• Dirk (4/5): - Für uns gut gelegen Um 15uhr beim Bezug waren die Zimmer nicht gemacht das Personal kam 15.15uhr nach Bezug des Zimmers und fragte alles okay .............und in der Beschreibung steht nicht das man diese Unterkunft nicht am Wochenende benutzen kann da nur das dritte Stockwerk Zimmer sind und das zweite Stockwerk komplett DISCO ist

• Guest (5/5): Kohtalainen reissu - Joku alkoi poraamaan jossakin lähi asunnossa seinää sinä aamuna jolloin kirjauduin ulos hotellista. Kannattaa myös kiinnittää huomiota siihen ettei hotelliin tule kutsumattomia vieraita sillä itse havaitsin hotellissa ollessani tällaista toimintaa.. Ylempänä jo lukeekin mistä en pitänyt.

• Sirpa (8/5): - Helppo tulla,hyvällä paikalla,selkeät ohjeet sisään kirjautumiseen Äänet kuuluvat huoneeseen selvästi,sänky aika kapea ja turhan pehmeä
• Minna (4/5): Ei voi kutsua hotelliksi - Sijainti oli hyvä. Wc:n ovi oli rikki, eikä se mennyt kiinni. Huone oli likainen ja roskat oli viemättä. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet oli likaiset ja jääneet edelliseltä vieraalta. Itse piti hakea ja vaihtaa puhtaat lakanat ja pyyhkeet.

Yleinen siisteys- ja kalusteiden taso, kiinteiden varusteiden taso (esim. pistorasiat), huoneen kuumuus, lisätyynyjen puute, säilytystilan puute, jääkaapin lämpötila, television joutui itse asettamaan toimintaan, suihkuverho vaatii vaihtoa, suihkuletku lähes poikki suuttimen kohdalta, hissi on aika jäykkä; ei kovin esteetön. Ohjeissa kerrottiin että ikkunoita ei voi/saa avata, mutta ikkuna oli jo valmiiksi auki (onneksi, koska oli kuuma). Koska oli kuuma, ja ikkuna auki, niin myös viikonloppuna ihmiset pitivät älämölöä ulkona, joka vaikeutti nukkumista.
• gheorghe (1/5): Execrabil - In locatie a fost aerul irespirabil , conditii in care am dormit initial cu usa intredeschisa. Reteaua wifi nu este operabila, conditii in care nu ne-am putut conecta la internet. Dimineata am vrut sa fac o cafea si nu am putut . Cana de fiert apa era murdara si avea mucegai,sens in care voi atasa o poza. Nu recomand absolut deloc aceasta locatie. Am trecut pana acum prin 13 tari si in Finlanda am avut cea mai proasta experienta. Probabil este efectul ocupatiei ruse care a existat in decursul istoriei. Nu voi msi calca vreidata pe aceste taramuri.
• Sirpa (5/5): Sirpa - Rauhallisuus, hyvä vuode Saamani huone oli täysin siivoamatta, meni yli kolme tuntia ennen kuin sain uuden huoneen! Korvaus? Lakanoissa oli mustia pilkkuja?

• Guest (1/5): Huvimatka - Paikka hyvä Aivan liian kuuma, 31 astetta huoneessa, ei ilmastointia. Luvattiin mainoksessa tabletti hotellihuoneessa, ei ollut.

• Svetlana (8/5): Nice hotel at convenient location with free parking but no reception :) - Nice, clean room with refrigerator and microwave, comfortable bed. A very convenient location, surrounded by Supermarkets and shopping mall.. Shower was nice, free parking behind the building. My room was extremely cold at evening and night time, there was no one to help, I called reception, but phone didn’t work. I sent emails and SMS but no answer.. I almost got sick that night. They have instructions how to keep the room less hot. I guess it’s for summertime. The room getting too much sun diring the day, but I came when outside was like 0° in the room was very cold.. no heating remote control. No help., no one at the hotel room the reception.. in fact they don’t have any reception. So if you have any question or if you have any trouble then there is no one to help . You get into the room and into hotel with codes for the doors locks. You get them by email.
• Lourdes (7/5): Good for short stayings in Kerava - I've been in 5 stars hotel, but this one has the most comfy bed ever. Is a cheap hotel so dont expect for luxury. There's no counter with people this is a plus for me, any problem you send email. Is in a really well connected area and u have Prisma market in front. Yeah theres a place with some drunk people too, cause in a side there a walkside with karaoke and bars. Im so sensitive for noises and i had zero noises problems for outside, and a few doors inside but it doesnt bothers me people have to come in and come out. Elevator is scary first time u use it. Just be careful.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Kerava right across from a big supermarket which is open 24 hours a day. There is no traditional reception so you don’t really meet any staff. Very good for introverted people.

• Lise (6/5): - 10 days stay, we had to take care if the cleaning, garbage,changing our sheets and towels ourselves. No soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc. Nothing beside a kettle a fridge and a microwave. Broken key for both windows it was terribly hot in the room and couldn’t open the windows 😫 In another hand the location is exceptional. Primo (comparable to a Walmart), McDonald, Train station, Restaurants and Karaoke bars all just a few 100ft from the hotel. We would not recommend the hotel for somebody who are very picky about cleanliness and are used to services but personally if we ever return to Kerava we would go back to this hotel
• Leila (6/5): Palaute Kerava hotellista - Huone oli liian kuuma,katto ja lattiatuulettimesta huolimatta, ikkunakaihdin oli rikki, ei toiminut kuin kädellä autettuna, vetonaru katkesi. WC paperirullateline oli laitettu liian täyteen, ei onnistuttu vetämään wc-paperia joten irtorulla oli käytössä. Huone oli piha aukion puolella (prisman puolella)joten ihmisten naurut, autojen yms muut äänet kuuluivat selvästi.

• Anna (4/5): Disappointing - The Town of Kerava Is really nice. The room was unacceptably hot, I could not sleep at night, and it is not possible to open the windows. The wifi did not work and I tried so many times to contact some help, they answered but never fixed the wifi problem. I had a fan in the room that did not work. There is no reception.

Then we went there 12 pm the pw is not working we wait outside while its raining. For 2 hrs we call 3 times. Every body they lets us wait for lomg time. Then i call back again and they said i need to pay extra dor early check in. This is give me a lot stress. I’ve traveled for 9 hrs i dont have enough rest. The room is hot
• Janne (6/5): Simple accommodation, but in poor shape - You can't expect much with this kind of place, but cleanliness and things not broken should be a given. On my room the showerhead was broken and the toilet ring was burned with a cigarette.

• Ģirts (8/5): Very good - Location perfect everything is in two steps supermarkets restaurants shops super perfect location. Easy check in. Rooms look better in real life than in pictures. Beds are in really ridiculous size If you are even a litle bit taller or bigger person its just ridiculously narrow. In some rooms windows didnt open.

• Yrjö (9/5): Nice enough stay overnight before catching our flight. 24-hour supermarket next to hotel! - Nice and easy self-service / automated check-in hotel in Kerava city centre. 24 hour supermarket next to the hotel was a big positive surprise.

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - It was centrally located and close to the stores. If you are not looking for anything fancy, I would say that it works. I couldn't open the windows and the room was stuffy.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Hotelli Kerava - Oli hyvä hotellihuone jossa oli puhtaat lakanat ja pyyhkeet ja kaikki. Mukava sänky jossa oli hyvä nukkua ja siisti kylppäri jossa oli mukava käydä suihkussa. Voin suositella.
• Kaili (6/5): Pleasant - Liked the location and bed was comfortable. Hallways smelled like smoke and mold. You should upgrade them. And vent in the room made bad noises. I used room 309 and 311 both had bad vents. Please do maintance on them before they fall down the seiling.

• Pirkko (8/5): Tappava kuumuus huoneessa - Huone oli kuin uuni. Kuumuuden ja ulkoa kuuluvien äänien vuoksi emme saanet nukutuksi, ja kotimatkalle lähdimme väsyneinä. Matkustajailmoituksia ei näkynyt missään, joten niitä emme täyttäneet.

• Arja (8/5): - Varatessani paikkaa olisin jo toivonut selkeää tietoa siitä, että hotellissa ei ollut palveluja. Se ei sinänsä haitannut, mutta yllätti. Koodin käyttö oli ihan alussa pulmallista, ikäni puolesta ja koska olin yksin ja harvoin käytän hotellipalveluja.Olisin toivonut hiukan runsaampaa välinevalikoimaa aterioinnin suhteen, ja pienen ruokapöydän ja mukavan tuolin. Tämä siksi, koska olin matkakaranteenissa koronan tähden ja huone oli enemmän kuin yöpymispaikka. Wifin salasanan olisi ollut hyvä löytää huoneesta, sen sijaan että piti soittaa ja kysyä. Tässä siis vain ongelmia, joita kohtasin, mutta sain ne ratkaistuksi ja olen tyytyväinen majoitukseen.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Uudistunut - Hotellia oli kivasti uudistettu sekä huoneitten osalta että aulatiloista sitten Cosmopolin. Myönteistä se ettei yökerhoa ole enää alhaalla niin on rauhallista nukkua. Ainoa miinus tulee puuttuvasta wc-paperin vararullasta.
