• Annie (10/5): A lovely motel - This was my second stay at the Golden Heritage and just as good as the first. I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the Beechworth landscape - beautiful in the evening sun. The facilities and decor are pleasant and up to date, the room large with armchairs and a table and chairs for meals/desk and equipped with everything one could need for an overnight stay. The room was as warm as I wanted it to be, there was an electric blanket if needed and the bed was comfortable. The room led off from a corridor which felt more like a smart hotel than a motel. I stayed for two nights and could happily have stayed for longer. Can't think of anything.

• Briahna (10/5): - The staff were really friendly and welcoming. View was amazing, lodging was peaceful. Cabins are spacious and comfortable with all basic amenities. Really impressed. The pool looked super clean but unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it during our stay due to time constraints in our itinerary. The balcony faced the hills and we had a beautiful sunset view. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are passing by Beechworth! Nothing.

I was initially concerned about not being able to store my bike in my room but this was a great set-up. There were also shower and toilet facilities which we were able to use post check out, after we'd been for a ride.

• kevindS2735FV (10/5): Beautiful find in a beautiful location - What a great motel , on the outskirts of Beechworth. Room was spacious with comfortable lounge chairs, bed and a large tv . Views were overlooking the valley below (some rooms overlook the car park).The property also has family cabins near the pool. All rooms are entered by a central internal corridor which i like .A lot of work has gone into development of the property. Lovely family owned operation , who could not do enough for their customers. A cooked breakfast completes the package.It was a treat having a coffee overlooking the valley and watching the squabbling cockatoos .I will be back.

It was nice to have the option to have breakfast delivered to the room as well had to leave early the next morning. Staff were friendly. The bathroom facilities are a bit dated, but they were clean and fit for purpose.
