- Stephanie (2/5): Skip this hotel - We bought 2 rooms for a night. The first room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. My clothes and luggage all smelled like smoke when i got home. It was impossible to sleep because this room was near the stairwell and people were stomping up and down the stairs all night long. People were yelling. The microwave did not work. The second room had a huge crack in the tv and the air conditioner didn't work properly. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Both rooms had dated furniture, bedding, lamps, and decor. We felt very uncomfortable staying here. We didn't feel clean or safe. We will not stay at this hotel ever again. Needs repairs, cleaning, and updating. Very noisy hotel at night. Hallways smelled bad.

- Suzie (2/5): - We arrived at 2AM so we were tired and just wanted sleep. We were put on the 4th floor and as soon as we stepped out of the elevator we smelled marijuana. The carpet was filthy and torn. We opened the door and the AC unit was off so it was very hot. I went to turn it on and the grate was rusted and smashed in but it still functioned. The closet door handle was falling off. The desk and bedside table is scratched up and everything is outdated and stained. If I wasn’t desperate for sleep we would’ve left. The bed was comfortable but when I woke up I could see stains all over the sheets and pillows. We had to leave at 5:30AM so we quickly got our stuff together and it was then I noticed bugs crawling on the wall! I will include a picture if I can, of what I believe I’ve identified as a roach!!! Do not stay here! It is disgusting!
- Abbey (2/5): - Our door did not lock so we had to change rooms after settling in. The ice machine did not work and we needed it. I have to check the website but I am pretty sure it was supposed to provide breakfast and there was none. Smell is weed in the building.
- Endia (1/5): Never again - Location The staff was rude and nasty

- Mark (4/5): No free breakfast even thou some travel sites show - No breakfast. Some travel sites picture a free breakfast listed and pictures of cafe. Booked on your site since cheaper but your site does not list or picture breakfast. Got there and do not offer breakfast and they know that still shows from when they did. Would not do anything to compensete. Told have to live with it, not their problem.

- Kevin (8/5): Adequate - I kinda got what I paid for. It was a cheap room, but comfortable. Well-worn and could probably use a refurb. The desk chair needs to be replaced, the bathroom doorknob requires repair as well as the toilet seat. Staff was great, check-in went smoothly.
- Emily (6/5): - It was a clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was limited, but they did have some food. The price was good for what you got.
- Catherine (3/5): A waste of money - The TV did not work. The desk chair was worn and torn.

- Monique (4/5): Disappointing -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel needs a update and upgrade - Multiple things broken and damaged in the hotel. Took photos upon arrival so that way nothing could be blamed on us. Beds were very warn in. Not the cleanest. Towels had some stains. Drywall unfinished, door knobs not properly fastened, no remote to the TV, lamps with light bulbs that don’t work. Missing outlet covers and broken outlet covers. Door flip locks poorly installed.
- Gil (4/5): Disappointing - TV worked No coffee in lobby or room, no breakfast bar as advertised
- Stacey (1/5): Awful and never want to stay there again. - In a good neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Uncomfortable room. Refrigerator was terribly loud all night. Kept me up. No continental breakfast available by 7 am. Really ticked off about the breakfast. No cups that could go in the microwave . No coffee or hot tea set up in the room.
- Monique (7/5): Good -
- Monique (8/5): Very good -
- Henzelle (5/5): it was ok but advertisement is misleading. - location., the promo offered breakfast and this was misleading
- Darius (10/5): Exceptional - The employees helping with the problems we had. The sink broke while we stayed.
- Darius (10/5): Exceptional - The employees are the best very helpful The Wifi connection sucks
- Josh (2/5): - Raw food laying in parking lot, floors in room sticky,, ripped up chair in room, black mold on ac unit . Boogers on walls just plain gross i walked in and walked out
- Mason (1/5): Definitely would not stay here. - Honestly Nothing Picked a non smoking room. Cigarette butts were in the AC vent along with mold. The shower tub had a hole in it. The fan in the bathroom was moldy as well. Overall just an awful experience and the whole place smells awful.
- Corwin (2/5): Horrible experience - Checked into hotel. Smelt like natural gas. Upon getting to room. The floor wasn’t fully put together. A/c unit was disassembled. Toilet was crooked cuz the bathroom door swung into it and had to push door to get past toilet to enter bathroom. Got locked in bathroom as none of the door handles worked. Ended up checking out after 15 mins of being at hotel and went to another
- Christine (2/5): - Very dirty smelled terrible
Checked out early due to this
parking lot was dangerously icy
- Jana (2/5): Unbelievably horrible hotel stay. - The stay started out with the room not being able to be locked. Told us there were not anymore rooms, then moved us to a room with a foul smell, hole in the bathtub, bugs in both rooms, dirty floor, mattresses that were lumpy, dirty walls in bathroom, black mold on doors and walls, flooring did not fit, large gaps in it. The hallways looked like livestock had been living in it. many many places that plate was badly chipped, doors did not fit, cracks in drywall, etc. This place should be closed by the department of health, mold, bugs, filth, etc.
- Horn (5/5): Passable -
- Jahmere (4/5): Disappointing -
- Matthew (5/5): Passable - Staff and location Mold in shower out dated covers dirty sheets
- Forrest (6/5): Cool short lived -
- Andrea (2/5): It was expensive the tables were dirty there was a hole in tue ceiling with mold the shower curtain was moldy and the do - Location It was dirty and had bugs and mold tv didn’t work
- Martin (1/5): Serious issues and unpleasant staff - Location Filthy Tv broken, door broken, toilet broken
- Charlotte (1/5): Tragedy - The outside it was clean They had bedbugs and I got all broken out from them biting me. I show the person that was working the front desk pictures of my bike marks on my back and my butt. And then he told me that they used to have a guy that come and clean the beds and all he said was that he was sorry that happened to me for real.
- Lori (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap and dirty - I appreciate that the room was very affordable. it was very dirty, the desk chair was broken and the room smelled of smoke.
- Diana (4/5): - Property was dirty and smelled. Would not stay at again. Ever.
- Mccuan (1/5): Very unsatisfactory - Friendly staff Roaches in room, mold under rim of bathroom sink, mildew on shower curtain, toilet seat very loose.
- Samantha (1/5): disgusting and wildly unsafe - absolutely nothing everything. the property was disgusting in regards to cleanliness. the floor was sticky and the furniture looked and felt like it’s seen better days. the decor and appliance's (hair dryer) had been ripped off the walls at some point leaving gouges in the wall and pieces everywhere. the door extra security latch was ripped from the door and merely there in the stripped screw holes. this was truly the worst facility i’ve been in regarding cleanliness and safety. to put the cherry on top, there wasn’t even the free breakfast available. it just didn’t exist although being advertised.
- ramon (10/5): - Great service
- Paul (6/5): ok but breakfast was disappointing. - location, price clean Wasn't much of a breakfast. Picture on line showed cereal and waffle iron and they were not actually part of the breakfast. Just beagles some pastries and small cups for orange juice. We eat some and then stop at McDonalds later for the rest of breakfast.
- Tammy (1/5): I would never stay at an echo lodge ever again - It was close to very thing I wanted to do Not clean and doors opened without a key
- Amber (2/5): - We had to switch from our original room to another one because the sink wouldn’t drain and the fridge didn’t work. Honestly it also had a really weird smell. Then when we got the other room and the AC was ducted taped together, and the tub was also ducted taped and had little holes in the bottom of the tub, looked like cigarette burns on the tub. The bed was so stiff both of our back’s were hurting. The breakfast wasn’t anything great, no sweet and low available and my boyfriend is a diabetic.
- Deshawn (6/5): - pretty sigma
- Linda (5/5): Too much money for the accomodations. - Room was pretty clean although hallways and other areas were not. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. The only chair in the room was a VERY heavily worn desk chair. It seems like a handicap room would have a decent chair for a person to sit in. NONE of the advertised TV channels were available.
- Tanisha (9/5): Superb -
- Christian (2/5): Scummy - Price The hotel was dirty the floors haven't be clean the floor was very sticky and the towels had holes and stains when we arrived the tub was very dirty we went down to the lobby told the front desk at first she had a blank face didn't know what to say finally she had housekeeping come up to clean the tub, when you take a shower your getting a bath as well the drain was clogged it took awhile to drain outlet covers was broken
- Laura (5/5): We checked in at 9:15pm , slept and showered and left around 10 am to go get coffee and breakfast - Price Went down at 8am, No Coffee and No Breakfast available! We don’t smoke , yet cigarette burn holes in the bedding, a hole looked like was punched in the bathroom door, something was splattered on wall near microwave and dried on the wall, staff never mentioned an elevator, we found after going upstairs to the 4th floor
- Bobby (5/5): Passable -
- Woods (1/5): Horrible!!!!! - Close to stores. Dirty room. Sticky mold on ceiling. Fire hazards everywhere. And fire alarm pulled off ceiling. Crumbs everywhere. Burnmarks in blankets. Broken dirty shower and toilet. No locks on doors
- Damarein (7/5): Good -
- Chantelle (1/5): Bad - The place is very dirty. The windows had no screens and opened fully. Very dangerous for children. First room smelled of old cigarettes smoke and mold. Changed rooms and found bed bug in blanket. Did not sleep there. Had to book a new hotel last minute. Very gross.
- Emily (8/5): - Room smelled a bit - like old cigar smoke.
- Iphiagene (10/5): - was very nice
- Dana (3/5): Poor -
- Mariojr (3/5): It can be better next time. - The breakfast bar and Lipton hot tea Things in the room that did not work
- Mary (2/5): - There were only two housekeeping staff for a four floor building. I think they did the best they could but I have a list of issues, including AC and management issues. The two men who seemed to be in charge, didn’t show much interest in helping us meet our needs and kept saying “go ask housekeeping.” I have a list and will be glad to share it with someone if they are interested. We actually tried to move to another hotel but those in the immediate area were full because of a concert. We will not stay at that hotel again, and now have a negative attitude towards Ecolodge in general. For point of reference, we’ve been on a driving trip across America for two and a half months, staying mainly at Best Western, but also at other lower price hotels when needed for location reasons. This Ecolodge was the most disappointing and a big part of that was the attitude of management. And we say that having owned two businesses that depended on good customer relationships.
- Richard (1/5): Awful - Nothing When we entered our room, and the beds were not made, and the towels were all over the floor. Went down to front desk to get another room. The receptionist checked with the cleaners about the room, and they said we went in the room and trashed it. Then the 2nd room we got smelled like weed. Not a pleasant experience at all.
- Andrea (3/5): Pay a little more and stay at another hotel in the area. - Old, dingy, smelled and did not look or feel clean.
- Noreen (1/5): Horrible - I didn’t like anything about this property Everything! Greeted by a very unprofessional looking woman with no shoes on. Upon entering the smell was bad. Room was gross and all of the walls had small smears and chips on the them. the beds were horrible, lumpy, springy and they made so much noise if you moved around. The tv had a few channels with terrible picture quality and no back on the remote to keep the batteries in. The door could not be double locked and my family and I felt unsafe. The hallways smelled and were about 80 degrees. Horrible place to stay!!
- Christina (1/5): I would not recommend this location to anyone. - The staff was friendly The WiFi did not work. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The fire detector was missing. The bathroom was extremely dirty. The hotel has a strong smell. Very dirty buttons on the elevator.
- Samuel (1/5): My parents and I got two rooms. 401 and 403. I was disgusted that the sheets had not be changed - Location The sheets were not changed from prior guests
- Richard (10/5): - Great value for cost
- Matt (2/5): - Disgusting for the price you are paying. You can hear your neighbor. The front desk person is rarely available.
1/10
- Longo (1/5): Bad -
- Albertha (5/5): Passable -
- Tina (5/5): Passable -
- Richard (3/5): Poor - Nothing Poor complimentary breakfast
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Idriss (4/5): Disappointing - Affordable The room wasn’t, the bathroom is super old with dirty shower curtains. I could literally feel the bottom of my feet sticking to the floor as I was walking around .
- Tyneef (2/5): - Not as clean as I would have expected being in the area it’s in. I found multiple bugs in my room, refrigerator was dirty/stank and was not plugged in. To top it off, my linen was never picked up and sent clean stuff.
- Andrea (10/5): - I am thankful for how kind and generous the staff was.
- Claudiu (6/5): Pleasant - location and price breakfast is not much
- Andrea (10/5): - Thanks for your service
- Leon (6/5): - The hotel is in need of some some refurbishment
- Edwin (6/5): Meh - It was alright, The whole hotel was nearly empty and they give me a room surrounded by pot smoking loud people.. breakfast was sad with a couple of baggles and baby muffins.. it s ok for a one night stay.
