- Sabine (8/5): - Gute Lage, abends etwas Lärm vom angrenzenden Soccerplatz. Familientauglich. Möbelrücken auf den Terrassen und Balkonen von Nachbarzimmern war sehr laut.

Nemám výhrady na hotel ani personál ti byli skvělí jen lidé ubytování by mohli být více tolerantní k pravidlům jako jít z pláže se umýt do vnitřního bazénu, který byl pak plný písku nebo u jídla nenechávat děti rozhazovat jídlo. Protože celková atmosféra hotelu byla celkově velmi komfortní.

- Oppenlaender (9/5): - Apartment im 6. Stock war sehr großzügig mit großen Bädern schöner Dachterrasse und Whrilpool. Im Hotel ist ein kleiner Supermarkt wo man auch Brot etc. bekommt. Reinigung und Bettenmachen wurde täglich durchgeführt. Betten waren breit und lang genug Matratzen waren auch gut. Kissen verschiedene Ausführungen waren auch gut. Die Küche ist ohne Spülmaschine und die Ausstattung ist sehr spärlich z.B. keine Eierbecher und keine Schnapsgläser . Kaffeemaschine Nespresso grenzwertig für 4 Personen. Kaffee-Tassen ohne Henkel . Der Fußballplatz nebenan ist Etwas laut am Abend bis 23.00 in Betrieb. Der Supermarkt hatte am Anfang verschiedene Brotsorten am Schluss nur noch das typische Stangenweissbrot.

- Andrea (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade von Can Pastilla mit tollem Meerblick. Das Appartement war groß, sauber und mit Meerblick; die Betten gut und auch die Schlafcouch. Das Frühstücksbüfett war großartig und auch jeden Tag etwas Neues dabei. Die Zimmerfeen haben ihre Arbeit sehr gut erledigt und auch das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Urlaub! Die Ausstattung des Geschirrs könnte etwas besser sein. Wir hatten nur Sektgläser.

- Urška (9/5): Nastanitev je izpolnila naša pričakovanja, bili smo zadovoljni s storitvijo. - Da je to apart hotel in je možnost, da si sami pripravimo preproste obroke. Miren del, kjer se lahko veliko sprehajamo. V bližini vse potrebno: trgovine, restavracije, bus postajališče... V apartmaju je res samo OSNOVNA posoda. Dva od štirih družinskih članov sta spala na raztegnjenem kavču.

Przy hotelu jest wypożyczalnia rowerów, polecam, wzdłuż morza są świetne ścieżki rowerowe. Polecam również Aquarium, 2 minuty od hotelu. Za hotelem jest przystanek autobusowy, stamtąd można dostać się do centrum Palmy a potem z dworca również autobusem do Valdemosy lub dalej. Polecam szczególnie dla osób aktywnych, mnóstwo osób biega, jeździ rowerem lub uprawia sporty wodne.

- Patrick Julian (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man Sauberkeit mag. - Positives: Das Personal (mit Ausnahme von Herrn He…) war freundlich und bemüht, und die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich sehr gut. Beim Essen war die Auswahl eher gering, geschmacklich jedoch in Ordnung. Neutrales: Die Ausstattung des Apartments war zweckmäßig, allerdings bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Negatives: Leider überwiegen die negativen Punkte deutlich: Sichtbare Feuchtigkeitsschäden und Wasserflecken an Wänden und Decke Teilweise Schimmelbildung, besonders im Bereich der Dusche Risse und abplatzende Farbe an den Wänden Insgesamt eher mangelhafter Zustand des Apartments für den Preis Flecken auf dem Boden und kein wirklich sauberer Eindruck Unsaubere bzw. unfertige Stellen im Küchenbereich, teilweise abfallende Küchenteile Zusätzlich war die Sauberkeit ein großes Problem: Ich habe mich bereits vor Ort bei einem Mitarbeiter (Herrn He…) beschwert und darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer schon bei Bezug nicht sauber war. Es wurde mir zugesichert, dass sich darum gekümmert wird – passiert ist jedoch nichts. Ein langes Haar an der Duschwand war vom Ankunftstag bis zur Abreise unverändert vorhanden. Flecken auf dem Spiegel ebenso. Seifenschlieren in der Dusche (offensichtlich bereits vor meiner Anreise vorhanden) wurden trotz Beschwerde nicht entfernt. Generell war das Apartment sandig und staubig, sodass der Eindruck entstand, dass lediglich das Bett gemacht wurde, jedoch keine gründliche Reinigung stattfand – insbesondere wurde offenbar kein einziges Mal gewischt. Auch die Regelung zu den Handtüchern ist fragwürdig: Für Badehandtücher wird ein Pfand von 20 € pro Handtuch verlangt, ein Wechsel ist jedoch nur an bestimmten Tagen möglich. Das ist grundsätzlich noch akzeptabel, wird aber problematisch, wenn z. B. durch ein Kind ein Handtuch verschmutzt wird und kein kurzfristiger Austausch möglich ist. Spa-Bereich: Die Massagedüsen funktionierten nur selten und sehr sporadisch. Die Sauna kostet zusätzlich 10 € pro Person und Tag. Fazit: Insgesamt entsprach das Apartment nicht dem Standard, den ich erwartet habe. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt aus meiner Sicht nicht.

- Yarova (9/5): - Все супер понравилось.Еда была очень всусная.У нас были завтраки и ужины.На завтраке всегда был свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок.Ужин очень разнообразный были и рыбо и мясо и салаты разнообразные,дыни,арбузы,ананасы.Все очень вкусно и все свежее.Номер был очень хорошим.У нас были 2 комнаты,одна с видом на море.А у второй к содалению не было окон.Но нам это не мешало.Мы приходили только переночевать.Все остальное время провадили на пляже или в прогулке по прекрасной Пальме де Майорка.От отеля в двух минутах хотьбы есть автобусная остановка до Пальмы, 25 автобус довещет прямо до Собора Пальмы.Все просто супер.Персонал приветливый.Отель прям на берегу моря.Рядом много магазинчиков вдоль набережной и ресторанчиков. Нам немного долго пришлось ждать нашего заселения.Мы были уставшие после дороги.
