El resto del personal un 10, muy amables todos. La habitación súper. La terracita estupenda, buen desayuno, tal vez zumos naturales no habrían estado de más. Estaba muy bien ubicado. Evidentemente estamos hablando de Palermo, no es precisamente una ciudad que brille por su limpieza, la zona donde está tampoco. Por decir algo, el coste, igual un poco alto, pero viendo el resto de hoteles y los precios, debe ser un tema de la zona.

- Thomas Schwab (10/5): Liebevoll ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen von Palermo! - Ein liebevoll restauriertes Palazzo steht als Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Von außen unscheinbar, entfaltet sich im 1. Stock ein Prachtbau mit hohen Zimmern und einem wunderschönen Innenhof. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mercato del Capo. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und gab zahlreiche nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Palermo. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Buffet war reichhaltig mit vorzüglichen Süßspeisen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Das Palazzo ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar bzw. schwierig erreichbar, da es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Mercato del Capo liegt.

- Norma (10/5): - Zuerst ein herzliches Dankeschön an das nette und hilfsbereite Team; besonders jedoch an Fanny und Andrea, die immer für einen Tipp und Hilfe oder auch nur ein Gespräch zur Verfügung standen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ebenfalls der für uns organisierte Transferservice hat sehr gut geklappt, pünktlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral direkt am Eingang zum Capo Markt und fussläufig zu einer Vielzahl von Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und frisch, ein sehr guter Einstieg in den Tag. Insgesamt haben wir hier angenehme und entspannte 8 Tage verbracht. Нам все дуже сподобалося. Рекомендую відвідати ботанічний сад і з'їздити в містечко Чефалу, а також просто гуляти по Палермо, насолоджуючись архітектурою та смачною їжею

- Marine (10/5): Super boutique hôtel - Le B&B est situé dans la zone piétonne de Palerme, au coeur de la ville. Les ruelles sont typiques. Un parking est a 5min a pied pour laisser sa voiture en sécurité. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Très agréable et attentionnés. Le petit déjeuner est varié, et GROS + pour des options "sans gluten" qu'ils vont chercher le matin meme dans un boulangerie spécialisée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La literie de qualité. C'est un très bel endroit. Malheureusement il fait un peu humide dans la chambre.

Het ontbijt werd niet altijd aangevuld waardoor je niet altijd de volledige ontbijt ervaring had. De service tijdens het ontbijt was soms ook chaotisch en niet altijd even vriendelijk. De kamer (appartement op het gelijkvloers) was niet heel proper en had een onaangename geur. Warm water was ook ook snel op onder de douche.

Bardzo miło zaskoczyło nas też śniadanie,które jak na włoskie standardy było bardzo urozmaicone. Od słodkich wypieków,przez słone,znalazły się też owoce i warzywa, kawa na życzenie, a do tego najpyszniejsze soki owocowe jakie piliśmy. Jedyne czego można się przyczepić to faktycznie cienkie ściany,jeśli ktoś ma słaby sen to polecam zatyczki, nam hałas aż tak bardzo nie przeszkadzał. Polecamy.

- bruno (9/5): Très bon séjour malgré le temps pluvieux. - Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet établissement, de dimanche à dimanche. Accueil très chaleureux d' Andréa qui nous a donné une foule de renseignements touristiques et gustatifs. Le petit déjeuner-buffet était très agréable. Prévoir peut-être un peu plus de fruits. Le personnel est très gentil. Belle chambre spacieuse, donnant sur une terrasse-jardin, à l' abri du bruit de la rue. Bonne literie. La situation géographique est parfaite, permettant de faire tout à pied. Au cours de notre semaine, nous avons fait connaissance de notre hôtesse, Fany, accueillante, attentive à ses hôtes, nous donnant également quelques bonnes adresses et d' autres petits coins à visiter dans Palerme. Après ces quelques jours, nous pouvons dire que nous avons une bonne connaissance de la ville. Palerme est une ville pleine de contrastes, qui peut surprendre au premier abord, mais tellement attachante... On imagine très bien ce que devait être la vie au siècle dernier lorsque tous ces palais étaient habités par les Palermitains. Un peu plus de fruits au petit-déjeuner.

Fanny was soo helpful and actually helped with our trip planning for the next stop and even offered her driver for our next location. Such amazing hospitality!
