We stayed for two nights, and while the dinner offerings varied between the two nights, the freshness and taste remained excellent. The view from the restaurant is amazing. We had an onsen in our own room, allowing us to enjoy the onsen whenever we wanted. This was the main reason I chose this hotel; the onsen with a sea view is the best way to enjoy my holiday. The staff here is also very nice and helpful. the sea view from my onsen room is nice, but it would be better without a fence. I understand this is for safety concerns.

- Katherine (9/5): Beautiful, remote ryokan experience in Awaji Island - Hanagoyomi exceeded our expectations. Though it was a little challenging to map out and time our route to Hanagoyomi, we loved our stay at this ryokan. Dinner was excellent--a seven course meal made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients and was included as a part of our stay. The room we booked (open air bath with terrace) was spacious, beautifully decorated, and came with many amenities. The staff speak limited English, so it was challenging at times to communicate. However, the staff made every effort to communicate with us so that we could best enjoy the experience. I wish I spoke better Japanese, or that I had a pocket talk to help with translations, because I would have loved to be able to better communicate with the staff. All in all an unforgettable experience, and I hope we can come back some day!

- Wai Fan (10/5): 難忘的花季假期 - 非常舒適的日式旅館，很寧靜，在入住時，職員很有禮貌並已在門口等候客人來臨。晚餐每天供應不同的菜式，應是當地的新鮮食材，第一晚是很美味的小海膽，第二晚時河豚，米飯是淡路米。早餐也是很美味。 選擇此旅館的原因之一是可同時享用鄰近兩間旅館的溫泉。比較下，反而花季的溫泉沒其他兩間好，但也是自由出入的，記得搞清楚各旅館的男湯和女湯時段便可。

- Charles (8/5): A Trendy Resort Hotel by the Sea Front - Rooms are well decorated, spacious and tidy and have an excellent sea view. Staff are very friendly and helpful who offered us free extended stay in view of the bad weather and traffic. Dinner menu is good and even the breakfast buffet is impressive. Free coffee and drinks are offered at the lobby. Will definitely recommend to others.
