhelming sounds of Patong, but close enough to walk to the nightlife. The staff were very attentive and the choice of breakfast each morning was very good. The rooftop pool was fantastic, with great sunsets and an amazing view over Patong Beach. The room with the indoor private pool is not great. Although there is a dehumidifier in the room, there is an overwhelming smell of damp. The room also has no balcony or windows, so there is essentially no ventilation. If you want a great stay in this hotel, opt for a seaview room over the private pool room.

Если вы хотите развлечений, то расположение отеля подойдёт больше, чем если вы хотите отдыха 2. Однообразные завтраки 3. Мебель "уставшая" 4. Слышимость превосходная из других номеров

- Karolina (4/5): - The view from the balcony and pool was amazing, the room was cleaned every day The place is not great, air con is blowing directly on the bed so you can’t sleep when it’s on, but when it’s off and you trying to open the balcony doors- the traffic won’t let you sleep. Shower is ridiculously small and shower head broken, so the water sprays everywhere, the whole floor is wet. Stains on the walls and ceiling, despite the cleaning lady efforts- the place looks dirty. We had the Deluxe room and nothing about it was deluxe, apart of the stunning view. I would not recommend it
- Siobhan (8/5): Overall I really enjoyed the stay - thank you for you attentive care during it. - The staff were so lovely and attentive always willing to help us. We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was great had no issues with anything. The food was incredible, and location is perfect. The room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. I think of the room was cleaner and they got rid of the foisty smell, it would have been a 10 out of 10 for everything. The bedding wasn’t changed at all whilst we were there we kept finding the same mosquito splattered on it from our first day, in different areas of the bed whenever they made it. Just those clean touches of the room would have made all the difference.

- Andrea (9/5): Stunning Views, Perfect Location, and Incredible Rooftop - The location is perfect — right at the southern end of Patong Beach, so you’re steps from the sea but in a wonderfully quiet area. The center of Patong is close enough to enjoy restaurants and nightlife, without any of the usual chaos. Our room was spacious with an enormous bed and an absolutely stunning view of Patong Bay. Waking up to that panorama every morning was unforgettable. The rooftop terrace with the pool is spectacular, especially in the evening when it’s beautifully illuminated — perfect for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif with a view. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect mix of tranquility, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Patong!

Brilliant view. Requested an early check in - my room was not ready, so they gave me an alternative. Noisy all throughout the night.

Bardzo uprzejmy i uśmiechnięty personel, tania pralnia i fajna oferta transportu na Krabi Sprzątanie mogłoby być dokładniejsze, a śniadanie bardziej rozmaite. Niestety restauracja hotelowa nie posiada zniżek dla gości hotelu, a mogłaby zwłaszcza że oferta gastronomiczna w mieście jest bogata, warto to przemyśleć i zachęcić gości hotelu do korzystania z ich restauracji, która jest także ogólnodostępna. Serwują pyszną pizzę
