- Sherry (10/5): Thanks for giving my a comfortable place to stay for 5 nights and 6 days. I had a lot going on but it was so nice to get - This property was exceptional. The staff went beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and updated. I will definitely stay here again.

- Lynn (7/5): - It was close to rhe venue where I was attending an event. The bed was comfortable. I was very disappointed that housekeeping didn't come to change the towels, replace toilet paper & make the bed. When I went to rhe front desk to ask for towels & toilet paper the employee working there was extremely rude. She was annoyed that I asked for towels and refused to give me 3 towels...1 for each of us in the room. I had to argue for a third towel. When I asked for toilet paper it seemed to really annoy her. Also, the shower urtain smelled like mildew.
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has been a pleasant experience. It was the complete opposite this time. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. Customer service was very much lacking.

- David (3/5): Dont stay here, they need real management! - Location I was in a room Nextdoor to 2 large barking dogs. When I opened my door one of the dogs bit me. I asked to change rooms and was given a room with a broken thermostat. It was 90 degrees in the room. Also the sink was clogged.

- Tausha (9/5): I would stay here again. - The hotel room was very clean. It had nice decor. The staff was nice. It was worth the price I paid ($159 total). Breakfast was okay. They served pork sausage. I would have liked a beef or turkey option as I do not eat pork.I didn't like that housekeeping knocked on my door twice before checkout even though I had a 'still occupied' tag hanging on the knob. They came once about two hours before checkout and again about 10-15 minutes before checkout. I did ask why he was knocking if the tag was on the door. He was polite and apologetic.

- Ritz (7/5): Short and probably wont stay again. breakfast is the only good thing - The breakfast is always pretty good. I like the waffle irons they have and Sunday they had canadian bacon with the eggs. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them. Was very unhappy the first nights shower. We asked for a late check in and was granted the request but the evening staff was not the most polite when we checked in. Apparently past her time, then was told by her a pizza from the desk wad $8 each.

The staff was not very nice and did not do any effort.

I was surprised to hear from her that there was a $75 early check in fee but she didn’t even look up from her computer screen to share this. After a long trip from Maine with two grandsons, tired, this was an unpleasant start. Staff after her were great!

Carpets in hallway were threadbare with exposed seams and staples. This a danger to anyone with mobility issues Room door didnt close properly and had to be slammed shut.
Housekeeping left us with 1/4 roll of toilet paper..when i called down to front desk no one answered. I had go down and when i finally found the only staff person had to beg for a new roll of TP. This same person( evening shift) was either outside playing on phone , tucked into a corner of breakfast area again on his phone generally not caring or paying attention to the guests needs. This was our 3rd stay in as many months, each time we found something else wrong. We will not be returning!

- Leonor (9/5): Overall, the stay at the Hampton Inn was a pleasure. We loved the room and would come back again! - We loved the room...it was spacious, upscale, and clean. We enjoyed the amenities of the room, i.e, television, microwave, and refrigerator. We appreciated the closet space and the lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. In addition, the front desk associates were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The pillowcases didn't smell fresh. Also, there weren't any tissues. Only one, that was strategically placed to look like it was a full box.

- Ntasha (2/5): Very poor - The convenience The bed smelled like old dog the carpet had dog hair all over it. The sheets smelled like old dog, the mattress cover had blood stains on it, the mattress still had the plastic on it and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable me and my husband woke up with pack and side pain. The sheets smelled like wet dog. The carpets need to be shampooed. Especially in the hallway and the room .

The pool was so little, I thought it wasn't worth it to have one that small. Too bad because I swim, not just sit in water. We also had to have the staff put on wrist bands so we could swim, which we didn't. I guess people sneak in who don't stay there, we thought it strange.

They charged me $75 to check in at 12:30, but because I hadn’t slept in the past 24 hours I needed to pay so I can lay down for a little bit
