The price per night seemed a bit high but maybe Barcelona is just expensive. It would have been nice to have breakfast included.

• Alberto (8/5): Appartamento grande con dei buoni servizi. - Appartamento dalle dimensioni molto generose. 3 bagni. Servizi di pulizia ogni giorno. L’appartamento aveva tutto il necessario. Materasso del divano letto e del letto a castello non comodi (da sostituire). Insonorizzazione con altri appartamenti e spazi comuni non perfetta.

• Anouk (8/5): Goed appartement om Barcelona te verkennen - Goede centrale locatie. Appartement wordt tussentijds schoongemaakt. Het bed is comfortabel, de slaapbank vooral geschikt voor kinderen. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. De keuken is goed uitgerust en er is zelfs een wasmachine, handig! De c/de Valencia is best een drukke weg. Met de ramen open geeft dat een hoop geluid.
• Torsten (8/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung zur Erkundung von Barcelona - Sehr gute Lage, öffentlicher Verkehr sehr gut angebunden und Stadt fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz Citylage ruhig. Es ist weitgehend alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wohnung wird täglich gereinigt. Einige Möbel sind etwas defekt und müssten überholt/ausgetauscht werden (Hängeschränke Küche, Kühlschrank, Couch). Scharfes Gemüsemesser und Schneidbrett fehlen.

• VALENTINA (10/5): Semplicemente stupenda!!! - La struttura è in una posizione eccezionale per visitare Barcellona anche in pochi giorni, alla reception ci hanno accolto in modo splendido dandoci anche informazioni su come poter visitare la città . L’appartamento era pulito e il terrazzo privato che avevamo era a dir poco meraviglioso . Pulizia della camera e staff delle pulizie ottimo. Siamo stati davvero bene una vacanza a Barcellona che porteremo sempre nel cuore un ringraziamento speciale a chi gestisce l’appartamento che nel giorno della festa di saint jordie ci ha fatto trovare in camera due rose per renderci partecipi della festa di Barcellona . Grazie!!!! Nulla da segnalare

• Julliefer (10/5): Excellent accommodation for a family of two adults and two teens - The location was very convenient, it was about a 10-min walk to either of the L1 and L5 metro lines which would take you easily to the tourist areas. There's also a bus stop in front of the property and other ones just a few minutes walk. We just took a bus to get to our airport coach/bus. We never bothered taking a taxi throughout our trip. The room was very practical. The open living room has a huge sofa bed and kitchenette with all cooking utensils. Just remember to buy your ingredients, there's nearby Mercadona (big supermarket) which is also in a building of a clean wet market. The room is cleaned daily including the kitchenette which was big plus. The staff members are very friendly and helpful and they can be easily contacted via Whatsapp. It's just a preference really, I didn't like the dark tiles in the bathroom/washroom. The ambiance is moody but it's just too dark for my liking. There's a false sense of cleanliness because you can't see if there's any dirt or mould. It would have been better if the tiles are in light colours so the room is brighter and that you can actually see the room is clean.

• Zeljko (10/5): Perfect apartment in Barcelona! - Very spacious apartment in the city center of Barcelona. We stayed as family with 2 children and everything was perfect. Room is cleaned every day, beds are very comfy despite fact that one bed is folds out...also very big and clean bathroom. Staff are polite and ready to help, very kind people. Location is situated 5-10 min walking distance to two metro lines L5 and L1, therefore you can reach every part of the city very quick. Neighborhood is also perfect with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, markets... which are opens all 7 days in week. Full recommends for Up Suites BCN! N/A

Apartamentul este curat, spatios, are toate facilitatile. Experienta per total a fost excelenta. Totul a fost bine.

Quindi non lo abbiamo potuto usare. Per il resto tutto bene. Appartamento ottimo.

• Terry (10/5): A real home away from home in Barcelona - The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a three week stay, and was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a great supermarket only one block away and many pharmacies and restaurants and shops nearby. Best of all, the staff was incredibly gracious, friendly and helpful. We will definitely say here again on our next visit to Barcelona! It would have been nice to have a real oven, instead of the dual microwave/oven unit, but perhaps we were not using the oven function correctly on the microwave.

The apartment was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. We also really appreciated how responsive and accessible the reception team was via WhatsApp. The in-person check-in process was smooth and seamless.

• Aleksey (7/5): - A very nice and well-maintained small hotel in a good area. The building is fairly new, with a beautiful entrance lobby. There are two good elevators, and the reception is located on the underground level. Overall, it leaves a very pleasant impression. The refrigerator worked terribly — there were kilograms of ice built up in the freezer. This was especially disappointing because we had bought a lot of expensive groceries the day before Christmas. If it weren’t for our friends staying in the same hotel, most of the food would have gone to waste: we moved some items to their room and put the rest on the small balcony. Another downside is that the reception only operates during the day, so in the evening there was no one available to report the fridge problem.

• Wendie (10/5): Great apartment for longer stays - Very comfortable, spacious apartment, with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and daily maid service if you want it. Located in a quiet part of L’Eixample, with many restaurants and markets nearby. Honestly, it was great. The only improvement I could think of is that the sofa bed/couch was a bit old and could be replaced, but on the whole the quality of the apartment and furnishings was excellent. Also, helpful staff and convenient luggage storage on-site if you have a late departure.
• Stefano (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno in famiglia. - Dalla colazione alla cena a pochissimi passi si trovano bar/ristoranti e pizzerie abbastanza forniti e di ottima qualità. Per i mezzi di trasporto basta scegliere cosa prendere se Taxi,Metro o bus ed è tutto in zona. Struttura consigliatissima! Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa consiglierei di far trovare come servizio qualche bottiglia di acqua nel frigo.
• Sala (9/5): Soggiorno comodo nel cuore di Barcellona - Posizione eccellente, centrale rispetto alle principali attrazioni di Barcellona ma allo stesso tempo comodissima per la vita quotidiana: bar, supermercati e ristoranti sono tutti a pochi passi. La camera è decisamente sopra la media per dimensioni, molto confortevole, con una cucina ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Bagno ampio con antibagno, soluzione pratica e ben organizzata. Grande disponibilità di armadi e spazi contenitivi, cosa non scontata negli appartamenti in città. Appartamento pulito, silenzioso e ben tenuto. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, struttura consigliata. Il divano letto che abbiamo utilizzato per i figli non si poteva definire comodo, ma l'avevamo messo in conto, tutto sommato accettabile, anche se un adulto non ci dormirebbe volentieri.
• MIKU (10/5): 最高！ありがとうございました！ - 綺麗！ 洗濯乾燥機、アイロン、洗剤、キッチン、食洗機、大きな冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ソファベッド、毎日タオル交換清掃有で子連れには最高なアパートメントホテルでした。 シャワーは出し過ぎると水になってしまいますが、4人でも節水すれば最後の人までお湯が出ました。 中心地から少し離れますが、バス停が目の前なので移動はしやすいです。地下鉄の2つの駅も徒歩7,8分です。 スーパーも近くにあります。 スタッフの方も優しかったです。 ないです。 物干しはありますが、ハンガーはないので洗濯される方は注意してください。

• Arnaud (6/5): Dommage les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, plutôt vieillot . - La surface de l'appartement est parfaite. Le mobilier ne correspond pas aux photos, le standing n'y est pas .les cadres aux murs les nappes sur les tables , les housses des canapes n'y sont pas, le canapé semble plutôt déglingués, les coussins ne s'alignent pas et laissent voir les ressorts....on est plutôt l'impression d'être dans un appartement avec du mobilier très daté...

• Thibaut (9/5): Un petit gîte bien agencé, bien équipé et ptopre - Très bien agencé, de nombreux rangements, une douche spacieuse, lit 180, Plaque électrique lente à chauffe sans car les casseroles sont inadaptées et la plaque n’est pas à induction.?
