- Nicole (10/5): The staff are incredibly kind and the hotel is nice - It was right off of the highway and close to a lot of things. When we arrived, they did not have our reservation because of an error on booking.com’s part but Manager Tabatha and Amber did everything in their power and worked it out so we had our rooms and at the same rate I originally booked them at! They were incredibly helpful and were even willing to go above and beyond to help us find a room even if it was at another hotel. I highly recommend this hotel simply because of these two angels who, because of their kindness, stopped me from having a panic attack almost 4 hours from home. The refrigerator was a bit noisy.

We asked for a late checkout and the front desk and housekeepers were rude and annoying as well as extremely pushy we were told they were going to call the law on us if we didn't leave then while putting our bags on the luggage rack to take to the car.

- Robert (4/5): - The room was absolutely dirty, soon as you walked in the kitchen area had dirt all under the cabinet area plus hair and just plain nastiness. There were bugs crawling on the walls and windows. Seeing the lack of cleanliness made me not want to not touch a thing. You can tell nothing was wiped down, handprints on the mirror, food and drink stains on the nightstand. Then we go to check out at the counter to express my concerns, and no one was there pushed the button for service, and no one came. Stay somewhere else!

I was please it offered a full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, stove, all the dishes we needed for 2 people.. If there are more people make sure you have enough dishes, cups etc. They don't make up your bed, which I was unaware of. Bed comfy. towels a bit skimpy. Pleasant stay and only minutes away from the hospital and dining.

- travelcouple1970 (8/5): Accessible Room Could Have Been Better - I reserved an accessible room with roll in shower for one night. Check in went smoothly. I received a gift for being an IHG rewards member. The room had a full size refrigerator, two burners to cook on, dishwasher, and a microwave that was located down low which was perfect for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The room was big enough to maneuver the wheelchair. The TV was on the smaller size and located in the corner of the room a ways away from the bed. There were no plugs with USB or USB-C plugs and only one plug on a lamp next to one side of the bed. The biggest issue I had with the room was the roll in shower. The shower chair was affixed to the wall on the opposite side of the shower head. The shower head did detach but it was an issue that it had to be held the whole time my husband showered as there was nowhere to put it while he needed to use two hands to clean himself. He is a double amputee and the shower chair leaned forward so he had to catch himself a few times so he didn’t fall off. There was water all over the bathroom floor after his shower as he dropped the shower head a few times. He also was not able to put his prosthetic legs back on from the shower chair as he does at home since the chair was leaning and he would have fallen off of it. I had to roll his wheelchair into the shower and he had to maneuver into his chair to put his prosthetic legs on. Another small note was that there was no button on the inside of the door so he was unable to open the door to leave the room on his own. The hotel is in a great location with a gas station and Aldi across the street and Dunkin’ next door. There were plenty of fast food places close by along with an Applebees and Walmart. It was close to the highway so getting to it was easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay other than the shower issue.

- Shannon (3/5): It was terrible, will never stay here again or recommend to anyone - The fitness center was good, had plenty of equipment to use. I appreciated the free laundry It was extremely dirty and gross. The trash outside in parking lot was overflowing throughout our entire stay. The hallways and elevator hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed not 1 time during our stay (I even took pictures). The trash in our room had not been taken out until I went down to the front office to request the room to be cleaned. During that time the worker said that unless you stay there for a week, you do not get housekeeping, and even then they only come in one time! It was gross! We saw bugs crawling in fitness center and 1 in our room. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was by far the dirtiest one I have ever seen. I will never go back there or recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Denise (8/5): - Near Dunkin, Supermarket, Gas Station. Close to family I was visiting and about 20 minutes away from a Casino. Property was clean, Our room had slight mold in the shower, and shower curtain did not have a liner. It was one curtain that had to stay inside the tub to prevent a huge puddle of water on the floor. Our room smelled of urine on the window side of it. Assuming it was the rug. They offered febreze spray but it wasn't strong enough to rid the smell. Purchased s stronger febreze spray ourselves due to being told we could not change our room as they were there fully booked. Guests prior to us may have had pets in there. Overall our stay was good staff was very nice and accommodating.

However the key cards failing four times was a bit of a headache. Lastly was the concern of being over charged. Using a 3rd party booking like trivago, expedia, etc. Be sure the prices align with what the hotel is actually charging. Nearly paid more for no reason. Besides that would gladly stay again!

They gave us a room that was less expensive than what I originally booked. When I confronted the front desk about the issue they told me it was Expedia's fault and that I cannot receive a refund. - Cheyenne (10/5): - What a great 2 day stay! I wanna start off by speaking about the staff and giving them their flowers. From the front desk clerk when checking in and out to the housekeeping service, they were all excellent, patient, and very polite. We were getting some work done at our house and because I have school and work from home, I needed a place to stay for a couple of days. Pros: The wifi is fast and very reliable! Firm but comfortable beds. Nice air control. Beautiful view (our room had the view of the hills and the sunsets). Kitchen has good size fridge, dishwasher, stove top, dishware. There's a lender locker in the common area where you can borrow board games, crock pots, wine glasses and more all free of charge! Dvd player in room with TONS of dvds you can borrow! Tv channels were great; even had HBO. All stores and restaurants are very close by. Provide Dove products (lotion, bidy wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap). Cons: No screen in window. We were on the 4th floor so if you have little ones or even dogs, keep window closed. Bathroom door had grime, dirt, and hand prints all over it. Shower pressure was painful. Toilet seat veryyy low. Rugs could use a deep clean (shampoo). Coffee cups as well as regualr cups were way too small. Hard to reach front desk in the mornings. Overall, our stay was great and the staff are seriously the heart of the hotel. They were incredible and again, they deserve their flowers. We would deff stay again!

It was roomy, had multiple seating options, a combination desk/table, and a convenient kitchenette for preparing breakfast or evening snacks. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious. One thing to note: the shower was on the verge of being a pressure washer. I'll let you decide if that's a positive or a negative. We will definitely be looking for more Candlewood Suites to stay in.
