Excellent menu for both food and drinks. This trip was no exception!! However, prior to check in a discrepancy was noticed. I need to identify a true star of an employee that went above and beyond with her customer service and professionalism. Felicia G. Felicia G. not only solved rhe issue, she kept us informed. Truly great customer service in my book! Again, thank you Felicia G.

Got two breakfast vouchers randomly but sadly didn’t get to use them due to sleeping in. Lobby decor was lovely but can’t say the same with the room decor, for some reason they have Lady Gaga on the wall which doesn’t fit the vibes & also don’t wanna see her. No microwave in the room & didn’t wanna bother going on a scavenger hunt to find one so I ate my leftovers cold. Shower was nice, they have full pump bottles not just small travel size ones. Bed was comfortable. I had a nightmare about evil eyes watching me but most likely unrelated.

Kygirl56 (10/5): Great hotel - I’m not sure why someone thought this hotel was showing its age. I didn’t notice that. My room was spacious and modern with a walk in shower. The room was well lit, mattress was comfortable. There was a buffet breakfast with a friendly attendant. I loved the hotel. It’s next door, walking distance, to a shopping area if that appeals to you.

We were on the fourth floor at the end of a hall and had 0 bars. They definitely need some boosters to improve the signal. But its in an area if you dint want hotel food there are options and some good shopping as well.

It was so full of chlorine every person in our entire group of 20+ people had a hard time breathing. The kids walked out of the pool room coughing and the scent of chlorine burned all of our eyes. The only other smaller complaint I have is that we attempted to have the breakfast (which is over priced and all the same things are free at other hotels), however, they were out of plates and none came in a timely manner so we went for fast food. Though I am writing of the negative things, I would absolutely come back because of how clean it was and how friendly the staff was.
smgharley (8/5): Nice aging hotel - A nice hotel with a fun restaurant, “The J Bar” inside. We had a suite with two separate rooms, a king for us and sofa bed for our son. People are friendly, the bar service was good and it was lively in there. The rooms are showing their age and it is time for a refresh. We have stayed here many times, a great location with access to everything. The two room suite with a door between us ids a great option.

Chose a room with a fridge for that purpose since we had a quick morning turnaround, but a microwave would’ve been appreciated in the room. My mistake for just assuming there would be, as previous experiences at other locations had microwaves in conjunction with a fridge. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The woman at the counter gave her a hard time I got on the phone and verified that I was the one who made the reservation and she still would not let them Check in for the room

Kristen (9/5): Clean and nice hotel! - Our stay was great! The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and had no issues finding anything. Only 2 small complaints…the breakfast buffet(in the attached restaurant) did not have very warm food. The selection was good but the food had got cold. Only other small complaint was the pool area did not have very good ventilation. The steam from the hot tub made it hard to see in there and my kids said their eyes burned a little and had to leave the area. Otherwise it was a great stay! Would stay there again!

Verified traveler (6/5): Would i stay there again. Probably not - Had to turn shower on all the way to get warm water. Paid for breakfast first day was good. 2nd was ok, but I can understand with it being Christmas. 3rd day sucked with still limited. Breakfast sandwiches tasted like they were leftover from the day before. They didn't even have the tea out like they did the 1st day. Was told hot tub was down when we checked in and would be fix in the morning. Was still down when we checked out.

Unable to get assistance from Expedia or the hotel as it was “past check in time” since I was attempting to make a reservation two months in advance at 2300. Very unhappy with the entire process and would not recommend this property or Expedia due to these issues.

Mike (8/5): - The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, we went into the restaurant for dinner and one breakfast. The food was ok but not anything that I would order or go to again. The staff there did not seem to be interested in keeping the tables clean or any of the supplies for the breakfast stocked and ready for use. It was a disappointment.

M5177ICvinces (10/5): Quiet, well kept, great staff - The front desk is very accommodating and extremely helpful. I’ve been here twice and enjoy my stay. The breakfast is also pretty good and worth adding when they ask if you’d be interested in having it. I also really like the location because you can get to a target or grab food quickly and easily!
Kristine (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and courteous. What I didn't like is, we paid for a breakfast buffet that was pretty much what other hotels offer free of charge. Nothing special about the food offerings for $12.99 a person. My daughter and her family stayed at another hotel nearby and received more food offerings and was free.
Bridget (10/5): Staff go above and beyond for you - Booked the one bedroom suite and the rooms were huge. Assistant Manager did an excellent job with the room door lock issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay here. The location is extremely convenient to everything Davenport/Bettendorf has to offer. The spa and pool were great! We recommend staying here.
