• Sabrina Rashid (4/5): Very uncomfortable night and substandard breakfast - Didn’t like anything The check in was not smooth. The property owner didn’t left a clear instructions for checking. We need to video call her to find out the keys for room. The bed was so uncomfortable. And the duvet was thin bedsheets only. The breakfast was included but so much substandard breakfast you won’t be bothered to take that. All are packets food. No fresh food and when we asked scrambled egg instead of hard boiled they said they don’t have the facilities. It was a mistake to book the hotel.

La proprietaria mi accolto la mattina prima dell orario del check in e quando nel pomeriggio ho finito la gara ciclistica mi ha offerto la stanza per farmi usufruire della doccia senza chiederlo . Un servizio che non mi era mai capitato se non su richiesta. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per la gara ciclistica Strade bianche.

• Valentina (8/5): B&B tranquillo con personale super gentile e disponibile - Il b&b è in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro e ha un parcheggio privato (si raggiungere da una salita un po’ ripida-fare solo attenzione se si ha un’auto bassa). Colazione ottima e la titolare è stata super gentile perché mi ha preparato una ciambella senza lattosio, vista la mia intolleranza. Camera Petunia molto spaziosa e vista sulle colline. Personale molto gentile e consiglierei assolutamente per una breve vacanza visto che hanno poche camere e ti permette di soggiornare in un ambiente tranquillo. Sebbene il B&b sia a Siena per andare in centro ci siamo sempre spostati con l’auto. Pensavamo di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici ma vista l’incertezza sugli orari essendo giorni festivi non abbiamo preso l’autobus. Tuttavia per fortuna si trovano in varie zone della città ancora parcheggi gratuiti. (Solo come informazione) Non c’è una vera reception quindi per qualsiasi necessità bisogna telefonare. Nelle camere non ci sono persiane o tapparelle ma solo tende oscuranti che però fanno entrare luce alla mattina.

Un po’ lontano dal centro di Siena, dov - Bellissima e originale, con un ingresso condiviso con gli scacchi e una sala colazione arredata con ottimo gusto e con cibo fresco, alcuni piatti fatti in casa. Lo staff è gentilissimo: ci hanno dato indicazioni esaustive su Siena con grande passione (senza averle chieste). Si vede che amano la loro città.

La signora che gestisce la struttura è stata super gentile e disponibilissima: mi ha persino anticipato il check-in, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo dopo il viaggio. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e l’atmosfera molto piacevole. Anche la colazione era ottima, con prodotti buoni e un ambiente tranquillo per iniziare bene la giornata. • Anna (9/5): Cute place in the suburbs of Siena with a small mosquito issue. - Very cute, tidy and quiet place, tasty breakfast and lovely staff. A lot of mosquitos entering the room even during the day. We had to keep the windows closed and use air conditioning for air exchange. A mosquito net is indispensable nowadays in places like this and unfortunately it was not there.

Un elogio speciale va alla proprietaria e allo staff, sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. La loro cordialità fa davvero la differenza e contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare. Anche la stanza è stata impeccabile: pulita, confortevole e con una temperatura perfetta, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata a spasso per Siena. Consiglio assolutamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante in zona! Non abbiamo riscontrato aspetti negativi: tutto è stato in linea con le nostre aspettative

La colazione era ottima ed abbondante dove sono stati serviti degli squisiti prodotti locali. Non ho nulla da segnalare.

• John (8/5): - Enjoyed staying here. Pics shown are representative of the property. Christina (owner) touched base with all guests at breakfast each day to see if any suggestions or help was needed. Christina helped arrange a last minute vineyard tour when we had no reservation. Christina also mapped a country drive on another day for us: spectacular scenery and made for a great day. Would stay again.

• HUGO (4/5): Poco tiempo para check in y nula empatía - Tuvimos una mala experiencia , ya que íbamos de Roma a Siena y tuvimos un problema con el auto que rentamos , por lo que llegamos entre 11 y 12 de la noche al hotel, estuvimos tocando y no nos abrieron, los contactamos por whatsapp y nos contestaron que no nos abrirían , que era tarde y que no molestáramos a los demás huéspedes al estar tocando . Así que nos fuimos a buscar algún otro hotel para pasar la noche . A la mañana siguiente a las 8 am pregunté que a qué hora podríamos ir a dejar nuestras maletas , ya que por supuesto nos cobraron la primer noche con todo y que no nos quisieron recibir , nos dijeron que teníamos Media hora para llegar y si no, que llegáramos hasta las 3 pm que era la hora que nos podían recibir . Una vez que llegamos nos dijeron que la persona encargada ahí, vive y está 24 hrs en el lugar . Lamentablemente tuvimos que hospedarnos ahí por que eran 2 noches las reservadas y no había ocupación en otros hoteles, y de cualquier manera nos las iban a cargar a la tarjeta . Me sorprende ver que este hotel tiene solo 3 hrs para hacer el check in , y que aun estando gente ahí las 24 hrs, no te atienden . Nosotros hacemos todas nuestras reservaciones en esta app, y jamás nos había pasado esto. Hay una falta de empatía , ya que al ser extranjeros , no traíamos servicio de celular, solo whatsapp y no se pusieron a pensar si traíamos o no dinero para pagar otro hotel esa noche . Ojalá puedan hacer algo al respecto para no afectar a más gente en un futuro .

Está en una urbanización a las afueras de Siena rodeada de árboles y vegetación y no se escucha ruido por la noche, lo que es ideal para descansar. La persona que nos atendió era muy simpática y agradable. El desayuno era bastante completo y variado. Me decepcionó un poco el ver que la idea de sitio que me había hecho viendo las fotos no se correspondía con la realidad. En las fotos, la habitación parecía más lujosa y coqueta y no me importó pagar más que otros sitios que había visto más baratos. La habitación estaba bien sin más, con muebles pintados a la tiza y la decoración mejorable que no pegaban unas cosas con otras. La primera sensación fue de sentirme estafado, pero eso no es culpa del sitio sino de la imagen que yo me había creado. Pagué menos por noche en mi parada anterior en Florencia, en un palacio impresionante que por esta habitación de invitados. Al final no usamos nada de las zonas comunes sino sólo para dormir. Espero de corazón que les vaya muy bien, pero el precio no se corresponde con lo que se recibe.

• Isabella (5/5): - Immersa nel verde; camere spaziose; buona colazione Una delle due camere aveva la la doccia sistemata provvisoriamente con degli elastici cosa che non permetteva di lavarsi senza tenere in mano il telefono della doccia; jacuzzi estremamente mal tenuta; inoltre non c’è stato rispetto per il silenzio che una struttura, per altro sita all’interno di un grande giardino, deve garantire agli ospiti (giardinieri con macchinari rumorosi alle 9:30 di sabato mattina, aspirapolvere passato alla stessa ora mentre il personale si riferiva con toni ( per altro poco garbati) “gridati” verso alcuni operatori della struttura intenti a pulire il locale della colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo che non consiglierei, mi spiace. Un luogo che risulterebbe incantevole con alcune accortezze

• Martina (7/5): Nel complesso il soggiorno non è stato del tutto soddisfacente: la struttura avrebbe davvero grandi possibilità, ma serv - La struttura è molto grande, immersa in un contesto tranquillo e con un buon potenziale. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben tenuti, e la posizione permette di raggiungere facilmente Siena. Purtroppo il potenziale non è del tutto sfruttato: le camere risultano un po’ spoglie, con dettagli poco curati che non trasmettono calore né armonia. La gestione è affidata a personale straniero, cortese ma con difficoltà nella lingua italiana, il che rende la comunicazione non sempre immediata.

• Babin (10/5): Very nice - Especially clean and very comfortable bed and room. The hostess Rita was really lovely, her breakfast and coffee was fantastic. She also gave great recommendations for our visit to Siena
• Georgios (10/5): Excellent choice - One of the best places we stayed in Italy. Excellent location in town but feels like it is in the country site. Very quiet and only 7 minutes by car from centre. The place is decorated with the owner soul but the cherry on the top is Ms Rita who runs it and she is very friendly and a lovely person willing to help and explain everything. Free parking on site
• Ayleen (7/5): Good - Very clean, quiet and comfortable Too many follow-ups with the owners, when you're on holidays some of us don't really plan exactly when we arrive or when we'll have breakfast or I don't want to be messaging with them every day etc...if you want to have some sort of hotel the guest's times shouldn't revolve around them it should be the other way around.

• Mona (10/5): Nice stay in Siena - We had a nice over-night stay, with a very good breakfast provided next morning. The staff is very kind and welcoming and we are grateful for the recommendations on where to eat in Siena. The parking is outside of the fenced yard; they have several parking places on the street reserved for the guests; these are shaded. The area seems rather safe and we had absolutely no problem with our car.

• Obenauf (10/5): A lovely relaxing stay with great help from our hostess - This Bed and Breakfast is located on the outskirts of Siena. It is an older villa that has been transformed into a BnB. The rooms are spacious and clean with daily maid service. The beds and pillows are comfortable and air conditioning easy to operate. The grounds are older but clean. The breakfast was very good with fresh pastries, cheeses, meats, hard boiled eggs and fruit from the grounds. Coffee made to order! Rita, the hostess, was amazingly helpful and attentive! She arranged, often with some difficulty due to phone lines, taxis for us into town. Although we had a car, parking in the older part of Siena is a challenge. She gave us restaurant suggestions which were great! She also contacted a winery about 40 minutes from the property and we had an amazing wine tasting and vineyard experience. The porch area was a great place for wine and snacks. Everything was really very nice. As mentioned, the outside is older but, even as we were there, they were making improvements and cleaning the outside areas.

Sometimes the outside cushions had got a little wet so maybe take them inside… it was very hard to think of something negative!!!

The property was outside of Siena and had free parking so we didn’t have to deal with the limited zone in Siena. We stayed over the weekend and public transport was limited. No cork screw available on site.

The host made sure we are confortable and even prepared us breakfast sooner then normal so we could leave earlier. having a room at the first floor make sure you don’t t have heavy luggage.
