• Klang (10/5): - Wir waren mit 13 Personen für 4 Tage vor Ort und auf zwei Apartments aufgeteilt. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und die Apartments insgesamt sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Besonders positiv fanden wir die gut ausgestatteten Küchen – es war wirklich genügend Kochgeschirr und Zubehör vorhanden, sodass gemeinsames Kochen problemlos möglich war.

• Eszter (10/5): Kiváló apartman, jó szívvel ajánljuk - Nagyszerű szálláshely, kedves, készséges személyzettel, tiszta, rendezett szobákkal. Lenyűgöző környék, rengeteg sportlehetőséggel, biztosan visszamegyünk még. 8 ágyas apartmant vettünk ki 8 fős társasággal, esténként meleg víz tekintetében már határán voltunk a bojler teljesítményének. Összességében így is rendben volt, ár-érték arányában pedig egyenesen kitűtő.

Un grande punto a favore è la disponibilità di biciclette all’interno della struttura, un servizio pratico che rende piacevole esplorare i dintorni. Nel complesso, è un luogo che consiglio senza esitazioni a chi cerca relax, cordialità e servizi utili.

Wir haben unerwartet ein klasse Apartment mit Terrasse und wundervollem Blick auf die Berge erhalten. Alles war unkompliziert, und hat hervorragend geklappt. Zu 100 % können wir die Residenz weiterempfehlen.

Vom Tennisplatz bis Swimmingpool ist alles vorhanden und man fühlt sich überaus wohl Es gibt absolut nichts was mir an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat. Ich war bereits mehrmals in der Residence Segattini als Gast und es ist jedesmal ein Highlight

• Susanne (10/5): Wundervoller Urlaub - Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und möchten Christiano danken. Unser Apartment mit zwei Zimmern war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die kleine Terrasse davor lud zum Verweilen ein. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön bepflanzt, der Pool ist groß und wird jeden Tag gereinigt, Liegen sind immer ausreichend vorhanden gewesen. Für die Kinder waren der Kinderpool, das Trampolin und die Tischtennisplatte ein Highlight. Toll ist auch die Möglichkeit kostenfrei Citybikes mit Kindersitz auszuleihen, mit diesen ist man über einen schönen Radweg in 5-10 Minuten am See. Der Brötchenservice funktioniert super und an der Rezeption gibt es leckeren Latte Macchiato usw., also das Frühstück ist gesichert. Supermärkte sind 5 Autominuten entfernt. Auf Empfehlung von Christiano waren wir abends bei „Rolly“ essen - super lecker und ein guter Tipp. Die gesamte Gegend um Riva ist einfach traumhaft schön und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

• Zbigniew (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt !! - Wygodne łóżka. Czysto. Piękny ogród. Czysty basen, codziennie czyszczony. Duża ilość leżaków, zawsze było miejsce. Możliwość zamawiania świeżego pieczywa "pod drzwi". Cristiano bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany. Widać, że zależało mu żeby każdy czuł się dobrze i miło spędził czas. Polecamy i chętnie wrócimy!! Wszystko mi się podobało!!

• Mhairi (9/5): Fantastic venue and great hosts - ideal for families, or a relaxing holiday. - Travelled with extended family for a holiday. Cristiano and his team were fantastic hosts - thoughtful, friendly and helpful. The flats are well equipped, the wifi worked well and facilities were great. We enjoyed swimming, and booking the tennis courts was simple and easy to do. There are also bikes to borrow for free to explore and reach the lake side. You can order the delivery of fresh bread rolls for the morning, there is free parking and there are a selection of drinks and snacks to purchase. There is a small supermarket and food outlets within walking distance, (10 mins) as well as some spectacular waterfalls and a yummy ice cream shop around 15 mins walk. Within a short drive there are a couple of bigger supermarkets. The lake is a bit further by foot - around 40 mins along a lovely cycle and footpath but a great walk (and if you borrow a bike its much quicker). It was a great venue and ideal for families (we had young teens with us) - we had a fun time and hope to return. Dont be put off by it being slightly further from the lakeside - the walk is lovely and Cristiano and the team are amazing!

The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartments were spacious, with a lovely balcony that offered a great view. Additionally, there was safe storage for bicycles, complete with cleaning facilities, which was a huge plus for us. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which remained open even though it was off-season. The only small downside was that the shower stall was a bit smaller compared to the size of the apartment. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and accommodating stay! We will be back! - Beautiful surroundings close to hikes and still close to Riva del Garda and the lake, which was reached easily thanks to the free bikes and the cycling trail through the beautiful landscape. Relaxed atmosphere and very helpful host made it such a pleasant and easy stay. Basic stuff like salt/pepper dish soap and brush is not provided. Not a problem as such but nice to know.

• Egle (9/5): Superb - We had a great staff member who was very energetic and helpful and did a personal favor to our group that we are very grateful for. Thanks a lot! It was very clean (also the pool), I liked the view and the apartment itself was very nice. I would definitely consider going back to Residence Segattini! I think this was the only confusion for us that the morning bread was not inclusive as we first understood. The location is a bit further from the city center/lake but you can get a free bike or walk.

Great to be able to use the bikes free of charge. Great location with wonderful views. Spacious living area. Being near the road was a bit noisy in the morning at rush hour but other rooms facing away from the road would be quieter.

The hospitality of the staff was so warm and nice and they made sure that everything is Ok for you. Everything, the hotel, the apartment and the pool area was very nice and clean. • Shir (10/5): Great hotel for families with a super host - We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). We ate 3 times (all evenings) in a restaurant recommended by him (celiac friendly) with hotel guests’ discount. In addition, the hotel has great facilities for kids (trampoline, small playground and a pool), offers the equipment for tennis for free and also bicycles for all of us. About the pool - note that it is 1.5m depth. We were even offered to use the laundary and drying machines near the lobby for free. The hotel is close to Tenno and Ledro lakes and of course to Garda lake. We highly recommend staying in this hotel - we will come back in the future.

• BeaverCtrl (8/5): Great place in Varone - This is a great place to stay in between Riva del Garda and Arco. The free bikes make commuting a breeze. My only warning is that you need to speak Italian or German, because not all the staff speaks English. Also, beware that there is a mid-day break between noon and 3 pm, when the registration desk is closed.
