The lamp shades were stained and dirty. The bathroom floor was very dirty, there was hair all over the floor AND we had inch worms on one of the comforters. I wont stay here again

- Bright (10/5): CLEAN Hotel in a Great locations with kind staff - Love this hotel. I have stayed here many times as a travel healthcare worker. It is about five minutes down the street from UI Methodist Hospital, so is a perfect location for staff staying in the area or people visiting family staying in the hospital. This location is also right next to the speedway and very close to downtown. It's a great place to stay for any event taking place on the area. Many interactions with staff members over the course of my stays and every single individual I have spoken with has been so helpful and so kind, from helping with early check ins, recommendations for food restaurants in the area, and anything else I needed! Staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome at the hotel. The rooms themselves have all been clean throughout my stay, including bedding, towels, floors, etc. Plenty of towels for a weekend stay. Microwaves, phones, and mini fridge all worked well. Air worked well too and allowed me to get the room as cold as I like for sleep. AND the elevator felt safe and not sketchy (for some reason this seems to be a problem in a lot of hotels). I have no complaints from any of my stays. I guess the parking lot could be bigger? Can be hard to find a parking spot if you are showing up late at night. Although, this is obviously not the fault of anyone working here and certainly a tiny tiny problem in the scheme of things. Would still recommend over others in the area.

- Cynthia (9/5): Clean and cheap - I liked the staff and the location was close to the hospital we were at. I didn't like how far we had to walk from elevators to our room. That's just part of it tho. So im not complaining. Oh n they were out of ice cream which was bad news for my son.

- Amber (1/5): Worst hotel experience! - N/A Checking in was the most smooth process, but everything else was a terrible experience. Our room was not very clean. We ended up leaving and driving the 3 hours home in the middle of the night with our children because the beds were not sanitary. What appeared to be blood stains were all over the pullout couch mattress and the bed had stains as well. The staff was not the friendliest and I have yet to see a refund that they said we would receive. Never in my life have I experienced something like this at a hotel. Also, we didn’t feel the safest as there were state troopers out front and in the lobby when we returned from our event.

That was very frustrating to have to go get them replaced. We spilled water at breakfast and no one wanted to help us clean it up. Breakfast was not great at all. Beds were a little rough to sleep on if you prefer soft.

- Meghan (3/5): Bad experience, but wonderful staff - The property is very close to Butler and a short drive into downtown. The location is great, and it’s a low price for the area. I will also say that when we had problems with our room, the desk staff member was wonderful. He sent maintenance up and they arrived within minutes, and they got us into another room. When we had problems in the new room, he refunded us without a fight. The repair man they sent was also very kind and helpful. We were not able to get connected to the WiFi. I suspect it was down, but because of how their televisions work, that also stopped us from using the tv or air playing from our phones. When we changed rooms, the a/c was set to 78 (it was in the mid 80s outside). When we turned the a/c unit was rattling so hard that my husband who can sleep through ANYTHING had to shout to me, “I can’t sleep here!” While this is likely due to guests and not fully under control of the staff, the hotel and rooms smell horrendous, like nauseating. Definitely smelled marijuana but the hallways also smelled like feces and vomit.

- Bethany (9/5): My stay was wonderful, the night concierge was so very helpful and friendly. - I appreciated the location, as it was only 1.4 miles from the hospital. The room was clean, pretty, comfortable and very affordable. Maybe an extra sign pointing you to drive to through to the front of the building, it was a little confusing at first

I come for work and my hours could have made check in difficult, but the staff has made sure it was easy and I was good to go both times. Very professional, but still super chill nice people. My room was very clean and well kept both visits. The location is perfect for my work too and is right off a main road that has a lot of gas stations, fast food locations, etc on it. I feel safe in the area and walking in/out of the hotel in the evening. No complaints from my visits.

The property looked very rundown, but it did have everything that was pictured. The pool was very small. I would compare it to putting two bathtubs together. The breakfast was awful.

The ice machines on the floors did not work. The ice machine in the dining area in the lobby was unsanitary and needed to be cleaned.
