Coffee (10/5): - So convenient! Right on the beach! They played music on the patio and had a tiki bar for us along with cornhole on a Saturday night! Couldn't ask for anything better for the value! The beds are a little hard and make sure you bring your own pillows

Josh (2/5): Horrible - The price that’s all and wasn’t even worth that The owner/manager had an attitude problem from the start at check In. Any question seemed to be an inconvenience to him. The property is poorly managed the paint on the bottom of the pool comes off in your toes. There was a pile of puke day one by the pool still there at checkout. The gate to the ocean didn't lock or work. Had a full kitchen with very few pots and pans. The shower was backed up. Had to fight rude nasty guest over parking they state 1 car per room but choose not to follow it. Came in one night too 2 long term residence putting cones out to save parking when the manager came out to move it the other customer cussed us out and management did nothing about it. This person confronted me 3 different times all around horrible place works and management also claims to be Daytona yet they are outside of Daytona

Kay (7/5): I still enjoyed my stay, and the manager was courteous. He had some difficulty with english. - I liked the room, but there was no view unless you went outside. No view unless you went outside. I wish you had provided a small breakfast and provided a late check-out for a worthy cause. I had a car emergency that had to be attended to before I could drive home, and I had to pack up to leave before 8 am to take it to the repair shop. I told the manager, but he said no late check-outs. As it turned out, I did get to run back by before 11, but I had another appointment to look at property at 10:30,, so I still had to check out early. It would have been nice to be able to stop by and freshen up for my trip home.

Douglas Hillier (3/5): Large dark bug on mattress - Pool is great. Beach is directly East of the property. 7-11 is across the street. Jacuzzi was terrific. When I woke up in the morning, I sat on the edge of the bed and a large dark bug crawled out from between the mattress and the box spring. Yuk. I immediately flicked it away from me and started packing. I didn't get a good look at, nor did I want to. It crawled away and I didn't see it again for the hour it took me to pack up and get out of the room.

Bessette (1/5): Could not stay there, Looked at the property, complained to manager and LEFT DID NOT STAY THERE!!!! - The location was fine, but that's all it had going for it. First of all, I wouldn't consider it a Air B&B instead a motel with a breakfast nook. Secondly, the bed was so you could set on the side and roll into the middle whether you wanted to or not. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very limited. and, to top it all off, out side our room there was two men sitting and drinking a case of beer. A third men right out side our door was cooking his supper on a grill he had on the back of his pick-up truck. The pool was yellow and grass was growing through thhe pavement to the pool. All indications of not being taken care of. We are in our eighties and didn't feel safe in that inviroment. We stayed less than an hour and left. The motel refuses to reimbures us $2800. even thought it's prime vacation time in Florida and I am sure they were able to rent it to some younger person. I understant they have a no refund policy, however, there is always exceptions. The Air B&B platform shoud have a higher standard before allowing just any place to be classified as such.....I would not recommend this place!!!

Dish detergent and scrub pad were provided in the kitchen. The TV did not work. It appears the cable was missing. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was not clean. No one wanted to use the shower. There were 3 plates, all different sizes, two spoons and 1 fork. The items did not look clean. The air condition was a hit or miss. A coffee maker was listed but we did not have one. The price was $80 for 1 night. We didn't expect it to be wonderful but with the reviews it sounded like it was a decent place to stay. I would NOT recommend this motel. It needs major renovations .

Danielle (7/5): Old Florida at its finest. So much at your fingertips! We love each visit. - The new owners are doing their absolute best to update the facilities. Most of the rooms and exterior have been updated. We encountered and issue with our AC unit. They were extremely helpful and quickly replaced our unit. We frequently visit SCM. The catwalk to overlook the pool and ocean is my favorite place to be each morning and evening. We love the low-key stay and the area. Our rooms are always really clean! We will return to visit again soon! :) Still needing some replacements mostly in the bathrooms. Caulking needs to be replaced. Pool needing resurfacing. They will get it done! Over the years, this is the best it has looked. We will return soon! :)

My room was not cleaned the entire stay. No fresh towels or bedding, even after requesting it. I even spoke directly with the owner and he seemed very apathetic about my concerns. Speaking with other guests, they harbor the same sentiments. Nothing!!!

Malheureusement, l’expérience sur place ne correspond pas du tout à ce niveau d’excellence. Points positifs : • La literie était propre et confortable, j’ai bien dormi. • La kitchenette était fonctionnelle (TV, frigo, équipements de base). • Le personnel est sympathique et disponible. Points négatifs : • Le frigo n’était pas propre. • Les sols étaient vraiment sales, ce qui est très dérangeant. • Vaisselle uniquement en plastique, très basique. • Sensation générale de manque de propreté, malgré une literie correcte. Il faut être clair : pour le prix, on ne s’attend pas à du haut de gamme, et pour une nuit de dépannage, cela peut convenir à des personnes peu exigeantes. En revanche, pour plusieurs nuits, ce n’est pas agréable. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits, et c’était clairement trop long dans ces conditions. Les notes à 10 me semblent donc très exagérées : une note exceptionnelle ne reflète pas la réalité de l’établissement. Je ne recommanderais pas ce motel pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, éventuellement pour une nuit ponctuelle, et seulement si l’on n’est pas trop regardant sur la propreté.

Loos (4/5): Unhappy - My wife n I have been staying there for weekend getaways for a few years now and have always enjoyed our room at a decent price but this last time I spent $119 for one night and read below The back door had a board in it it wouldn't open (beach front patio) the shower had a hole in the roof with a board that didn't cover the hole completely making my wife uncomfortable taking a shower no ashtray on balcony the counter tops were burned the worst room we have ever stayed at in this hotel I have not been back since

Jerry (5/5): - Room was ok. Needs better A/c. It is very noisy and not sufficient for the room. Had to keep set on 67 and turbo mode to try to keep room comfortable temperature, which didn't really accomplish that. Little more through cleaning would be a plus. Mold on the wall by the shower head. Both tub water knobs leak water when turned on. Overall, the room was ok
