Guest Reviews
- JIANGYING (10/5): - Modern and spacious room with large bathroom. Comfortable bedding. But the breakfast is just okay in terms of both variety and taste.
- Ghassan (10/5): - flexible check in/out
- Julia (6/5): - While I did enjoy my room and the view from it, this property has become incredibly run-down. It should not be listed as 5 stars. It’s in major need of updates and renovations. On the up side, the breakfast was lovely and the view from the breakfast room was a gorgeous was to start my day. Ultimately for the price versus quality ratio, I will not be returning.
- Michael (10/5): Awesome hotel - This is the second time I have stayed at Prime Hotel and you truly can’t beat the value. It’s in a beautiful location close to waterfall with an outstanding view. There are so many nice restaurants and shops easily within walking distance and the train station is nearby. There is even small market right across the street. The hotel staff are all so nice and helpful, an absolute pleasure. The pool is clean and perfect for the summer heat. I will definitely be back to stay on my next trip to Antalya.
- Saad (10/5): - Great Hotel with view. Enjoyed our time here on vacations. Breakfast was lovely
- Aaron (10/5): - We really appreciated this lovely hotel and great staff. It was our honeymoon and the team made it extra special upon our arrival. Would happly recommend!
- JU-HSUAN (6/5): - The room was spacious and the cleaners did a good job. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, some facilities are suspended, such as swimming pool or spa services, which aren't as described in the introduction page of Expedia. There is a giant pillar next to the bed which blocks the seaview. Although we have booked a seaview room, it's kind of partial seaview. There's no meat in the breakfast, except for sliced sausages. The only protein source is egg. Overall, the room is overpriced.
- Imtiazali (10/5): - Beautiful view also on terrace for breakfast, lots of varieties. Excellent customer service.
- Sarah (8/5): A comfortable stay - We had a good stay at Prime hotel which met all our needs. It was good value for a city hotel, being near a tram stop was convenient and we also used the buses, all very affordable. The breakfast was excellent. The sea view is lovely. It’s a shame the traffic noise is so loud but Antalya is a busy city. We will stay here again when we return. The staff were generally helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable.
- Alan (8/5): - Nice sized room with a beautiful sea view
- Junaid Altaf (8/5): - Central location
- Wayne (10/5): - It is closer to the historic tram line of Antalya and next a park where locals spend their evening time. And at a short few minutes walk, there are few nice coffee shops and bakery. A local shopping boulevard is also nearby.
The hotel has a terrace that offers breakfast and dinning.
All in all, it is a nice hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I enjoyed my stay at The Prime Hotel however some things let it down. I feel this hotel has the potential to be a great hotel (or was and standards have dropped).
Positives:
- The location is great. Not far from old town (about 10min walk), near a family friendly park, 2 mins walk from a strip that has lots of restaurants, few bars close by, tram stop and taxi rank right outside the hotel and near the water
- The staff were very polite and friendly
- The hotel was very clean and offered express room clean everyday
- Rooms are big and spacious
- Pool is decent size and clean
- Good WiFi
- Good AC
- Provided bottles of water everyday
Negatives:
- Some sun loungers and umbrellas were broken
- Shower in room is on a platform & fixed shower head was low. If you’re 6’0+ it’ll touch your head
- Separate shower head attached but no holder.
- Bidet built into toilet but doesn’t reach privates, so it’s pointless
- Iron but no ironing board
- Balcony windows but no actual balcony or place to dry clothes
- Lifts would randomly go on wrong floor or miss your floor
- Random window in the room to bathroom, although it’s got blinds don’t see the point of it. At night if someone uses the bathroom with lights on the room gets lit up which was annoying
- Food at restaurant wasn’t great (asked for medium steak came overly well done).
- Due to disputes with taxi ranks outside hotel, Ubers wouldn’t come infront. We had to walk a few streets to Ubers with baby and bags. Not good
- Maria (10/5): - Had a great stay at Prime Boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly particularly the gentleman who was there to great us when we arrived early hours of the morning…nothing was too much trouble and always helpful wil a smile. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Maids cleaned the room every day and was spotless 😊 we also had a sea view room which I highly recommend as the views over the sea and mountains was incredible.
The hotel was conveniently located to access all the busy areas, such as the old town and beaches. The old town is easily walkable however we hired a moped so it was easy to get around to other beaches in Antalya. The hotel is in a quiet area which is nice to retreat from the busy town and has a beautiful park looking over the sea which is very busy at night. In addition there is a 24 hour 7 days a week cafe opposite which is hugely convenient and does lovely food.
The pool area is perfect and quiet, plenty of sun beds.
The breakfast is great and plenty of selection depending on what you want, from pastries to hot food. Also amazing view from the rooftop restaurant each morning.
Thank you Prime and all the staff who made the stay so lovely, we will definitely return next time we are in Antalya 🤗
- Adeel (6/5): - Although the sauna, steam room and spa are advertised they are out of use. The staff were excellent, but cleaning standards could have been better. Location is 10/10 and a taxi stand right outside, so convenient. Would stay there again but need to know it’s not as advertised.
- Amal (8/5): Great and clean stay! - Great experience overall! The location is close to beach entrance with amazing views. Service was good and breakfast on terrace had an amazing variety of food. The room was clean and very spacious with an amazing sea view, it did not disappoint. The housekeeping lady was very sweet and did an amazing job. Thank you prime hotel!
- Mark (8/5): - The AC was not working in on entire floor upon arival. The fan was working but not the cooling. Control panel was inoperative. Asked to be moved to another room.
Wood flooring bubling up in bath, entry. Base of shower black/moldy. Wonderful view of ocean from balcony. Nice pool. Friendly staff who tried to help next day. Stat turned out to be nice.
- Anas (8/5): - The staff were wonderful. The property was beautiful mainly the kitchen when you go have breakfast in the morning. You see the mountains and the sea. Everyone is so nice and the servers are kind. The staff restocked everything including toiletries and water. The room we ended up in was not what we booked. We booked a partial sea view but those rooms were all full and we had to choose between two rooms that had an alley view. Despite the view, the room was great! Shower was dangerous in my opinion and there are strangely no doors to fully close around you. You will get water everywhere. But you get what you pay for
- Smita (10/5): - Location was great. Nearby restaurants were excellent. The sea view from our room was spectacular. Front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
- Jatin (6/5): - It’s a good hotel. It’s not close to anything so have to take a taxi/tram or walk ~15-30 mins to go the market/beach
- Gregory (10/5): Mediterranean and Bey mountain views - Prime Hotel is located on the tram line just 10 min walk to Kaleichi. Restaurants and parks are a short walk.
Our stay was 18 nights, and staff felt like family when we departed.
The concierge was very personable and respectful offering tour recommendations, ordering food delivery, sending out laundry.
Our bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean.
- Malek (8/5): - Very good in all aspects
But I thought it was a 5 star hotel but I don’t think so
The lobby is small and there was no security guys
I think it’s an excellent option if you are looking for 3 to 4 star hotel
The view is great
The breakfast is very good
The wifi speed is good but not excellent
The water is very good both cold and hot
- Abdullah (10/5): Good service! - Hotel it’s very clean and staff very friendly!
Had problems with curtains and tv for one day. Next day they changed my room! Thanks,
- Sergiy (10/5): - Nice hotel ! Helpful staff , comfortable rooms
- Sergiy (10/5): - Nice comfortable hotel , will stay again
- Zain (10/5): - The food served in the hotel restaurant was amazing!
- Panisha (6/5): - It says five star but it is close to three star, there was mould in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling of the wall, curtains were falling off the hook, breakfast was ok.
- Mayankkumar Bharatbhai (8/5): - Small hotel but excellent.
- ADRIAN (10/5): - Very hospitable, helpful and promising
- Lina (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great as you can walk to town. The breakfast was good too and the view was amazing from the rooftop. It would have been nice if there was a bit more variety in the breakfast as everyday was quite repetitive. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
- Niciholas (6/5): Wrong advertising - There was no pool bar or coffee shop as advertised in your advert. There was also no shuttle service from the airport as was advertised
- Gavin (10/5): - My family and I enjoyed our four night stay at the Prime Hotel. The welcome at reception was professional and very friendly. The breakfast was good and there was good alternatives to the normal English breakfast, coffee was nice and Turkish tea was good. The view from the breakfast dining area is stunning and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and have a beautiful bathroom with shower that has excellent water pressure with beautiful sea views and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily by friendly staff. My teenage children enjoyed the gym and used it most days which was open 24 hours. The pool area is private and very nice the pool is kept clean and clean towels was always available. The staff at reception always helped with recommendations for beaches , directions , transfers shuttles and tourist activities. There is a beautiful beach deck across the road from the hotel which is well worth it, and we were lucky to get some passes one day from reception. The tram runs very 30 min pass the hotel and the stop is about 200 meters from the hotel, I was able to use my credit card for 5 passages and it cost about 20 TL per person. We used the tram to get to the others beaches and the Old city centre which has a wide variety of restaurants. The area is not that great, however it’s very well situated if you would like to get around with public transport and overall for me and my family we really enjoyed our stay at the Prime.
- Shaunille Mc (8/5): - Room as clean, nice , staff was very friendly and helpful. Sebastian, kult and Raz were very kind and helped me a lot.
Hotel located away from the hustle and bustle, short walk down to shops
- Mohammad (10/5): Short couple stay - Nice family owned hotel. Not five star but clean and comfortable
- Barton (6/5): - Hotel itself was nice and had a good view from the top floor, however our room was dirty when we checked in and the furniture was not like the photos at all. Disappointing arrival but overall the stay was OK.
- Alicia (10/5): - Stayed there for 1 week while I had surgery and it was the best time. They really looked after me with humble 5 star service. In every hotel, the main competitive edge is the staff and it is for this very reason Prime Hotel Antalya is an absolute gem. From the beautiful smiling face of the hardworking housekeeper Jasmine every morning, to the ever reliant Kurt & Sebastian on front desk, to the attentive room service provided by Memet, Volkan and others, to the gorgeous culinary delights whipped up by the chef, to the breath-taking sights from the top floor terrace restaurant...this hotel will have you coming back for more. I especially appreciated their kindness & concern for my wellbeing, having had surgery in hospital there. The constant get well wishes and encouagement they provided to me as a woman on her own was something you don't get often in hotels. Everyone of them made part of my stay just that more personable which was utmost importance on my sad days. I cannot reccommend this hotel & it's team enough - my one hope is that the owners know how special these human beings are! :) I'm so grateful to you all. See you again soon x
- Ancuta (10/5): - I want to send many thanks to all hotel staff. The reception personnel was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff absolutely lovely and so hospitable. Thank you and I'll certainly be back soon.
- Robert (2/5): - Room was very different then advertised. Not even close
- Rabia (10/5): - Very convenient for shopping good location nice brekfest keep 👌
- Elaina (10/5): - Great breakfast, location, and views of the Mediterranean
- Hassan (4/5): - It’s not a 5-star hotel standard at all. Very poor property. Don’t be fool of the pictures, they don’t describe the real thing at all.
Also the breakfast is very poor.
- Levon (10/5): Thank you - Thank you very much. Everything is excellent.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Other reviews are overrated!! - We had high expectation for stay at the Prime hotel but I definitely made a wrong decision.
Check in was good but the room was tired and a few lights were out of order, toilet smells like sewer, TV remote doesn't work and the chain lock is broken. As we checked in at midnight, the room was very dark even we turned all lights on.
Positive things are - nice breakfast area with great views; the location is close to the tram station (terminal) and bus stop (to Lara beach).
Transport: the hotel cannot offer airport shuttle service when I request them. FYI, taxi costs around 200lira from the airport; it also costs around 200lira to the Lara Beach and around 500lira from the Lands of Legend to the hotel each way if you could meet an honest driver. Otherwise buy the Antalya Card at the Tram station nearby and use the public transport. Their trams are highly recommended comparing to the bus services. Sometimes I can't figure out the existence of the bus stop if I didn't ask around.
Negative: We booked the tour thru the hotel by phone. We specifically asked the hotel reception to reserve a place for us and we would pay immediately once we arrive the hotel. I called again to reconfirm the booking. They said all fine but by the time we got to the hotel, there was no record of our booking. It ruined our plan. They offered us a much more expensive tour as alternative instead. We lost trust with them and felt like betrayed as they overcommitted on my case.
- Syed (10/5): - Very clean hotel, massive room and friendly staff. Breakfast was bit of a let down, not many options and same everyday. Gym can be improved as well
- Rebecca (6/5): - My room was spacious and clean with lovely views of the sea.
My biggest criticism is the pool area. Not the photo on hotel website. Not the luxury I was expecting
- Tarik (6/5): Not as described - There are many alternative for similar price in Antalya, we booked it only because it said it had private beach. In fact the private beach did not belong to the hotel, it’s Lara Balik a private club restaurant, the hotel will provide you with a ticket but the restaurant can deny you access if they had their own customers or ask you to pay 120TL per person (480TL in our case for 4 people). There is no access for the weekend. The pool is nice and clean, the staff are friendly especially the cleaning ladies, The rooms are ok. Overall, I regretted not booking the Crowne plaza 5 stars which was similar price.
- Muhammad (10/5): - The hotel is small rooms are big and well maintained. Good size pool
- Sihdrah J (10/5): - Amazing location, tram and bus stop a 1 min walk away so very easy to get public transport. 15 min walk to Kaleici.
Sea view room had amazing views!
There is a small tuck shop opposite for snacks and another around the corner (evren bufe) that has delicious cheap fast food (think chip butty/burgers).
Definitely recommend.
- Uzair (10/5): - Great stay. Staff accommodated a late check out.
- Selina (6/5): - Nice place and location. However, staff was rude and unhelpful and room service had to be told after the 1st night to actually change the sheets. Local taxi services are extremely rude and will try everything to over charge you
- Margaret (10/5): - Our room with the ocean view was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff were helpful and attentive. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with many different dishes offered. I really enjoyed the shopping and restaurants around the hotel as well. Great experience with this hotel.
- Maad Abid Al (10/5): - Good and rich breakfast. Clean. Close to the Tramway and walkable distance to the bazaar and shopping centres.
- Heather (8/5): - The staff was extremely helpful. The location was great.
- colette (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. They gave us a room to the top floor to get the best sea view. The staff was super available. The breakfast was great and the view from the room and the terrace was breathtaking. The room was very big and very confortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.
- Kabir (10/5): Wonderful stay - Good location with spectacular views of Antalya coast, closer to old town by taxi or walk. The staff was very helpful with information and helping us out with all requests.
- Jamal (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Everything was profassional.
- Stephen (8/5): Prime Hitel Antalya - Excellent stay, breakfast is plentyful, staff are welcoming. WIFI is not very good.
- Rihana (2/5): You will get cheated stay away!!! - I booked two nights on Hotel.com, on booking I put in the options of one adult and one child- it clearly asks you the age of the child which states 0-17, I put in age 15 for my son. When I got to the hotel I was told I had booked on Expedia and I only booked for one person only. The guy at reception ‘Murat’ was so rude and insisted I paid more, he argued with me for more than one and a half hours and kept saying just leave, which I really wanted to do but he refused to refund me. We were jet lagged and tired and he had no sympathy at all, in the end I had to pay again for my son- even though I went through the whole booking process and showed him all the options on hotels.com, I even did 2 adults and the price was still the same, still he would not accept and insisted, in the end I had to pay more as he would not refund me.
The breakfast was terrible too. Nice views from room and location was ok.
- Nasir (10/5): - The location is amazing , 10 - 15 minutes walk & you'll be in downtown .
- SPY (10/5): - Very clean,smiling and helpful staff,beautiful views.
We had an excellent time and we will be back soon.
Highly recommended !!
- mohammed (10/5): - Excellent property and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again in the future
- Alhouti (6/5): Good sea view - Good hotel alao location
- Anas (10/5): Great experience - Excellent location close to Bus stop, Tram station and also taxi office nearby. Friendly staff.. wonderful Seaview.. and very good breakfast
- Ian (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Have to say.. we were very impressed. Hotel was in easy walking distance of Kaleici, room was very comfortable with great views. We had lunch and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and was impressed with that (did not get up for breakfast!). Gym was good enough for a decent workout as well.
- David (10/5): Great stay - This was our second stay in Prime hotel, everything there were good. Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful.
- Anthony (6/5): Disappointed. - We chose the hotel for it's parking. Location is great. Staff helpful... but, the room hadnt been cleaned properly. Very important during these Covid times, obviously. Black hairs in the shower (washed them away, things can get missed) black crumbs (?) and a sticky plastic cover in a bedside drawer. Went to bed and lay in crumbs that smelt like peanuts. A cupboard also contained 2 empty carrier bags. I took photos and addressed these issues with the manager. Also, open buffet for breakfast was accesible to guests. Normally we've had to point to what we want and staff wearing masks, etc serve it out.
I dont like posting negative reviews, but cleanliness and health must take priority.
- WAIL (8/5): Thank you - Prime hotel is very good, so convenient, 15 mnts nice walk to OldTown , and Marina
Nice pool,
Reception guys barely smile :)
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was wonderful experience in this hotel. The staff was friendly. They helped us all the time whenever we need it. The hotel itself was clean. It was close to the Old Town and Konyaalti beach. The area was safe and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants / cafe around. There is also a park close to this hotel with sea view (5-10 mins walkin). Highly recommended.
- Gerrit (10/5): - Nice hotel in great location. Beautiful view and great restaurants a short walk away. Nice breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the sea. Solid gym for a morning workout and ample free parking. Highly recommended for trips to Antalya!
- Muhammad (2/5): - The water coming from the shower smelled like sewer water and the bed sheets had stains all over them, and god forbid you try to do anything they tell you its extra money before you ask or finish speaking, also its not a hotel its a Boutique
But off course online it says 5stars hotel, what a terrible place.
- MOHDLOAY (8/5): Good experience - Good hotel , helpful staff , excellent location, you can enjoy the zero distance sea view, and practice early morning walking at seaside , breakfast at fantastic terrace view gives your visit to Antalya un forgettable memory
- Shehzada (10/5): - Amazing
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The view is stunning, the room and and all the accommodation, terrace are great! The only thing is to be improved is breakfast, the stuff in breakfast does not understand English or Russian, and the breakfast is lack of interesting thing. I hope that this place would change the breakfast policy
- OISIN (8/5): Great hotel! - I stayed during Turkeys lockdown.. Pool and spa was closed but this was in line with government rules.
Hotel was lovely, so were the staff! Rooms were really clean and maids attended to clean room everyday and left clean towels. I would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town of Kaleici.
Breakfast and evening meals were disappointing but I think it is due to the Covid 19 climate.
- Mohamad (10/5): - It wass nice stay
- Mohammed (10/5): Fabulous - Great experience
- Mohammed (10/5): Perfect - Was amazing place to visit
- Aigul (8/5): - It was ok.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very good - Everything was just good, the only thing that upset us it was that on the app it says it’s on a private beach, but when we got there , it was basically just a pool, there is not sandy beach or anything like that. Not even around the location.
Rest of aspects have been very good!
- Pieter (10/5): - Fresh design, stunning roof terrace and super breakfast!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect stop!! - Excellent hotel and great location. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Easy to get around I would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The daytime receptionist was very nice, welcoming, professional and also very knowledeable about the city.
Kitchen staff were excellect, very helpful and also very attentive for all customers. The breakfast area was always very clean, they waste no time in cleaning after a customer leaves the table and always available.
Altogether very nice experience.
- Virginia (10/5): Excellent - Had a great 4 night stay in this hotel!! Couldn’t fault it. The facilities and service were excellent. Ercan in the restaurant treated us brilliantly each night and spoke very good English. Would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is in a good location
The service was excellent
We would love to go back there
Thanks to the family
To the hotel staff
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent hotel - A clean and modern hotel and in a good location..close by tram and buses. Also can walk to the old city in 15/20 mins. Did expect a lot better from a 4 star hotel in terms of breakfast options. Very basic options which made it feel like a 3 star hotel. The view was lovely however and that made it worthwhile. There were 2 occasions where there was a hair in my breakfast. The omelette was also undercooked however staff did apologise. Some staff did speak some basic English so communication was not too difficult. One night the Air con did not work at all so we were left in >35 degree heat and told they’d fix it in the morning. Expected better in terms of service when it came to something like that. Wasted a full night of ours as we did not sleep a wink.
- Krishnan (10/5): Nice hotel near Old Town - Very nice hotel with a nice pool, great location, free parking and very good breakfast. It is an easy walk to Old town and a short ride to Lara beach. The room was a reasonably good value but price for the tiny beer in the mini-bar as well as pool-side was a bit steep. Also, what they wanted for bike rentals (30 Euros/day) was ridiculously pricey. If you don't take these extras, you'll find this hotel to be a good place to stay in Antalya.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good hotel , clean , great location , staff need to learn english well
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Close to Taksim Square. And non stop free shuttle service was a big help.
- saeed (8/5): - Good location, good food, needs more English speaking staff at night, great spa facility, walking distance to down town
- Levon (10/5): Great Hotel - Whether was amazing. Everything is good for me.
- Johnners (8/5): Quiet pleasant hotel opposite the sea - Small, quiet & friendly hotel, easy walk or tram to Old town Antalya, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast buffet with sea view terrace restaurant. Good size pool & lounging area. Cleanliness standards excellent.
- steve (10/5): Great staff and hotel - The hotel covers all your needs and the staff go that extra mile. A grade service
- nevin (10/5): - The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and it is right next to downtown which was great. We love that it was in the middle of everything. And it was very calm and relaxing
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel clean, staff welcoming and friendly. Food very nice and good price's. Lots to do locally just abit of a distance to the local beach around 20 minutes in a taxi.
- traveller (10/5): - Hotel and staff and cleanliness is five star...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️..great location ,great view upstairs the restaurant,quite....and the decor is really nice such a welcoming environment
Will be definitely staying there again next time am in Antalya and you should check out the fish restaurant close to the hotel ..Awesome food ,fresh and the salad just delicious...
- Sandra (10/5): Excellent Hotel!!! - Excellent Hotel. Definitely worth every cent. Highly recommended and especially loved the food. Breakfast was delicious.
- Jenny (8/5): Nice hotel close to the beach - I was travelling on business, pick up this hotel because of good location at the city center, big room, nice staff with reasonable price. I recommend.
- Fadi (10/5): Awesome Hotel - We were very pleased with every aspect of this hotel, The staff here really makes the place. They are very friendly and helpful. rooms comfortable, clean, great view and had everything we needed, I totally recommend this hotel
