I like those small tables that I can move and arrange as I wish. The pillow is very very comfortable. The bottles of drinking water are everywhere in the hotel. We have to leave early on the first morning to Doi Intanon, the breakfast they gave us to eat in the van was quite good. On the second morning we have chance to try the breakfast at the hotel and it was EXCELLENT. The staff and there services is 10/10. If I come to Chiang Mai I will stay at the BED again for sure.

Good breakfast and coffee. I liked their coffee very much. Excellent Service where they replied to all my enquiries promptly. Free flow of drinking water.

They even improved the breakfast, which is still Asian oriented, but has a lot of yummy options. And of course it's important to mention the super friendly team (as in every BED Hotel in Chiang Mai. Will come again and again for sure!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Another Wonderful Stay - I frequently go to Chiang Mai and Bed Changkian is where I stay. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. Water pressure is good and housekeeping daily. Beds are comfortable. Quiet floors so not a lot of noise, if at all at night. Airplanes do fly overhead but it’s infrequent and doesn’t bother me, easily tuned out. The breakfast is great, good variety of sweet and savory options, fruit and salad too. Try the Chinese donuts - delicious. Coffee and latte machines. Besides refrigerators full of water on every floor, the coffee is my favorite amenity. Many hotels in Chiang Mai in this price range provide powdered coffee but Bed Changkian’s coffee and lattes are made with beans. The staff are very kind and helpful. If there is a problem they can help with, fix or solve, they will graciously try. Easy to call grab rides to other parts of Chiang Mai.

• Bruce (10/5): - Close to Airport which is good but air traffic is loud at times. But never woke us up. A rooster near by did around 5:30. The staff go beyond to accommodate us. I travel in a wheelchair and they upgraded us in order for more room to maneuver around. Plus, they were going to purchase a shower chair but able to use a plastic chair in the shower. Recommend to purchase suction grab bars or get permanently installed on shower walls. The use of GRAB app was suggested to us to use by Front Desk. Just like UBER and it is awesome. Very friendly people. Sense & Fabian to name a few.

I will definitely be staying at BED again when I come back to Chiangmai. I would say the staff is a big part of the reason which made our stay in Chiangmai so memorable.

• John (10/5): - Bed Changkain was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand! The rooms were well put together and the beds were large and comfortable. The staff was incredible including Farn, Sakoo, Manon, and Boo. Every morning they would ask how the day before was and give information in what to do around the city. Another Bed location had a better breakfast and the staff allowed us to eat there and even paid for a taxi to take us there. The location is close enough to everything, but far enough away that it wasn't overcrowded. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chaing Mai.

• Sukrasit (8/5): - I stay in BED @ Changkian several time and found that breakfast were the same. It will be more enjoy if the breakfast menu change. Idea of selecting local foods as breakfast is great. However, fixed menu like this is rather boring. Example: ข้าวต้มกระดูกหมู/ไก่, ไส้อั่ว, โจ๊ก, etc. Channels on TV should be set as standard such as Channel 3 must be positioned at 33, C7 should be set at 35. It's rather difficult to search one by one. Packaging for cotton buds is rather difficult to torn off. Normal paper material or thin plastic may be better. Rest of services are great.

Os quartos são bons, mas não há onde pendurar ou guardar a roupa, não há cofre ou telefone nos quartos, não há uma bancada de apoio no banheiro onde possamos colocar a necessair. O sanitário é separado da área de banho. NO entanto, cada andar há uma geladeira com água free para todos os hóspedes. O café da manhã é básico, mas bonzinho. O pessoal de apoio é extremamente atencioso!!!

• mylo (10/5): Excellent simple hotel - This boutique hotel is off the main road and it is away from the noise of the traffic. Simple in design but there is a feel of a home. The pantry on the ground floor has a large refrigerator filled with bottles of water and a table of fruits and beverages which invite guests to consume as and when they like. Breakfast is a simple meal of bread, butter, jam and local delights with minimal fuss. The room and bathroom are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I will for sure be coming back to stay in BED when I visit Chiangmai again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was very basic, it didn't have any homey feeling to it. Loved the rain shower. It provided pretty fast, free WiFi. However, my comforter had blood stains and dead bugs. The location wasn't very good, it wasn't that far from Nimman or Maya mall, but it wasn't convenient to walk along the big streets where there was no curb to walk on. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast was great, grilled pork with sticky rice, grilled chicken with sticky rice, fresh brewed coffee, fruits, Chinese donuts. However, when I was staying there a big tour group from China was there. There was barely any seat left in the tiny dining area. Overall, it was a good basic place to stay, but I wouldn't be coming back here again.

• miumiu (8/5): Very nice modern hotel!!! - Very impressed with the hotel and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with tasty fried chicken and sticky rice. Coffee is so good. Hotel is a bit far out so prepare to pay for taxi/red car, it's very reasonable price about $1.5 to old city. Very clean and beds are so comfortable highly recommend to all.

The staff are all super friendly and fairly good with english. Its a no frills hotel you have your bed and a bathroom and not much more but at no point does it feel empty or cold. The staff were fantastic helping with everything we asked also there is free water and coffee as well as sticky rice and pork for breakfast. If you are looking for a great place to sleep and then head out and explore this place is perfect!

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is a little bit out of town but is easy by walking about 5 mins to nearby 7-11 to get the local taxi (red jeep) cost less than 50baht per person.

The hotel is a little bit remote from the old city but very near to the trendy area of Chiang Mai (i.e. Nimman Road) where all the bars are, for about 20 mins walk. The hotel owner is super nice. He was at the reception area every morning to hear feedback from customers. The room is new and clean. It is just simple and has everything that we need. I must say for this price, it is definitely value for money. The only bad thing I can pick on would be the noise isolation of the room - you can hear what happened on next door if they speak loud. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying in BED.

Staff was friendly, free breakfast (pretty good sticky rice with some meat) and most importantly free water bottles on every floor of the hotel. There is no mini fridge in the room but you can put your stuff in the fridge outside. Location is a bit far away from the Thapae gate or night bazzar but it only cost 20baht/person to any location (you need to haggle). If you don't want to pay 20 baht to go out, try small food market across Ibis hotel which is 2 minutes walking distance from Bed hotel
• Verified traveler (10/5): A great place! So glad we stayed there! - We loved the Bed Chiangkian! It was a great value! We were able to check in early, the room was spotless, air conditioner worked great, all the water we could drink, espresso/tea/bananas in the lobby, staff always willing to help call a taxi, and a sitting area outside on a patio. We arrived around 10 am and only stayed one night. It was a Sunday and we went to the Wats and the famous Sunday Market which was our favorite shopping in all of Thailand!
• toni (8/5): Nice hotel in Chiang Mai - The staff that the Bed hotel are absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. There is also complimentary Thai breakfast and a market around the corner with street food and fresh fruit. The room was very spacious and clean. However, there was a sewagy smell coming from the bathroom. By no means did it ruin the trip, but it wasn't the most pleasant. They also did not have face towels for guests to wash their faces with. The location is a bit hidden because the hotel sits back but overall the experience was great and we enjoyed ourseveles. There was also complimentary bottled water.
• Chris (10/5): Very happy - Booked on the internet some 6 months previous to our stay, all was as promised and more! Complimentay water and coffee was permenantly available, wow. Also buffett brekfast was fabulous, staff were helpful with everything inc getting me a reasonable price for airport taxi. Recomend without hesitation.

• Rob (10/5): Awesome - The hotel is a little way away from the city center, but is close to the Doi Sutep entrance. The owner, Jerogen is wonderful and so was Crystal. They were very accommodating and helped is get anything required including a tour for less than we could find anywhere. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were beautiful cleaned and ready each day we returned. The hotel is a little distance from the old city, but for 100 to 150 baht, you are anywhere you want to be. We would gladly go back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone that is going to chiang Mai.
• RoamingNatural (8/5): Great place for second visit to Chiang Mai - We stayed in the old square for five days before going to BED and had plenty of the tourist scene there. After going to Pai for a couple of days, we opted to stay at BED which is located a little outside of the tourist trail . We really enjoyed our stay and felt like we were able to live like the locals. We have been traveling for over five months and this was the most comfortable bed we have slept in. The staff was very helpful by coordinated a scooter rental and airport drop off for our early flight. My only recommendation is that since the location is a bit far from the action, a shuttle would be nice addition.
