Je ne ferai jamais changer les choses car le personnel est tellement habitué à la clientèle anglaise ou qui ne parle que anglais, mais quand je vais en Espagne, c'est pour parler espagnol.....et cela est très difficile avec le personnel.

- Thomas (6/5): Globalement nous avons passé un bon weekend et l'hôtel pourrait être mieux pour un 4 étoiles - L'extérieur de l'hôtel, les piscines, l'aquaparc et le spa intérieur, la qualité du petit déjeuner et du diner, l'espace scnack, la déco de la chambre et son balcon avec étendoir à linge. On sent que l'hôtel est vétuste, des champignons noirs dans les coins de la salle de bain, des amas de poussières dans les ornières au dessus des tables de chevais, une grosse arraigné sur la lampe, des cheveux sur le lavabo et table de chevais, les par dessus de lit sont troués, vendredi soir il y avait une frite écrasée près de l'ascenseur du 8ième étage, elle y était toujours le dimanche à 17h... il n'y a pas de toilette accessible du restaurant, le matin ceux de l'espace minidisco sont fermés, ceux de la piscine sont froids et le lavabo ne fonctionnait pas, nous sommes allés aux autres toilettes de l'autre piscine, il n'y avait pas de papier... avec une petite fille pas pratique de faire 3 wc... l'espace kidsclub qui doit ouvrir à 14h30 et à 14h45 ni infos ni personne. l'insonorisation, c'est chouette de dormir en entendant la mer, mais on entend aussi les voiture, le train, etc... idem pour les voisins, les paroits des chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. j'espère que ces remarques permettront d'améliorer certains points car globalement nous avons passé un bon weekend et l'hôtel est bien et pourrait être mieux pour un 4 étoiles.

Il y a beaucoup d’animations proposées tout au long de la journée. Le spa et le hammam étaient incroyables, un vrai moment de détente. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon avec beaucoup de choix. La mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, nous entendions beaucoup les bruits venant des couloirs. La piscine intérieure est un peu petite dommage.

- Christophe (8/5): Court séjour près de Barcelone - La propreté de la chambre était très bien. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. L'hôtel est moderne, facile d'accès avec parking sur place. Le personnel de la réception réceptif et chaleureux. Nombreux bars et piscines. C'est bien un hotel 4*. Cependant l'exemple du restaurant au petit-déjeuner est très bruyant avec une qualité moyenne style All Inclusive. Beaucoup de monde pour faire le check-in (attente).

- Laura (5/5): Wouldn’t go back. - The room was nicely decorated. It was nice and clean when we got there. Coffee and tea facilities were good. Plenty of pools to choose from. Lots of activities going on in the day. There was constantly a massive queue at reception so we were never able to get towels for the pool unless we queued for ages. The whole reception area was constantly full of people and very noisy. A member of staff who served us in the restaurant made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was staring at me and wrote his instagram handle on a coaster and gave it to me. I felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. I feel this behaviour is unprofessional and I should not be made to feel this way whilst trying to enjoy my holiday. The location isn’t great. The area is quite run down and not many restaurants nearby. Not much to do in the area around the hotel. We asked for our room not to be cleaned on the first day as we wanted to lie in (we had arrived very late the night before). The housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it any of the other days we were there. Our bin/ashtray was overflowing and we had to ask for more toilet roll and towels. The queue for breakfast was horrendously long. It felt very poorly organised. The member of staff letting people through to breakfast kept letting more guests through even though there wasn’t room for them. The breakfast room was so busy and chaotic we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast peacefully. We only had one set of knives and forks on our table. There was no mugs available for hot drinks or teabags for a cup of tea in the breakfast area. The AC is only available certain times of year which is understandable but the rooms were very hot at times.

In het hotel zelf kun je je du prima vermaken. Het was jammer dat in april / mei de glijbanen nog dicht zijn terwijl het dan vaak wel al lekker weer is. Verder is er in de directe omgeving niet veel te doen. Er is geen echte boulevard. Strand is door de spoorlijn lastig bereikbaar en er waren niet echt winkels in de directe omgeving.

- fabienne (9/5): Très bonne adresse, nous reviendrons c'est certain - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Les points forts sont nombreux : l’établissement est superbe, les chambres sont magnifiques et d’une propreté irréprochable. La restauration est également un vrai coup de cœur, avec un buffet varié et de grande qualité. Un immense merci à Maribel, la responsable, ainsi qu’au chef Juan Luis, qui sont des personnes exceptionnelles. Ayant une alimentation sans gluten, j’ai été particulièrement choyée et accompagnée avec beaucoup d’attention, ce qui est rare et très appréciable. Le personnel du bar est également très sympathique et contribue à l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’hôtel. Mention spéciale aussi pour l’équipe d’animation, notamment le soir : dynamique, professionnelle et vraiment agréable, elle fait toute la différence. Quelques points restent toutefois à améliorer. L’accueil a été très décevant à notre arrivée, avec une attente d’environ 1h30 pour obtenir notre carte de chambre, ce qui témoigne d’un manque d’organisation. Autre point négatif : les piscines. L’aquaparc était fermé, ce qui est dommage, et aucune piscine extérieure n’était chauffée, rendant la baignade difficile car l’eau était très froide. La piscine intérieure, quant à elle, est beaucoup trop petite par rapport au nombre de clients : il était impossible de nager correctement. Malgré ces points, notre séjour reste très positif dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel offre des prestations de grande qualité et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, en espérant des améliorations sur ces aspects.

L’hôtel est bien entretenu, les installations fonctionnent parfaitement et le personnel est agréable, professionnel et à la hauteur des attentes. Le rapport qualité/prix est honnête et l’établissement tient ses promesses. La destination en elle-même offre peu d’activités aux alentours en dehors de la saison estivale. À noter également une certaine agitation au petit-déjeuner liée au comportement de certains clients, mais cela ne reflète en rien la qualité du service, le personnel gérant la situation avec professionnalisme.

Great pool activity for all ages, entertainment in 3 areas of the hotel every night & all staff throughout including the pools & aquapark brilliant. The Aquapark belongs to the hotel & is great, no queues & great fun, not to big & just right for all ages. The local town is about a 20min walk away with a local main st. 5min up along the main road for restaurants & ice cream parlours. We had a great time, you won't go wrong with this place. 👌
