- Julian (4/5): - This hotel has the basics. Hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, everything that should be there. But when we got to the hotel we got this smell coming from the outside, it smelled like sewers at night, which was an issue with sleeping. In the morning we found dead cockroaches at the hotel. The internet was not working, which was an issue bc I had to do school work. In the bright side, the hotel is pretty, and it’s really close to downtown, there’s not much to look around in that town, but it’s pretty cheap and the nearest beach is around 30 minutes. For the price it’s alright, just don’t have high expectations. As I said, it’s not bad but it’s not great.

Sólo sugiero poner atención en detalles de mantenimiento tal como en el baño había una pequeña fuga en la taza del baño. Además de que falta luz en el pasillo de la entrada dentro del cuarto.

- Verified traveler (2/5): WOW! Very disappointing! - I really hate giving this place a bad review because it is beautiful. But, the staff was not very accommodating at all. We went down to the restaurant just to get coffee and they charged us an outrageous price and they were very rude to us and looked at us like we were a couple of bad people. They told us since we booked our room somewhere else beside the hotel that we had to pay for the 4 oz coffees. The toilet did not flush correctly, there was no hot water I MEAN NO HOT WATER, the towel bar with the towels just fell off in the floor. The first thing that happened when we got to the room was that the toilet paper roll and holder fell off in the floor. Bad time for that to be happening. They gave us very minimal amount of towels and there was no Kleenex or coffee or any other amenities in the room. Very disappointing we will never go there again!

Pedimos que nos cambiarán de habitación porque el inodoro tiraba agua en la descarga, la recepcionista igual no se portó nada amable. Las habitaciones son viejas y las sábanas eran de color verde, de muy mala calidad y muy deterioradas. Punto a favor, las áreas comunes estan bonitas y la piscina agradable. En general no fue lo que esperaba.

It made me sick and I checked out early. There was also a popping noise from what I guess an electrical switch that popped very loud and was scary. the room did not have dark curtains and light came through all night, very sad.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel for price, not very helpful staff - Nice hotel, decent location near highway and main streets that take you to beaches. Breakfast included is a nice touch but every morning you have to go to the reception desk for your "breakfast coupon" which can be somewhat of a wait while there are people trying to check in/out or asking questions. Pool needs cleaning daily and maintenance...tiles have fallen and it was very dirty when we wanted to go swimming. Staff organization and helpfulness needs improvement. One evening we called to ask for towels since we were only left two medium towels for two guests and were told they would be sent up- never did. Next day when i addressed this issue they said we couldn't have any more because our room type was only for one guest - when we were paying for two guests. When the supervisor reviewed our reservation they added another two medium towels because they didn't have access to the laundry room to obtain the large towels. WE were told the next day shouldn't be an issue - so when we returned from our day at the beach to only find two towels again it was very frustrating to hear that they had "run out" of towels (this is the week BEFORE spring break so the hotel was not yet fully booked). At checkout the front desk worker went up to personally review our room before allowing us to checkout which i found extremely offensive since i had noticed that prior guests checking out didn't have this issue.
- Lanny (8/5): Nice little Boutique Hotel - We found the Hotel easily and it was a perfect base for traveling south to Ixtapa/Zihuatinao for a day trip. Located within easy walking disance to many eateries and shopping. Quiet, comfortable and safe.
- Mark (6/5): Good hotel - The staff was very helpful. My room was clean and well put together. No complaints with the hotel. It was noisy because of the other guest yelling and screaming- teenagers having fun, but other than that it was fine.

- Memo (10/5): clean and safe, good restaurant - no complaints what so ever on the hotel, the staff was friendly and there is a gated parking lot for the car. the complementary breakfast is very tasty, I recommend from the choices the 'huevos rancheros' it is little tricky to found the place because the street names are not signalized or car flow or the streets. It is just behind of that big government building (you'll see the big flag outside and the wall size speed bumpers). just turn your head to the left and you'll see the hotel
