- Nathan (10/5): Amazing location and comfortable stay. - We stayed in the Hideaway Suite for the weekend and had an amazing time. The room is smaller but cozy. The hotel is directly opposite the boat museum and close to restaurants, a fun park and the beech. The AC was a bit in the noisy side and traffic could be heard until around 9pm.

- Erica (8/5): Casa grande - The place was nice, however the walls were pretty thin and you could hear other people arriving and leaving. The tv wouldnt work for us and the bathtub drained slowly. However the bed was comfy and it was very clean and neat.

We didn't like the parking as it was impossible to squeeze 5 cars into the small space, there was no host in the dining area at breakfast which is not normal in a B&B, the shower in the Hideaway room should come with a warning as it was incredibly small ( a regular sized person couldn't turn around in the enclosure), some instruction for the coffee maker would be helpful and the TV didn't work.

- Mary (10/5): Wonderful in every way! - I loved my stay at Casa Grande Inn. The room was lovely, and very comfortable. The location couldn't be better.
- Jean (8/5): - The location is great and the building is beautiful. We were here a year ago, so could compare service. The service this year was not as clear as last year. The manager was very helpful, when we could find him. He was very helpful, but his English presents a bit of a barrier. We spoke to other guests who were at a loss what to do for breakfast. I told them basically what to do. If no food options were laid out on the tables, just start looking in the fridge for breakfast items, make your own coffee & tea. Once you take charge of the meal, you can have a decent breakfast. I do not lay the blame on the manager as he tried very hard to help. I'm wondering if her needs more training and more support. When we were there last year, we had a room on the third floor. At that time our double doors to the outside (which is accessible to anyone wanting to get in) had no locks on that door. We didn't feel comfortable about that, but lived with it. This year, the person in that room told me the double doors did not lock and the occupant was a single elderly person who didn't feel safe at all. Last year we reported this problem and it appears it is still not fixed. We still give this place a good rating, but there needs to be some changes made and possibly more staff.
- Terence (8/5): - Very nice spacious property. Good views from the sundecks. Breakfast was good, there was cereal, bread, hard boiled eggs and bakery items. Lots of Make your own coffee. Across the street is Ooolala food truck with a variety of Crepes. There are Only 5 spots to park so one night we were forced to park on Churchill Ave and Riverside. Oh ya, no elevator. Very nice accommodations and we would enjoy returning.

- Brianna (10/5): - This B&B is a gem! Beautiful house right on the beach (across from the boat). Parking is available right outside. The rooms are very clean, cozy and stylish. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the cute balcony overlooking the beach. Elise (host) has breakfast ready in the morning. Sometimes she makes the most delicious bran muffins for her guests! Thank you Elise for being so sweet and helpful during our stay.

Location right by the beach with great access to bike routes was ideal.

- Erin (6/5): - The location and cleanliness of the Casa Grande was good (although the tv was very small for the size of the room - it was hard to watch it from bed and there wasn’t a real seating area). The staff was the only complaint. From the moment we arrived it felt like we were an imposition being there and the woman complained a lot (eg that it took her so long to clean rooms because of COVID and anout breakfast). Next morning we came downstairs 20min before the end of breakfast and 110min before check out and she announced that ‘coffee is gone and I’m not putting on another pot’. No breakfast at this B&B but still pricey. We will not be back. A cheap motel on the promenade get more inviting - and cheaper.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Old spring beds “breakfast” is laughable, terrible - Location is nice right on the beach lots of places to eat. Lady was friendly who ran it. Bed in hideaway is a old spring with memory foam topper, pillows had someone elses long dark hair on it...Tv is tiny and old shower is beside bed (five steps if even) tiny and not private. Bathroom also beside bed but enclosed. Room is tiny! Nice balcony though. The breakfast was really the most disappointing and odd not at all worth it. It consisted of cheese strings, craft singles, luncheon meat rolled up on a plate, hard boiled eggs, cereal such as bran flakes an cheerios. Some toast penut butter an jam packets, Packs of oatmeal, bananas apples and some bran muffins as well as yogurt. There was juice and coffee as well. If your thinking you’ll get a nice B&B breakfast you will be sorely disappointed it was laughable.

It faces the large street below, the green seen through the window is the roundabout and the garden on the other side of the street. In the jacuzzi room (the main reason we booked there), the hot water was very difficult to get -- even when we managed to get the hot water flowing, it would quickly turn very cold, even though there was no problem with the hot water at the sink (so it wasn't a boiler capacity problem).

- Sylvia (8/5): Fine for a weekend. - The casa is very nice. We purposely booked to stay in the Mojito Room which advertises that there is a queen size bed plus a pull out small couch. The pull out couch was broken so my friend and I ended up sleeping in the queen size bed even though that wasn't our plan. The room is clean with a small tv and small fridge. It has a nice bathroom attached. We could often hear people in the other rooms as well as the common rooms. The breakfast was fine but nothing special at all. The lady that works there was very nice, friendly and accommodating but never stopped talking! We might stay here again but a regular hotel room might work better so we get the bed arrangement we booked for.

- stan (2/5): First and last time. - Parking dangerous, back out onto a roundabout. Room very small, stumbling over suitcases. A big person wouldn’t fit into tiny shower. TV very small to see given distance from bed. Dog in kitchen, living area at breakfast when it was handled, hardly food safe. Big steps to lug up suitcases. Etcetera.... We will not return or recommend to anyone. Ridulous high rating given by public.

- Norine (6/5): Comfy bed but Hot and Stuffy - We stayed in the Mojito room, our bed was comfortable but the room only had a small window and no A/C. It had a fan but was hot and stuffy. This room does not come with a parking spot. We stayed 2 nights and the bed wasn’t made and the room wasn’t refreshed. At $169 a night I I thought we should have had better service.

- Robert (8/5): Location, and a bit of funkiness thrown in! - Hard to beat location. If your planning to visit the beach and walk along the shore then this place is perfect. We had the hideaway room and while rather small it had what you needed if you weren’t spending much of the day in the room. The shower is tiny and my only real complaint was the wifi was extremely slow. If you were in the lobby the wifi worked well so I’m guessing a booster might help. There is limited parking out front but I found it easier to just park on the street out front. The facility has a nice breakfast area and an assortment of cereals, fruit, eggs and warm baked goods with your coffee are available every morning.

Our room "The Hideaway" was very quaint with its own balcony with a lake view. We loved it!! Elise was the most wonderful hostess! So friendly and welcoming! What a gem!!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Awesome location. Room was cozy and clean. We had the Jacuzzi room and the tub was lovely. Liked the private deck. A coffee machine would have been nice in the room, as well as hot items for breakfast would have been nice rather than just toast, muffins, fruit and yogurt, but by no means were we ever left hungry after breakfast. So this is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Super clean, super friendly, super location super comfortable and the freshest food. Although we didn't have time to stay for breakfast, it looked absolutely amazing....no toast and coffee here. Full spread of anything you could imagine, freshly cut up fruit to add to your yogurt or oatmeal, eggs, toast, coffee, freshly baked blueberry bran muffins. The host aims to make sure you are taken care of...all you had to do was ask, and she made sure it was done...if it wasn't done already! I even check anywhere else....MUST STAY places BC!

- Gord (10/5): - A Quaint, quiet setting right along Okanagan Lake adjacent to the Paddlewheel Museum... lots of walkways and wonderful parks & places to explore. A terrific room with lots of windows and a panoramic lakeside view of the natural surroundings. Spacious, well appointed room with beautiful wicker furniture and a fantastic, large deck to relax & read! Thoroughly enjoyed the staff, the breakfasts and the stay!
