- NAKAJIMA (10/5): また泊まりたい！ - 総合的にとても快適に過ごせました。 とにかくお風呂が最高でした。いろんな種類の温泉を堪能することができ、何より滑り台がついていることに驚きました。（1人で何回も滑ってしまいました、、、。） あとはビュッフェも程よい品数が揃っており、特に蟹とステーキが別格でした！ちなみに私は3階のリバティを利用しました。 また、他の旅館と比べて売店やゲームコーナーの利用時間が長く、あまりバタバタせずに過ごせたのも良かったです。 近くに観光地も多いので、ロケーション的にもバッチリだと思います。 部屋で機械音が鳴っていてうるさかったです。 和室のお部屋だったのですが、冷蔵庫か何かの機会音がずっと鳴っていて、あまり眠れませんでした。部屋自体は広くてきれいなので、そこが少し残念でした。 あとはビュッフェにドリンクバーが付いていなかったことが残念に思いました。ジュースを飲む場合は別料金で、種類も3種類程しかなかった気がするので、ドリンクバーがあると嬉しいなと思います。

- Megan (8/5): Come for the baths, tolerate the bus tours - The baths are the main attraction here. The hotel is dated and attracts a lot of bus tours. The breakfast buffet was good but some of the guests are very aggressive and don’t respect lines or the table saving process. Glad we skipped the hotel dinner for this reason.

However, the public onsen facilities are large with different hot spring baths to enjoy. The buffet dinner and breakfast also had a wide variety of choices. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Noboribetsu.

- Wong (4/5): - Room is clean and the hotel is within walking distance from several attractions such as the bear park and Jigokudani. Breakfast and dinner buffet were average but repetitive. The only plus point would be the free flow snow crab legs during dinner. I wanted to give a higher rating for service as we had met with a couple of friendly staff but an experience with 2 front counter staff really marred our experience. We wanted to reserve 3 seats for their shuttle bus to Sapporo the night before we check out but was rudely told by the two men at front counter that the shuttle bus is fully booked. They had not checked before saying this. We then asked if they would be able to help to reserve a taxi for us as taxis here cannot be reserved by uber or booking.com and but they had immediately rejected us. This morning, when we checked again with the counter staff, the shuttle bus was not fully booked but we have already bought bus tickets to Sapporo. We mentioned that we were told that the shuttle was not fully booked and the lady looked confused and repeated that the shuttle bus was not fully booked. This feels really disheartening and the attitudes of the two male staff makes it seem like they do not like entertaining foreigners. You are working in the hotel industry in a hotel where many foreigners come and go. I wish that you have more professionalism and patience dealing with foreigners moving forwards.
