• Chong (7/5): - The hotel has an old worldly charm, rooms were clean, but time has not been very pleasant to the interior decor. The food at the Waterfront Restaurant was surprisingly good, we enjoyed our meals so much that we will definitely return just to experience the rest of the menu. Come for the charm, but stay for the food! The first room we stayed in was a bit damp and had a fairly noticable musty smell. We chalked it up to the age of the hotel and the proximity to the ocean front, the room was city facing. However, when we decided to stay an extra night, we requested the ocean facing side, oddly the room was not damp and had no smell.
• Ryan (8/5): We will be back! - The view is beautiful, customer service was great, room was upgraded for no extra cost, food was great. The quality of the TV was horrible, no fan in the bathroom and sink spout way to close, hard to wash hands, View of the roof takes away from the scenery. The restaurant sat us in the Lounge but we made reservations for the window view dining area.

• Stuart (10/5): Fabulous - We loved everything about the hotel, the location, the furnishings, the style but moat of all the number of staff and the professional, efficient and personable nature of their service. The food was excellent as well as our room and of course our view over the water. I travel often. I cannot think of a better experience in a hotel including my frequent visits to Europe. Nothing disappointed us

Heat control non existent. with help of hotel person had to shut it down. Hotel was to look into that.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Great location for views and dining. - Great location for enjoying the town and very good restaurant. Views cannot be beaten. The hot tub wasn’t working for most of the stay and it’s also a bit out of the way for privacy reasons probably but wasn’t inviting even if it had been open.

The island harbour inn also good but no food serv - It’s the only hotel in town with a restaurant and food quite good though expensive. In Rupert you pay Vancouver prices for hotels and food rtc no extra blanket in cool room not delivered instantly on request No Vancouver newspapers or similar!!! Nice to read at breakfast and yes we do have phones. The sink didn’t work and shower water pressure not great but the city has dysfunction al water system so.

My 2nd day bacon mushroom scramble was almost uneatable. Severely overcooked egg. Could hardly cut through it with a fork. Never complained, never explained. Left the worst of it on the plate. The potatoes were great, service was great. see what I liked as it answers this question.
• Tracey (9/5): Great location - Location and staff both excellent The water situation seems to be going on for a long time. It was my 3rd stay in a month, each time the water situstion was an issue. Disappointed my 3rd stay in a month and they put me on the second floor by the entrance.....it was noisy and not private, had to keep the blinds drawn, which made the room dark.
• Paul (10/5): Great place to stay after a day on the motorcycle. - The rooms were great. The dinner was fantastic. Staff couldn't have been better. Loved the view from the restaurant and the bar. Great time.
• Cindy (8/5): Charmant hotel met prachtig uitzicht - We kwamen pas na middernacht aan, rechtstreeks van de ferry, maar dat was geen enkel probleem — de incheck verliep vlot en efficiënt. Het hotel is duidelijk gewend aan late aankomsten. Bij aankomst kregen we gratis flesjes water, omdat er een probleem was met het kraantjeswater. Een attente oplossing! We sliepen in een ruime kamer met een comfortabel kingsize bed en een prachtig uitzicht op het water. Het hotel heeft een authentieke uitstraling, wat bijdraagt aan de charme van het verblijf. ’s Avonds hebben we in het restaurant gegeten — het was echt heel lekker! Niets

• Katrina (8/5): Great hotel in the city centre of Rupert. - The Crest is beautifully decorated and well kept with fancy wooden walls, carpet, high end servers and staff, the customer service is exceptional. I felt like royalty staying there. The bed was too soft and all my weight was on my hips as I am a side sleeper. I’m 5’2” 155 lbs and had a really uncomfortable couple of sleepless nights from tossing and turning.

• Susanne (8/5): Super Aufenthalt nach der Inside Passage! Empfehlenswert - Wir hatten das Hotel im Anschluss an die Inside Passage gebucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren trotz der späten Zeit um Mitternacht äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht neu, aber sehr gut erhalten und gepflegt. Die Betten waren traumhaft bequem!! Das Bad war penibel sauber, wie auch das gesamte Zimmer. Kein modernes Hotel, aber mit Charme. Wir hatten keine Mahlzeit, können dazu leider nichts sagen. Gleich nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, wo man sich z. B. mit Sandwiches o.ä. versorgen kann. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir würden sofort wieder das Hotel buchen, wenn wir diese Reise wieder machen! nichts

• Josephine (10/5): - Very tight parking. A vehicle parked so close that I couldn’t get into my car on the drivers side. Went to the front desk with the licence plate of the offending car so that the patron could be contacted to move the offending car and was told that the hotel does not require guests to provide license plate numbers. Also witnessed a vehicle scrape another in the parking lot the following morning. Hotel need to record licence plates of guests.
