Easy room access. Irritating noise from some sort of pump behind the panelling. No control over bathroom radiator temperature. (It was too warm).

The breakfast of Eggs Florentine had the most perfect poached egg I have ever seen. My sister's Eggs Benedict was equally well done! The staff was friendly and welcoming. When asked, stories were shared and even some Irish language! It was lovely. The owner met us coming in and seemed a bit brusque. We asked (and admitted to being stereotypical Americans) for ice and were told he would check. He never returned. Perhaps it was an off day for him.

• Wolfgang (10/5): B&B der Extraklasse - 4**** B&B, mit Allem, was man sich wünscht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer und das Bad groß, modern und sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und auch Handtücher getauscht und die Betten gemacht. Das war ja schon fast zuviel des Guten!😉 Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Man bestellt nach Karte und einen Gruß aus der Küche gibt es auch noch... ganz großes Kino für ein B&B. Das hatten wir so noch nie! Die Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sind perfekt angelegt. Das gesamte Grundstück wird abends durch eine Schließanlage gesichert. Klasse! Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

• Julia (8/5): Spacious Room, Great Price but Hosts Not at Breakfast - The room was very spacious, with a sofa at one end and patio doors. The bathroom was enormous, with a walk in shower. Plenty of parking, and the room was a good price. Breakfast was very good. I would like to have seen the hosts during breakfast. We did meet the daughter on our way out and she was very friendly, but it was too late by then. There were lots of steps to climb which made it difficult with suitcases.

Room was big and the B&B had plenty of parking The room & bathroom is a little dated and the bed is quite small for 2 people and sadly not very comfortable (but others might disagree here as this is totally personal preference).

• Lennard (9/5): Tolles B&B nahe Galway - Sauberes B&B mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist a la carte, die Auswahl ist aber definitiv ausreichend. Es gibt nur wenige Zimmer, wodurch es angenehm ruhig ist. Außerdem ist ein Parkplatz für jedes Zimmer vorhanden, sodass man gut seinen Mietwagen abstellen kann. Die Innenstadt von Galway ist nur knapp 3km entfernt, es empfiehlt sich hier das Uber Taxi. Für Vegetarier oder Veganer wird es beim a la carte Frühstück überschaubar was die Auswahl angeht.

• Juan (6/5): Acceso muy peligroso a pisos superiores. - Me gustó la edificación, los bonitos muebles antiguos, en entorno, el desayuno y la amabilidad del personal. No me gustó que aunque hubiera una ancha y amplia escalera exterior para acceder al primer piso donde estaba mi habitación y la sala de desayuno, esta estaba cerrada e inutilizada. Había que subir por una escalera interior de apenas un metro de ancha y super empinada. Acceder por ahí ya era un riesgo estando bien, cuando más que yo tengo una muleta por mi reducida movilidad. Y ya llevar maletas ni que hablar tiene. No nos fuimos porque ya estaba pagado, nos lo habían cobrado por adelantado. Además olían los muebles a humedad. Si arreglasen esa escalera exterior todo cambiaría y sería un pequeño hotel muy bueno.

• Natàlia (9/5): - Allotjament ben situat, en cotxe al centre és un moment. El personal és molt agradable. Sens dubte, el millor de l'estada va ser l'esmorzar. Habitació correcta, neta i comfortable. El llit doble és una mica petit pel nostre gust.
• Rosemary (10/5): Excellent stay - Fantastic friendly staff, lovely patio for room 2, Fantastic view from guest sitting room which had coffee machine, Breakfast was freshly cooked with added extras and the leak and cheese scone warm with butter was a delight. The room was a good size with separate sitting area which was a plus instead of having to sit on bed, limited choices on tv but was not a problem for us. Our only downside was we flew and didn't have a car but once I downloaded the taxi app we had a taxi waiting before we even got to the door, cost around €13- €16. but was worth the taxi ride. The nearest bus stop is about 15mt walk but was an easy walk down and the fare in coins only is €2-.60. Shower could do with a slip mat.
• Gordon (8/5): Beautiful location, full of opportunities to experience. - We could not have asked for a better location in Galway - the access to the City Centre was brilliant and to the other key locations outside Galway (great driving). All staff were inviting during the whole visit - the breakfast was outstanding, especially the starters which were different each morning. I would recommend the B&B to singles, couples or families. Didn’t impact our stay, but there seemed to be a number of improvements being made to the property - looking forward to seeing the final outcomes during our next visit!

Die Infrastruktur des Hauses + Zimmer, wie nicht abschließbare Balkontür, laute Lüftungsgeräusche, haben nicht gepasst. Evtl. war es gerade dieses Zimmer, was das aufwies.

• Leon (10/5): Our stay was wonderful, very welcoming and we spend a wonderful relaxed weekend in a place that felt like home - We liked that it was very spacious. The room had been prepared in great detail. It had some chocolate snacks, coffee sachets, and water prepared. Even the details with the lights were more than we would have expected. You can tell this business has been running for some time and it’s managed with a lot of care, which makes the stay very welcoming. We will definitely recommend. To mention something on this point, there were a few details that could be improved: - The toilet took sometimes several flushes to take all the paper in. This is just a small detail, it didn’t bother us much but we thought we mention it here. - The TV and internet connection were slow. Even our own internet data was slow, perhaps because of the location. We didn’t need much Internet so it didn’t bother us much. But it could be worth looking into it for guests who probably need to be checking things on the internet. - Last, the chairs in the breakfast area were a bit narrow. For some of us it felt a bit tight when sitting, and we thought that perhaps for people who are wider maybe it could make them feel insecure or uncomfortable. Perhaps it would be good to look into slightly wider chairs if possible - Last, as a suggestion if it makes sense for the hotel, you could consider having some relaxing background music in the breakfast area. It’s not a big issue, but since it’s a small room, sometimes guests speak low because there’s no other background noise in the room. This is just a small detail but you could consider it if it works for you.

• Cesar (10/5): - So far , this has been my favorite stay in Ireland. Room #1 had a private balcony. The bedroom was literally modern with an antique touch . The bed was comfortable. The seats in the room were comfortable the room was big ! Two things I wish they were better but didn't affect me - the mini fridge in the room was not working properly. Wouldn't drop temp to co down the water. The pressure of the shower wasn't great- but could've been better . Again this was still great and it was so good that we ate breakfast and went back to lay down and relax to watch Netflix. We didn't want to leave lol
