Having stayed in multiple Atlantica hotels, this hotel has been the least accommodating Our room wasn’t cleaned - only new towels left and glasses weren’t removed that had been used

• delkovna (10/5): 🌴☀️ - I choose this hotel twice for a week's stay in August and October and I sincerely recommend it to everyone, especially families with children. The resort is in a really good location — near to the center, close an amusement park and on the main street there are many tourist attractions and great taverns. Every night this place is vibrant and many people heading out to the clubs. The nearest beautiful beach is a 15 minute walk along the seaside promenade. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is a well-connected part of the island with easy access to any destination. The rooms were cozy and cleaned daily and we lacked for nothing. The only exception was the regular visits from lizards, but were truly adorable. The food was varied, fresh and delicious. The pool was suitable for both children and adults, water was clean, though finding a free sunbed was always a challenge. The garden offered plenty of space to relax and play, it was peaceful and I felt really safe. I saved the best for last – I haven't met such a friendly and professional team of waiters, bartenders and receptionists in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that after two months, they still remembered me and tried to make my stay enjoyable at every step. I could always turn to them if I had any problems. Im grateful for the fantastic service, conversation and warm welcome. I would like to give a special mention to Snezana and great waitress - Weronika, to lovely Greek guys – Panagiotis, Kostas, Giannis, Diego and Apostolis. Also I can't forget about the best bartender – Samuel. The whole staff did an amazing job this year. Good luck next season, keep growing and I hope to see you again in the future! • jj05tat (10/5): Wonderful vacation - From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights) The bar staff were great and the drinks were amazing and you had a great choice to pick from Big shout out to all the staff in the restaurant from behind the scenes to front of house staff all happy to greet you and have a conversation with you Don't let negative comments put you off we would go back if looking at Cyprus again

• Christian (8/5): - Die gesamte Anlage und der Pool. Zimmer 3101 zu Nahe beim Lieferanteneingang und es war des öffteren sehr laut, hauptsächlich die Wäsche oder Reinigungswagen. Und viele Renovierungsarbeiten. Und auch zu verschiedenen Uhrzeiten und Sonntags. Frühstück war auch nicht grade das Beste. Der Kaffee sehr schlecht und man musste lange anstehen. Schlechter Frühstücksspeck und das Rührei war nicht grade gut. Im Badezimmer etwas störender Geruch, nach Schimmel im Deckenbereich bei der Entlüftung.

• 735lynp (10/5): Fantastic - Just returned home after spending 8 days here. After reading reviews we were a bit nervous, but didn't need to be. We had an amazing time. Hotel was clean, food was good and we found all of the staff to be friendly, I guess you have to treat people how you expect to be treated, so yes, someone else touched on this previously, it was actually some of the guests who were an issue. We were in room 1306 and the cleaner checked on us every day, she was pleasant and ensured we had everything we needed, so thank you. Shout out to the bar and the waiting staff, they were always busy but managed to remain friendly. Location was great, we didn't hear the noise from the fair. We would definitely come back here. Don't be put off by bad reviews, we are all different and expect different things, therefore have our own opinions.
• marisa (9/5): Nuestra estadia en Atlantica - Pasamos 6 días muy agradables en este hotel con el régimen all inclusive. ⭐ Ubicación: excelente. Está muy bien situado para recorrer caminando todas las calles céntricas. ⭐ Recepción: la conserje Victoria, quien nos recibió al llegar, fue un amor de persona. Nos explicó todo con detalle y siempre con una sonrisa. ¡Gracias, Victoria! ⭐ Comida: correcta en relación precio-calidad. Cada noche hay una temática distinta (mexicana, italiana, internacional, griega o carnes asadas), lo que hace que no sea monótono. ⭐ Piscinas: muy limpias, con muchas reposeras e inflables disponibles para disfrutar. Entregan toallas para la piscina que se pueden cambiar durante el día. ⭐ Playa: el hotel tiene salida al mar, pero el acceso no es cómodo por las piedras. Si querés una playa más linda, tipo “pileta natural”, te recomiendo caminar hasta Sandy Bay o Nissi Beach (unos 30-40 minutos por la costanera). ⭐ Habitaciones: amplias, cómodas y bien equipadas. Nos tocó una en el primer piso con vista a la piscina, perfecta para cuatro personas. ⭐ Limpieza: el hotel en general se ve impecable, aunque la limpieza de la habitación no fue buena el primer día (parecía hecha por mi hijo preadolescente 😅). Luego mejoró. ⭐ Entretenimiento: quizás por ser fuera de temporada, había muy poca actividad. El primer día hubo unos 10 minutos de aqua gym, y luego nada más. ⭐ Bares y cafetería: muy buenos ambos, tanto el del lobby como el de la piscina. Los tragos del lobby, preparados por un barman griego de Rodas (¡excelente!), estaban deliciosos. En el bar de la piscina también hay buenas opciones para comer algo rápido: pizzas, hamburguesas, aros de cebolla, ensaladas con pollo, wraps veganos, yogur con cereales y sandía. Eso sí, un día nos tocó un barman que no sabía preparar mojito ni cuba libre 😅 —mi mojito fue un desastre, pero al menos tuvo la amabilidad de disculparse porque no sabía cómo hacerlo. ¡Todo bien igual! La limpieza de la habitacion se podria mejorar un poco.
• Lisa (6/5): - Preis Leistung war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist gut, man kann schnell zum Meer und hat direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Der Meerblick war ein Blick auf den KidsClub und einen Zaun. Das Meer hat man nur gesehen, wenn man sich auf die Zehenspitzen gestellt hat. Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, die Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen und die Toilettenspülung war kaputt. Beides wurde aber behoben. Den Dreck, der wohl im Duschabfluss war, haben sie aber in der Dusche liegen gelassen. Für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben, kann man aber nichts sagen.

Pools was so clean enjoyed a swim each day snack bar was fantastic just need more seating where entertainment is. Rooms was spacious shower was amazing just needed air con to work right but all in all we had an Amazing Holiday and could not fault the staff so polite and friendly would definitely go Again x

The entertainment staff is more suitable for adults than children. The pool is excellent. If you decide to come with children, then there is a large park right next to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel.

Sauber war es ebenfalls 0. und wurde sogar bestätigt vom Personal, das an unsere Anreise nicht sauber gemacht wurde, obwohl wir um 22:30 angereist sind

• O8556KSnatalieo (6/5): There’s loads of food choice - We just spent 5 nights at Atlantica Panthea. One thing I read a lot before going was the food- we had zero issues with it. As a fussy eater I always found something to eat. The room was clean and considering where the hotel is it’s very quiet but you can be out in the shops in less than a minute. A few things that let it down was- there’s not really at atmosphere around the pool, the sun beds are taken by about 9am with towels over them even though they are most uncomfortable things I’ve ever led on. The evening entertainment was hit and miss. The drinks are watered down quite a lot ( even soft drinks). The reception staff are the biggest let down of the whole experience- we asked for a late check ( and pay for it) out as our flight was an evening one to be told point blank no even though online I could book a room. The place that they wanted us to shower was gross ! Luckily I have family over there and could use theirs. So bare that in mind before you go.

• Nicolaou (8/5): - Breakfast was so nice and there are lot of choices for everyone! Staff friendly and room generally was good. Unfortunately gym was disappointing. A small renovation and definitely 3 or 4 new machines are needed to replace the old, damaged equipment.

Avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale in una camera superior (quindi non proprio economica), ma ci hanno dato due letti singoli uniti, con lenzuola e copriletti separati: davvero scomodo.

• David (8/5): - Nachdem ich gemischte Kritiken gelesen habe, kann ich persönlich nicht sagen, dass wir ein Problem hatten. Alles Sauber, Zimmer Reinigung war sehr gut. Das Personal war immer freundlich und höflich. Die Cocktail war sehr gut gemixt. Essen: Man hat immer die Wahl, es gibt immer etwas zu essen, und man sollte nicht vergessen, dass All-Inclusive in jedem Hotel gleich ist. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück, da jeden Tag das selbe angeboten wird. Die Pools sind schön. Toll, dass man jeden Tag Handtücher für den Pool bekommt. Die Atlatica Hotel Kette gibt es mehrmals auf der Insel. Wir waren in Block 18 untergebracht mit Blick auf den Pool.
• U341OCkatieo (2/5): DO NOT COME HERE!!! - This was a terrible experience upon arrival our conditioner didn’t work and they moved us to another room told us not to unpack that we were moving back. This just added to the stress we were I wasn’t able to completely relax the first day until my partner went to the hotel management and explain that we are not moving around. They allowed us to stay there, then it’s still been disappointing. Food‘s been boring with no flavor our room hardly cleaned. No refill on coffee or milk no clean towels or bedsheets, and the drinks are below average. This was my first time at an all inclusive, and I’m highly disappointed will not be returning here or to any Atlantica, Ever again. The only upside was a location as we were in the primetime spot of everywhere we wanted to go, however it did not make up for everything else. I rather walked next year 30 minutes to get places than experience this hotel.
• loopyloo78 (8/5): 2nd visit - almost as good. - We stayed at this hotel in June & found no faults with it. We enjoyed it so much we returned 2 months later. Some things have changed, noticeably there has been a big change in staff, to the hotel’s detriment. In June we felt it was the staff who really made the hotel special but now those staff have gone & newbies have been employed. The new staff were still being trained & therefore they weren’t as experienced or efficient, which impacted service. As August is high season it was a little bit more difficult to get sun loungers around the pool There is still a good variety of food for breakfast, lunch & dinner but was usually lukewarm. Still no ice cream at dinner! Everywhere is cleaned to a high standard & we were able to keep our room on our last day as we had a late flight. Although Ayia Napa was very busy, especially on the strip, the hotel was a quiet oasis. The hotel is ideal for families & couples wanting to avoid the party scene but still be central to everything. However while we were there there was a group of young lads staying at the hotel who openly used drugs, stole sunbeds & were rowdy at the pool while kids were around. The hotel needs to knock this kind of thing on the head. A lot of complaints were made but no action taken. Memorable staff this time were, again, Andreas & Andreas (restaurants), Diego (bar) & Dominik. Also a mention of Panagiotis the bar manager who remembered us and welcomed us back. To sum up, we would definitely return again in early season & would still recommend.
• dotsoms (8/5): Good stay. Relaxing - Just got back from this hotel. Had a good time. However, there were a couple of issues. Firstly, as others had said, the room was not cleaned thoroughly. I made tea and coffee my first night and and the cleaners supposably washed the cups, but they were tea stained. The tea , coffee, and milk stock was never replenished, and I had to go in search of milk, tea bags, and coffee. Luckily, I used the chain in the room, and while myself and my husband were getting dressed, someone attempted to come into the room. The chain was a god send. One arriving, we noticed we had two single beds pushed together. We mentioned this at reception and asked for a double bed. We were told that it would be sorted but never was. To be fair, we didn't stress about it and just got on with the holiday. My husband likes to work out, so having a gym is always something we look for when booking hotels. Unfortunately, I have to say the gym was poor. Obviously not maintained at all. All the equipment was rusty, which may have been caused as it was near the pool, and some of the equipment was broken. The access to the sea front looked a little like a cleared building site. Very rocky, dusty, and could have been clearned and made access a little smoother for walking. We asked where the beach was and was told it was 5 minutes away and was, in fact, about nearly a mile away. On a whole, I liked the hotel. I liked that it wasn't a tower block. The grounds were well maintained. I would stay there again but would like a room with a balcony and a double bed.

• K1572JFemmah (10/5): We had a wonderful stay! - The location was perfect—right in the heart of Ayia Napa, but set just far enough back from the main road to feel peaceful. Each day we enjoyed walking along the seafront, either to the harbour in Ayia Napa or over to beautiful Nissi Beach. Our room was lovely, with a terrace and garden area on the ground floor. We spent several afternoons just relaxing there—it was such a nice spot. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more accommodating from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality really made our stay special. We also enjoyed the food. There was a different selection every day, and despite my food intolerances and my husband being a little fussy, we always found something tasty to eat. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday thanks to the hotel’s warm hospitality, peaceful setting, and great service. We’d happily return!
• leeo594 (6/5): Don’t waste your money!! - Honest review, straight in! The food and drinks are just awful, like really bad. Ok some days better than others but to the point I felt ill, I’d wake every morning feeling unwell and might I add the fact the beds are rock hard this probably added to this. Great location to adventure out to the beach and path route to better views, bars and restaurants. The pool is nice and of a good size, always sunbeds available too. I wish I have paid a little extra to stay at the better Atlantica that I normally stay at, overall an uncomfortable vacation, still me and my wife made the most of our time in this gorgeous country. Trips out and car hire recommended.

• Eleni (8/5): - Helt okej hotell. Hade inte rekommenderat att åka hit med familjen. Allt som hade med familjehotell att göra förut finns inte längre, aktiviteterna på hotellet såsom barnaktiviteter som var planerade enligt schemat utfördes inte. Det var rätt så mycket fest på hotellet på kvällstid och högljutt fram tills 01. Ett plus var att dom hade koll på att min dotter fyllde år och lämnade en tårta och ett kort på rummet.

• Cruiser66735134469 (8/5): Nice hotel. - We were in this hotel during August, but pool wasn't busy, we always found sundbeds easily. The cleaning is not best, but the food was amazing,we found something all the time, even the children who are picky eater. Drinks were delicious, bar staff was really kind and funny. Reception was all the time kind, especially Szintia who helped a lot all the time with big smile. Entertainment was also good, they made so many exciting programs.
• donnagA8141ZF (2/5): Staff are rude except for the amazing bar manager! - This is the second time I’ve been to Panthea, the first time was so good, this time we were put in a room by the laundry, cleaners didn’t clean the room, I used the coffee cups and they were not replaced and one day we were given brown pool towels and not white towels for the room. I also had an unfortunate incident when I had reported the door card was not working for the 3rd time, and I when I was in the room naked sorting things out, a worker come through the door, shock was understatement!! When I complained to reception, the receptionist was trying to say it was my fault the worker walked in as I wanted the door battery changed. With better news, Panagiotis, the bar manager was amazing, friendly, professional it’s just a shame his bar staff is not up to scratch like they were last year with Ali and Isa, they knew how to make cocktails, unfortunately his staff this don’t. It’s a shame i won’t be coming back as it’s got an ideal location.
• Dominik (10/5): Skvělý pobyt - Pěkný resort, velký výběr jídla, které bylo opravdu skvělé. Každý den jiná jídla, což jsem nečekal. Vše dobře dochucené a čerstvé. Pobyt byl skvěle užit. Na recepci velice milí a také veškerá obsluha. Velké díky!

• 159philipr (4/5): Shocking treatment for a returning customer - Having been here in September 2024 and again in June 2025 I returned for a third time within 11 months and my reward for coming back again was to be dumped in the worst apartment that Panthea has to offer 🤬 It took two days to finally get a move and the attitude of the management was very poor 💩 The food has never been good but that's never been an issue because we always ate out. The pool is good but the best thing about Panthea is without a doubt the bar which is professionally run by Panagiotis the bar manager and a very welcoming gentleman. The room's are cleaned each day and fresh towels so that's a good thing. Sadly I won't be returning but I wish Panagiotis and his staff all the best. The pictures show the room we were allocated Vs the room we moved to after complaining for two days solid.

• J4619FN (8/5): A nice hotel in a great location - The hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants/ bars and the beach. We visited Famagusta and Varosha whilst in Cyprus, which we would highly recommend. There is a great tourist guide shop opposite the hotel. Protaras is definitely worth a visit whilst staying too. The public areas of the hotel are lovely. They are kept very clean. There are multiple pools, and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. The restaurant offers a variety of food, with different themed nights. The bars offer a large choice of cocktails and soft drinks. The restaurant staff are lovely, a little shout out to Andreas who always made the effort to chat with us. The only downside to our stay was the housekeeping. The bedding was never changed throughout our 10 day stay. The shower and sink were never cleaned either. There was also a small amount of euros that were taken from the desk in our room. Upon checkout, we were never asked how our stay was, which is unfortunate, as we would’ve liked to have had the chance to comment on our experience of staying here. To add, we never witnessed any entertainment in the hotel apart from the aqua aerobics which took place every day. The instructor is definitely passionate in what he does haha. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to both families and couples.
