Letting two adults book this room is criminal. There is no chance of not slapping the other party mid sleep.

• Howard (3/5): Worth the money, but some of the cons may be a bridge too far for many people. - Room did not have bed bugs contrary to some of the reviews online. The location is good, very close to the subway and LIRR. The bed was comfortable. Strong wifi. Room cleaned every 2 days. The thermostat is not modifiable and was set at 82 degrees. When asking the front desk, the response was "Open the window" so this is the sort of attitude/responsiveness to be expected. The shower water pressure was poor. The toilet flushing was not great either. The foyer/bathroom light switches were not working and was not able to turn off. Taking the key card out turned off the power to the whole room including sockets, so had to sleep with eye masks.

• Namrata (10/5): Convenient location - Staff was courteous, room was clean, all essential amenities available. It's close to some of my favorite eateries in Flushing so for me it works out well. Other guests can sometimes be loud and create a ruckus in the lobby and in the hallways. This wouldn't be the first time I've witnessed guests fight with one another (and I mean physical fights) and/or yell at hotel staff and even other guests who are simply in the lobby when yelly guests are in the mood to shout and scream and make threats to eveyone around. Some are so loud you can hear it in the rooms. Very strange behavior.

• Callie (3/5): Horrible stay and I will never stay there again and only reason why I didn’t leave was because I already spent the money - The outside looked nice and so did the pictures on the website The shower was broken the beds were poorly made I found hair in the sheets the room was not well cleaned seemed like dirt was piled up in bathroom shower and rooom overall also I booked a different room then the one they gave me I initially booked a king room with balcony they supposedly gave me without asking I might add a deluxe king room for being a genius member on booking.com and It was the worst room I have ever stayed in in my entire life The room was horrible and I wanted my birthday weekend to be the opposite needless to say I will never stay there again and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone cause I was pissed off
