- Jim (8/5): - Location, cleanliness Didn't like that breakfast was no longer included.
- Abbie (8/5): -
- Robin (7/5): Fine but you will pay for parking and breakfast - The location is great! It’s comfortable They started charging for parking and breakfast is $10. Seems high for such an expensive place to stay.
- JeanMarie (5/5): Overpriced for a mediocre hotel. - Location Bed sheets were stained , tv in living area didn’t work and other tv in bedroom was small and not easy to operate
- Dennis (8/5): - Free parking would have been nice
- Rick (6/5): -
- Austen (6/5): -
- Craig (7/5): -
- Moses (10/5): The stay was calm and quiet - Very nice and very clean None
- Charles (10/5): -
- Peggy (8/5): -
- Geronimo (8/5): Good enough for a 1 night stay - Clean environment View of the parking lot
- Annas (9/5): -
- Ron (9/5): Great place to stay for the right price in Manhattan - Very clean and modern. Loved the attached restaurant and Goolsby’s, a hip vibe bar with shuffleboard, small ten pin bowling and self serve beer fountains. Restaurant breakfast wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, but I still had two plates of it. 😂
- Analisa (7/5): Great location, nice room size, just didn't meet what I had expected. - The location was wonderful! We were attending a two day event at K-State it was near food and the venue. We had to pay an additional fee for parking and breakfast although the room was larger than most hotel rooms it seemed a bit run down with an unpatched leak from the floor above and just a few cosmetic things that made the room seem old and not higher end.
- Cathy (5/5): Poor sleep quality due to bad bed and room noise until moved. - Location , helpful night assistant manager Lumpy bead, room noise, breakfast not tasty,
- Donald (5/5): - There was a fairly loud gurgling type of constant utility type sound from check-in until about 3 AM, which went off then resumed at about 6 AM. Until 10 PM it was accompanied by loud footsteps and muffled voices. We did sleep well after I told my wife to think of it a white noise. (room 209) Otherwise the room and bed were quite satisfactory, but paying $200 for the noise was a stretch. Also, in all my years of traveling I have never had to pay for parking on the property - that was an unwelcome surprise.
- Tif86 (10/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- Tricia (7/5): Slightly disappointed that it has been sold out to a large corporation like the Hilton. - The location The fact that we have to pay for parking and breakfast as guests of the hotel now that Hilton has purchased the hotel.
- Natasha (6/5): -
- John (10/5): -
- Brandy (3/5): -
- Christina (8/5): - Nice hotel very spacious rooms. 1/2 price appetizers were exceptional. Charge for breakfast and parking. There was no security for paid parking
- Lisa (1/5): - I would not recommend this Hotel - The price was high end and the experience was low end. I had higher expectations due to the price to stay here, but wasn't impressed at all with the Customer Service. Manager Amy was extremely impersonal and not very patient when speaking to her. Was expecting to receive better Customer Service - to no avail!
- Robert (5/5): -
- Ron (9/5): Glad we stayed at Bluemont! - Great location and for a great rate on Booking.com Paying for breakfast, but it was $10 so it wasn’t terrible
- Christine (7/5): - Close to Aggieville Kids wrestling in hallway
- Heather (10/5): LOVE Manhappiness! - location. location. location!!! Rooms are huge. Staff is super nice. Charging for breakfast now. Didn't expect that. Has always been complimentary!
- John (10/5): great place and location - the rooms were huge and really liked the bar and game rooms all good
- Esther (7/5): Love the hotel but very disappointed with the pool! - Room was nice size The pool was not working after the front desk told us it was open so we got Swiss on and asked great grandkids to join us then no pool!
- victor (2/5): -
- Deborah (10/5): Great location and loved our stay! -
- LYDIA (9/5): We had a great time very good location - The room was very big and comfortable No water in the room
- Fre (7/5): Fijn, top - Goede prijs kwaliteit op toplocatie als je in centrum wenst te zijn.
- Mandy (8/5): - Location was super convenient. Parking was easy, on site, and secure. The on site bar was closed the night we were there, and so was the next door pizza parlor. We didn't get to try either of those.
- Rachele (5/5): -
- Shea (4/5): But for the noise and shower… - The location is wonderful. The size of the room is great. We were on the 2nd floor and we heard the bowling from down stairs all night.
The shower would not get hot. Very disappointing.
- Michael (10/5): Always a great stay at the Bluemont! - Clean, large rooms with a great location. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. I wish the breakfast was included in the room charge. It used to be!
- Karen (9/5): - Breakfast was great! Man at the front deck was very friendly. Sorry, I don't remember his name but it was 3:00 on Saturday. Walls seem thin. Can hear people in other rooms/halls and street traffic but nothing different than most hotels.
- Tonya (10/5): -
- Stephanie (9/5): - Very nice hotel. Easy access to Aggieville. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Suite was large and could accommodate a lot of guests. Beautiful view. Breakfast ended at 9:30 am on weekends. That was disappointing.
- Maggie (10/5): -
- P8321TZshellyk (10/5): All around high quality and friendly place - All around excellent stay. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Greeted by friendly staff throughout our 2 night stay. Debra at the front desk was warm and kind. Breakfast both days was exceptional quality and variety. Shout out to Alka, Madasyn, and Priscilla for the wonderful food and beautifully laid out buffet.
- William (6/5): Nice hotel, but room 209 did not meet our standards due to excessive noise. - Our room on the second floor was positioned directly over the bar that was below us. We could clearly hear the noise from their patrons along with significant noise coming from their Skeeball machines up until 11:30 the night that we were there. It was loud enough that we could not go to sleep. Nice, big rooms that were very clean.
- granolalight (10/5): Best hotel, best location! - This place gets all the stars. They have it all: ambience, service, great breakfast, big rooms, in a wonderful location! I love this place.
- Farver (10/5): -
- Gaye (10/5): -
- Chris (10/5): Exceeded my expectations! Much better than the big chains! - The location couldn’t be more perfect to the University. It was very well kept, clean, modern and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was high quality and much better than the typical big chains. Parking was easy and plentiful. Nothing negative.
- Kathy (8/5): -
- Walter (8/5): Best location - Perfect location to Aggieville and Goolsby
- Deborah (10/5): - Great location. the room was large and clean. The breakfast is pretty good.
- Andrew (4/5): - We had no hot water- we told the front desk and they didn’t care and were quite rude about it. Since we booked through Expedia, they said there was no compensation they could give us.
- Rob (4/5): - The staff was not friendly or helpful. Our sink was very slow draining. Those were the 2 disappointments.
- Julio (10/5): - Everything was great! Great hotel, great location. Would stay again, for sure.
- R1583BWdanielm (10/5): Great stay for K-State Family weekend - Great location by Aggieville! The complimentary breakfast was better than the chain hotels. Really helpful front desk staff - Rebekah was super helpful with tips on getting to the KState football stadium.
- Justin (8/5): - Clean room and great location!
- Ryan (10/5): - clean nice good location
- Doris (10/5): - Friendly front desk staff
- 655wilr (10/5): Great Experience! - We loved the Bluemont so much on our return trip back to Colorado from Huntsville, Alabama we decided to stay two nights..
This was our second time staying at the wonderful hotel.
We felt like family upon our arrival, the front desk staff are all wonderful!
A very big shout out to Rebekah, Noah, Kyla and Haley!
If we ever return to Manhattan, Kansas the Bluemont will be our go too spot!!
Will & Anastasia
- Jacob (10/5): - Great all around and great location!
- Reily (8/5): Comfy, spacious rooms and great amenities - Lovely hotel and atmosphere; staff were super nice. The workout room and pool they have is pretty good but if you need more they offer gym passes to a full nearby gym. The rooms are SO spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfy. Had no issues getting to bed. The included breakfast wasn’t bad, but I have to admit I did expect more in regards to selection and menu.
- Ana (10/5): - Clean room and quiet at night
- Kurt (10/5): - We enjoyed a spacious suite to celebrate our anniversary. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Conveniently located next to campus
- Lindsey (9/5): Friendly staff, great location, solid value. P - Location is wonderful and loves the Kstate spirit! Super friendly staff! Guests were a little bit loud
- Mandy (8/5): - Only negative is the breakfast is only served until 9:30-the staff was taking everything away at 9:29.
- Lauren (8/5): - Room was spacious and felt more less like a Marriott. Only complaint was the hallway carpeting seemed kind of old and smelled of pungent air freshener covering up some kind of mustiness.
Good breakfast, good business center and helpful staff.
- Tracy (10/5): - Everything is always wonderful here! We love, love, love the complimentary breakfast!
- Jamison (10/5): - Reception staff was so pleasant. Location is great for a visit to campus.
- pauline (8/5): - Very good room facility
- Bryan (10/5): - Great location right next to campus. Friendly staff.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Excellent hotel. Very clean and room was huge.
- Janiya (9/5): -
- Kim (10/5): - Cute and friendly
- ColoradoGramms (10/5): Beautiful Hotel and Amazing Staff - We checked into our room and I immediately searched for the remotes to wipe them down because I am one of those people who has OCD and carries Clorox wipes everywhere. Well, the bedroom remote was missing so we went downstairs to ask for a replacement. We were given another but unfortunately it did not work on the tv. We went downstairs and asked if we could just swap out rooms since we hadn’t touched anything. The Manager (Ami) was quick to accommodate us and said she had a great room for us. When we walked into the new room my husband and I immediately stopped and looked at each other and had to laugh because it was stunning! She upgraded our room to the Suite and it was so beyond amazing. Thank you Ami for the outstanding customer service and making our stay so much more enjoyable.
- Jill (10/5): - The room was spacious and the king bed was comfy and loaded with pullows!
- Seeger (9/5): -
- Kevin (10/5): - .
- Anthony (10/5): - Great place to visit…
- Christopher (10/5): - Great staff!
- Leigh Ann (10/5): - Perfect for K-State tour
- Lisa (10/5): - Wonderful stay in a very cute and fun area!
- limestonedaisy (10/5): Perfection! - I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. It strikes the perfect balance of comfort, quality, and hospitality. The location is perfect and very walkable for nearby events and restaurants.
The moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — special shoutout to Aime and Noah, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was such a great variety to choose from including fresh fruit, hot and cold options, and my personal favorite - waffles!
The room itself was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel l, and will definitely be back. Thanks again to Aime and Noah for making my stay extra special!
- Kenia (10/5): -
- George (10/5): Great breakfasts, comfortable. - Good, spacious rooms snd an overall nice environment. Breast vastly superior to the normal ones you usually get in hotels/motels. Right across-the street from Kansas State University, who makes for nice strolls in-the evenrestaurant-dinner restaurant was way too noisy, though. I recommend the one across the street.
- Kelly (8/5): - Room was very large, bathroom very small. TV too tiny for the room. The food in the attached restaurant wasn't good, the bar and breakfast were good. Homeless were in the building one evening. Hotel was VERY clean. Would stay there again if needed, just wouldn't eat dinner there.
- O8880TFmiken (10/5): Great Hotel, Accommodating Front Desk Workers - Amazing rooms and across the street from Aggieville. Deb at the front desk is the absolute best. I also received excellent service from Alysia and Noah during my 2 weeks at this hotel. Breakfast from 6:30-9:30 everyday is amazing with a huge selection. I will stay here again next time I'm in Manhattan. The only downfall is no on-site laundry, but there is a laundromat a couple blocks away.
- U4619CPstephanieh (10/5): Great stay- great people! - It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Everything was top notch but the people made it an excellent stay. When we extended our stay two extra days, one day at a time, all the desk clerks were wonderful to work with… but, wow, Deb remembered my name and room number- without ever meeting in person-impressive!
- B3232KQbrianv (10/5): Great Stay, will be a repeat customer! - The hotel is well kept and clean. Not to mention, conveniently located to K-State campus and Aggieville.
One of the best aspects was the service at the front desk; particularly, Deb! It was always a pleasure to start the day with her warm welcome and wholesome conversation.
- C9298BPelisat (10/5): - We loved our stay. Rebekah went above and beyond for us. We normally stay across the road at the Marriott when we visit our in-laws but we will stay at Bluemont going forward because of the excellent hospitality.
- joedO1950SU (10/5): 10/10 5-stars and won't stay anywhere else - I'm a weekly, multi-night guest at this hotel and can say unequivocally that is the best hotel in Manhattan, KS (I've stayed in all of them before settling here). The front desk staff is fantastic, particularly Amie and Rebekah, who personally handle my annual schedule. Andrew, the new bar & restaurant manager, has done a fantastic job since taking over. You'll always find him interacting with guests and making everyone feel welcome. I'd give this hotel 10 stars if this website allowed it. That's how great it is, and it starts with the people.
- Keith (10/5): - Rooms clean, staff friendly and location perfect!
- Yian (10/5): - great
- myar319 (10/5): Helpful and very kind staff - It was a very nice stay. I’m very thankful for the front welcome desk workers Noah & Ms Deb who made my stay very welcoming and helpful! All thanks to them for it! :)

Many options with in walking distance.

- R7554JLryann (10/5): Bluemont night staff! - I stayed at the Bluemont while we opened our new Toppers Pizza location in Manhattan KS. My colleague and I often worked night shifts and every single night Debra R. who worked on the night shift ALWAYS took care of us and gave us the most amazing stay. We would be up late chatting out by the lobby and she always made sure we had everything we needed and was always fun. We love you Deb!!!
It was a great hotel and we had a perfect experience!
