• Korchemliuk (9/5): - Хорошо недорогой отельчик для ночевки. Рядом есть все, 7/11, рынок ката, рестораны и массажи. Но при всем этом отель находится в уютном тихом закутке. В номере чисто, уборка каждый день. Но номер конечно требует внимания и ремонта. В целом для нескольких ночевок неплохо. Есть даже басик, в котором никого никогда нет. Ходили вечером купаться. Требует ремонта. Кондиционер дует прям на кровать.

• Vivian (8/5): Kata - Muy buena la ubicación. Cambiaban las toallas y sábanas a diario, lo cual me parece exagerado. La piscina muy bien para relajarte si no quieres ir a la playa.. Casi todos estos hoteles de gente local no tienen ascensor, simplemente tomarlo en cuenta, en caso de discapacidad o maletas pesadas.

• FLORENT (9/5): Une bonne adresse pour séjourner sur Kata. - Hôtel bien situé, à la fois proche du marché de Kata et suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme. 5min du Kata night market, 15min à pied de Kata beach, 5 min du 7/11. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Literie un peu ferme mais ok, on dort bien, frigo hyper frais, linge de maison propre et changé quotidiennement ( serviette de bain), la clim fonctionne très bien. La chambre est propre. Si je dois donner un élément je dirai le bouquet tv ou il n’y a que tv5 monde en francophone, un peu embêtant le soir mais vu le temps passé à l’hôtel ce n’est pas vraiment un problème.

• Daniel (8/5): Bien - Todo limpio. Hacían el cuarto todos los días. Bien las instalaciones. La ubicación. No está cerca de la playa. Para tocar la arena hay que caminar, minimo, diez cuadras. La entrada a la playa está cooptada por emprendimientos privados y hay que dar una vuelta enorme para llegar. No es un tema exclusivo del hotel, pero lo dejo registrado. El espacio público tomado por un privado, un flagelo de estos tiempos.

Душ и туалет имеют общий пол и это очень неудобно. Невозможно пользоваться туалетом, если только что пользовались душем. Сырой пол (слив воды в сторону унитаза)…
• Pascale (4/5): Heureusement que je n’y suis resté que trois nuits - La piscine et la gentillesse du personnel et de la patronne qui nous a bien aidé pour une perte de valise Il n’y avait pas de coffre, pas de placard pour mettre les vêtements un tout petit balcon, et la clim directement qui souffle sur le lit. j’ai expliqué tout ça à la réception, mais en fin de compte, elle m’a expliqué que nous avions pris des chambres classiques alors que les photos montrent des chambres supérieurs..

• Øyvind (7/5): Skuffende - Nærme det meste, både strand og 711. Hadde både mikrobølgeovn, vannkoker og kaldt kjøleskap som var god størrelse på. Rolig område, lite bråk. God størrelse på rommet. Dusjen funket fint, stor størrelse. Alltid rene handklær. Vanskelig å finne resepsjonen, det står skilt på forskjellige plasser. Dårlig rengjøring, mye maur på badet som kryper opp i toalettsakene dine. Når vi kom dit hadde vi skittent sengetøy, som vi hadde resten av oppholdet. Ikke alltid vi fikk toalettpapir så vi måtte gå å spørre, og det var ikke alltid folk i resepsjonen. Lite hjelpsom når vi trengte hjelp med taxi, han i resepsjonen var lite serviceinnstilt.

Was so uncomfortable and lumpy and only 1 pillow each , we didn’t sleep at all. Only 1 bin in the apartment and that was in the bathroom, WiFi was terrible. The shower took forever to drain. I’ve stayed in better for a lot less money

• SergeyLobko (4/5): Какие же это 3 звезды? - Расположение хорошее, близко ко входу на пляж и нужным заведениям питания. В районе тихо. Мы опытные путешественники, и в Таиланде бывали далеко не один раз, есть, с чем сравнивать! Уборка номера заключалась в заправке кровати, полотенца скорее всего меняли каждый раз, но при этом полотенца для ног - только если их выложить перед входом в номер. Мы выставляли пустые бутылки перед выходом в номер - их никто не вынес за все 5 ночей пребывания здесь. Ни разу не поставили дополнительный шампунь и гель для душа, отсутствуют базовые удобства типа ватных палочек и полотенец для лица. Можно было бы понять, если бы с наступлением праздников у отеля возрастали финансовые издержки. Но ведь это совсем не так! Наоборот - цена просто повышается, а сервис, судя по всему, остается обыкновенным. С посетителями ниже не соглашусь. Пхукет - это необоснованно дорого, но если отель заявляет 3 звезды, то обязан соответствовать! Номер очень мрачный и неуютный. Кондиционер работает плохо! Мы жару нормально переносим, но факт наличия дополнительного вентилятора насторожил с самого порога. Возможно, есть вероятность, что вам поменяют номер по запросу - мы не спрашивали.

• Chiara (10/5): Super !! - Struttura molto pulita e in una posizione molto centrale. Mare a 10 m a piedi (kata beach) ma si può arrivare anche a Karon beach in circa 20 m. Unica pecca dovrebbe esserci un piano sotto la doccia perché rischi di allagare tutto il bagno

• Sandra (8/5): Toller Aufenthaltes am Kata Beach - Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

• Margherita (8/5): - La pulizia della struttura era impeccabile! La stanza è piccola ma dotata del necessario tra cui un frigorifero. Nel bagno, come scritto in altre recension,i la doccia si trova prima dei servizi, quindi il pavimento si bagna, ma per noi non è stato un problema. La nostra stanza aveva anche un balcone. La cucina che si vede in foto era al piano terra ed in condivisione, anche qui pulizia impeccabile. Dalla cucina si accede ad una piscina, durante il nostro soggiorno era in ristrutturazione, ma è possibile utilizzare la piscina del palazzo vicino ( pochi passi). Il materasso era particolarmente duro, non ottimale per chi soffre di mal di schiena. Considerando il prezzo, pulizia e posizione lo consigliamo sicuramente! Materasso molto duro, per il resto consigliato !!!

• Rayanne (5/5): Close to beach, rooms were very small - Location to beach and main touristy area was good, though the path to the beach is through unlit areas on back roads. As a woman travelling alone I made a point not to walk home too late. Hotel and rooms were very clean and water was supplied. Place was VERY difficult to find, I had to ask the nearby cafe for help and the cafe owners ended up calling the hotel staff to come get me. There are 3 Jinta Andaman's on the same street so it's very confusing. This one is down a side street that is a deadend. Also they don't have a front desk that is open late (pretty standard in Thailand), which was annoying because my flight got delayed 6 HOURS so I didn't even land in Phuket until the front desk closed. I had emailed the hotel when I was made aware that I wasn't going to make it in time, and they didn't respond. I had to pay for an airport hotel room that night AND a room in the Jindaman which was unoccupied the first night. I wouldn't stay here again .
• Francis (4/5): Anadaman - We loved that it was walking distance to all amenities, restaurants, pubs, markets. But one of the rooms had faulty AC so we had to move to another room which was really annoying as we had already unpacked. There was also an ant problem , they were all over in the bed, and our food. I feel we were given the first of all their rooms and I will definitely not book there anymore.
• Matt (10/5): Would recommend and would stay again - The location is pretty good, only a short walk to the night markets which was great and it’s located in a quiet area, room was perfect for us, loved the fact it was more homey than staying in a hotel. Nothing really, maybe a new shower would be good, and a new shower drain plug, shower kept filling up when showering so you just take it off then it works fine, other than that the stay was perfect.

• Wander40034162598 (6/5): Strange but comfortable - Immediately found out that the hotel is cash only which wasn’t ideal for us. Room was a little small - the bathroom was the same size as the actual room. Comfortable bed and rooms were well equipped - including an enormous fridge. The layout of the hotel is so weird though - they have apartment buildings spread across the whole street. We were lucky to be near the pool (which could’ve done with a clean). Location is okay - it’s not too far from the beach and very close to Kara Walking Street Market which is amazing.
• lshone (6/5): random layout… - it is a bit odd that you have to walk through the shower room to get to the toilet. the rooms were small but had everything you needed - including a way too big fridge! we were lucky to be near the pool but there are some rooms where it is like you’re in a different complex so can see why this hotel could be rated lower!

The location could be good for families or couple and the hotel is positioned in a small side road so it is not noisy in the night the bed, in my personal opionion, were not confortable. The price, considered the thai standards was pretty high for what we get

• Desmond (7/5): Quite location but 0.7 to 0.9 miles to the beach entrances - Quite location and near to the night market and night life, and washing machine available There are only two entrances to the beach and the north entrance is 0.7 miles and the south 0.9 miles, even though the description highlights 150 yards as a straight line which is correct but a bit misleading, the pool area needs quite a bit of maintenance

• Evelina (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, on a quiet street, close to the center. Very clean. Every day it is filled with mineral water and clean towels.
• Alexandre (7/5): Good place to stay - Good location, quiet. Simple room but good daily cleaning. Fair price. Nice cleaning staff No real welcome. No one there when we came. 3% additional charge if we pay by credit card. Some room are not close to swimmingpool.
