• Marco Antonio (8/5): - No había agua caliente y me ofrecieron cambio de habitación pero a una habitación menor por lo que no acepté y hasta que arreglaron el agua. No hay teléfonos en habitaciones (se usa una app) el hotel le hace falta remodelación.

• ANA (6/5): - En las habitaciones las camas no son cómodas es una tabla de madera la base, les falta iluminación. adicional hay plaga de cucarachas y lo único que dijo el personal es que habían fumigado. El ruido se escucha de los pasillos no hay privacidad. Lo único que se rescata el personal el trato fue amable.

• David Arellano (6/5): - Le urge una remodelación. Los recipientes de productos de bañonestaban vacíos. La cama era muy dura. Algunas secciones estaban a oscuras, lo cual crea un ambiente un tanto tétrico. Entiendo que si la ocupación es baja, cierren algunas secciones, pero deberían tener puertas para no dejar a la vista un largo pasillo a obscuras; en algún momento me sentí como en la película de El Resplandor,lo cual no me causó problema, pero mi esposa si llegó a sentir ansiedad.

• Claudia (8/5): - Overall the stay was great, staff was friendly, however there was ocations when we were having dinner and it was not even busy, nobody would come to our table. We literally had to get up and ask fo assistance. Even to ask for our tab. They had no ice. The rooms were outdated, they need a little update. However we did like it here as its kind of rustic witch we loved. I do have to say we had odd feelings like the place was haunted. We had night mares the first 2 nights. Then someone knocked on our door at 3am. On our last night. When we checked out we asked if the place was haunted and the guy at reception said they usually mention a boy. Or noises like someone is moving furniture. Thank goodness we didn't know this earlier or we would have been freaked out. If you like scary places then stay here. Food was good.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Necesita mantenimiento - El hotel no es el mejor ubicado pero se agradece que tenga estacionamiento y este relativamente cerca del centró de guanajuato ya sea caminando o en carro. El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento, la cama suena cada que te mueves, las llaves se sienten safadas inclusive aveces cobtinuan tirando un poco de agua, el baño del cuarto tenia moho y el aire acondicionado hacia muchisimo ruido

• Valeria (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is not in the middle of downtown we comfortably walked everywhere we needed too. We learned the bus route and were able to take it on days we were a little tired. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will return here if we stay in Guanajuato again.

• Antonio (8/5): - This hotel back in the day was the preferred place to stay while visiting the great city of Guanajuato. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and are in great need of remodeling. Its still an ok place to stay for a night.

• Jose (2/5): - I got really upset with the person transporting our luggage in the hotel, my put my luggage in the buttom and broke my luggage. We waiting in the hotel for our uber to the airport and that hotel staff kept on staring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. The hotel was OK.

I didn't try the food here but other than that the rooms were clean, comfortable, AC and TV, nice view, pool was clean and sitting area beautiful. Internet was a little weak on third floor. Place was Safe and people in town were extremely nice and informative! Guanajuato es mi hogar y siempre nos gusta visitar cuando vamos de vacasiones, esta vez senti mas seguridad en la cuidad, limpia, ordenada y la gente muy bien informada!
• Joseph (4/5): - Weekend guests are noisy, take over the pool and staff makes no effort to remind them of other guests. Bed box springs are coming through and this makes it hard to sleep. AC indicator light creates too much light in the room. As positive points, the restaurant is good with quick breakfast service. Parking on site is good.
