Important Information

Any guests under 18 years of age must have a parent staying with them or parental consent signed documentation via direct with management. Monday-Friday 08:30 until 17:30. Saturday-Sunday 09:00 until 13:00. Check in is available after 2pm. We will text if the apt is ready before check in hours. Please advise Airlie Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. If you arrive outside reception opening hours you will need to contact the property on the day of arrival for instructions. Whitsunday Airport Proserpine is 30 minutes to Airlie Beach and the property can book the airport shuttle bus for you (fees apply as per scheduled service). Guests must inform the property 24 hours in advance if they wish to book this service. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3.00% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. This property does not accept payments with Diners Club credit card. Please advise the property if you require single beds (twin beds), otherwise all rooms offer 1 bed (queen size or king size bed for different room types). Please note for bookings between December 25 - January 5, full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival for all bookings through the holiday period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Evgeniya (10/5): Highly recommend the Airlie Apartments and their services - We had booked a garden view apartment. Later I requested and received a free upgrade to a sea view apartment, a wonderful gesture from the hotel manager, thank you Melanie! Our top floor apartment had a great view of the harbour and sea, we watched memorable sunsets over Airlie from the terrace. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious with two bedrooms and an open kitchen, decorated very nicely in white and with a nautical interior. It was stocked with coffee and basic supplies. The apartment is very private, quiet and peaceful. The hotel has a very convenient location, situated on a hill (great for panoramic views), 10-15 minutes walk from the main street and the centre of Airlie and the same from the Coral Sea Marina, where tours to the Whitsunday Islands depart. There is a small steep section of climb on the way to the apart-hotel, if this is not convenient for you you can take a taxi for 5 minutes and for a modest fee. We only had 3 nights at Airlie Apartments and we wish we had stayed longer! We also booked the boat tour and the scenic flight from their local agent Cathie Davis via their website airliebeachonline.com.au , which turned out to be an excellent decision. I highly recommend the accommodation and their services, they are professional and took excellent care of our experience in Airlie. none

Was uns sehr gestört hat bei 3 Personen und 5 Tage gab es eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, weitere Rollen mussten bezahlt werden. Das habe ich noch bei keiner Apartmentanlage erlebt.

Die Küchenausstattung und die Küche selbst gehören renoviert (Rostige Spülmaschine, Schimmelflecken an der wand etc). Sollte man bedenken, wenn man kochen möchte. Auch das Bad gehört an der ein oder andern Ecke überholt.

Caren (10/5): - Clean & cosy, with everything u may need, my parents really liked to hve plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar available, even had spreads, oil, salt and pepper, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in bathroom. Me and my partner really enjoyed the quality and size of the bed. We were at apartment 13 on the top floor and had great ocean views from every room as u can see in my pics... it is totally worth the uphill walk, which is only 2 streets up, so close to the main street and beach, but far enough to don't listen to the noisy nightclubs 👌 it was perfect for my family.

malcolm (5/5): - Location was good, within 10 minute walk to the edge of the town, probably 15 minutes to get back due to the steep road. Lots of local bars, restaurants and supermarket. Bicentennial boardwalk was nice, a good walk that takes you through some lovely scenic areas. Unfortunately we found the apartment (No 1) tired and grubby. We have never complained about an apartment or room before but felt we had to on this occasion. The lady from the reception desk (sally I think) came and gave the apartment a quick clean while we went to the supermarket ( which we thank her for), but it needs a bit more than that to be honest. There was no follow up from the management team to see if everything was ok, which we also found strange.

Check in was smooth and the lady at the check in was extremely helpful. Nothing to do with the facility, but there is a fairly steep hill up to it.

Lisa (10/5): - One bed apartment with pool, decking area and sea view was perfect for our time in airlie beach. Check in was easy and we were given a map of the area with top attractions. Covered car parking was secure and safe. Our apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay including laundry, cooking. The apartment is located a few mins walk from main strip in airlie beach. Smart tv and good WiFi connection. Pool area was safe and enclosed with bbq and pool toys. We loved our stay Not a complaint but there is a steep hill to climb to get up to apartment to get to/from town. Just a note for anyone with no car or reduced mobility

Natalie (5/5): As above, needed to have a very deep clean and get rid of the shower gel, shampoo/ conditioner. - The location was really central. The apartment felt quite dirty and not very clean. The kitchen especially wasn’t clean which was very disappointing as we hoped to do a bit more cooking in there during our stay. All of the handles for the kitchen cupboards were filthy and the living space didn’t seem clean and didn’t feel very homely. It was also a little strange to have outdoor rattan table and chairs inside the apartment. We felt like we didn’t want to touch anything too much as it felt dirty. The white bed sheets seemed clean however there were a few stains on the grey blanket over the top so I don’t think this had been cleaned. The bathroom seemed clean, but the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel looked horrible and neither of us used these… There was also so much filthy thick dust under the bed and a previous guest’s hairclip under the bed so obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. The pole holding up the curtains by the balcony also appeared a bit rusty as it was just a metal pole. Overall it was in a good location and the staff were friendly, but the apartment needed to be deep cleaned and refreshed/upgraded completely.

Kirstin (8/5): Good location/value in touristy Airlie Beach - Great location in Airlie with quick walk to center of town and marina (boat tours). View over harbor. Host receptionist was very pleasant and provided lots of good information on visiting Airlie. Good space in the unit with separate living and bedroom areas. Full size fridge and ample kitchen counter space. AC worked well. The bedroom had an armoire for storing clothes. Decent value in a very touristy area. No need for 2 couches; maybe consider removing one and replacing with a kitchen table as not comfortable sitting on stools for eating meals. Provide paper towels. AC glitched a couple of times (though they did warn us).

We loved getting out and about during the day and coming home to our cozy - The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was large and the views amazing. Short walk down the hill to the Main Street. Wifi was great and I appreciated the easy access to laundry facilities. The complex has a lovely, chilled vibe. Nothing….even the walk home up that spectacular hill grew on us.

Kostevski (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat ist sehr geräumig und hat eine sehr große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. Auch aus dem einen Schlafzimmer kann man durch die große Fensterfront auf den Hafen schauen. Der Ort ist in ein paar Gehminuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
