Vera (8/5): sofort wieder - Das Hotelzimmer war nicht teuer. Umso mehr waren wir überrascht wie schön gross das Zimmer war. Da hatten wir schon ganz anderes erlebt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und war absolut okay. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und würden dort sofort wieder übernachten.

David (10/5): - The motel exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the wonderful staff. One of the girls behind the desk, Joanna, was particularly cheerful and helpful whenever we saw her. A young lady named Badia was truly amazing.. Always with a smile and a great attitude. If I owned a motel, I would love to clone her three times to run my establishment. I would stay at the Acorn again if I had the opportunity.

Elizabeth (8/5): We would definitely stay here again! - This older motel is a real gem in so many ways. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our family suite was renovated and SO CLEAN! Comfortable beds. Very reasonably priced. It would have been nice for the rooms air conditioning to be turned on before arriving. The room was hot and took a long time to cool down. Continental breakfast was fine but a hard boiled egg, yogurt & banana would have be a bonus.

The room was perfect with an additional table with 2 chairs and an office table and chair. The bathroom was great. Wifi was perfect. Ontbijt was een beetje karig.
Rebecca (10/5): - The building itself is a little dated and the beds aren’t the comfiest but the amazing staff made up for it. So accommodating and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again for that reason! The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our one night stay.
ChelseaDavid (6/5): - Staff are great and it’s clean. It’s good if you’re a solid sleeper and can sleep through heat, noise and through discomfort. The kitchenette had a mini fridge, stove top and microwave which was great. The continental breakfast was decent but the only protein source is peanut butter and maybe some from the yogurt. It had toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, milk, pancakes, waffles, juice and apples. Rooms are hot and need AC to be comfortable, the AC is incredibly loud. My sleep was poor because of the loud AC, and uncomfortable bed, and the pillows were super lumpy - luckily we got different ones.

Lost reservation. Woke me up at 8 am telling me the water was being turned off in 15 minutes. The shower handle was broken and had to hold it tight during the entire shower. The maid came in and demanded to clean the room WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER! The desk threatened to charge me extra because the maid couldn’t clean! The continental breakfast was horrible. Nothing at all. When I talked to the desk about any refunds since I had to leave early, they said no. Also no manager to contact still Complained to booking and the hotel wanted to settle by apologizing!!! Run From This Place

Johnny (8/5): I ultimately chose this because of the high reviews. - The rooms where comfrotable and clean...which is the most important detail of the trip. I would have liked for trivago or expedia apps to have a filter to show whether or not the motel includes continental breakfast because when you are shopping around for choosing a motel I would say this is definitely a factor to reflect pricing. I also could not find anywhere online that stated that continental breakfast is included.

This just seems very off and unsafe for us to not have access to our room. Also be aware that if you’re traveling with pets they put you on the top floor without an elevator and in the older rooms.

Even opening the windows didn’t help. And the “breakfast” was a little lackluster. Not a lot of options and the cereals were stale. So not the best continental breakfast.

Pet fee was a bit high, $20 per little dog per night. Breakfast only lasted until 9am on a Saturday.

Super clean and the staff was amazing. I gave 4 stars because the continental breakfast was extremely lacking. Only bread/toast and frozen waffles and frozen pancakes and coffee/tea/water. No juice or eggs or pastries etc. If you prefer a light breakfast as in toast and coffee this will work for you but if you’d like something a bit heartier then plan to eat breakfast at a local restaurant.
