Lage war gut, man kommt überall schnell hin und man kann im Hotel direkt Roller ausleihen(diese sind teurer) und sich die Fähre buchen lassen(gleicher Preis plus Shuttle inklusive) Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Keine Regale/ Schränke, um Sachen verstauen zu können. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Spiegel war kaputt, Waschbecken auch. Sauberkeit hab ich schon besser erlebt. Betten waren ok. preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht.

• Fouad (5/5): - La climatisation dans la chambre etait trop proche des lits, et si vous éteignez la climatisation il fais trop chaud . Les prises ne sont pas a coté du lit pour charger les téléphones, c’est ce qui nous a le + déranger

• Maja (9/5): Super Lage, toller Pool und sehr nettes Personal - Dass das persona sofort reagiert hat wenn etwas nicht gestimmt hat. Die Insel ist sehr voll mit jungen Leuten, dem entsprechend kam es manchmal laut werden. Aber das Hotel an sich ist schön, gut ausgestattet - bis auf die Küche. Die Lage fand ich super. Hotel Taxi kann jederzeit gebucht werden. Etwas hellhörig

• Daniela (8/5): - Der Hauptstrand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Man ist jedoch nicht mitten im Trubel. Das Zimmer ist OK. Der Pool auch. . Im Prinzip war alles ok, nur das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis stimmt gar nicht. LEIDER
• matt (8/5): Solid, well maintained, clean rooms that get the job done. But Koh Tao is expensive. - The hotel is clean, modern, and the rooms are proper. Staff was pretty friendly. I have no complaints. It's honestly pretty expensive for what you get. Especially compared to every other place Ive been in Thailand. The rooms are proper and clean and everything - but they're double the cost of most similar hotels on other islands. But i think this is a Koh Tao issue not an issue specific to this hotel. I still think this hotel is probably well priced when compared to other Koh Tao hotels. Also, you will NEED a scooter to really enjoy this hotel. It's not the kind of neighborhood that's easy to walk around.

• Robert (10/5): PHENOMENAL. - Property is GORGEOUS and the staff are EXTREMELY nice and helpful with any and every concern one would have. BED WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I slept like a baby lol. Also they have bike rentals on site that is better than anywhere on the island. Cant wait to stay here again. Everything was perfect.

• Bianca (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, fussläufig sind Restaurants und ein Supermarkt erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, dank des großen Kühlschranks konnten wir uns gut bevorraten. Das Zimmer hat neben der AC auch einen VAN, sehr angenehm für die Nacht. Schöner großer Balkon mit Möglichkeit seine Badesachen zu trocken und abends noch nett zusammenzusitzen. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Der Shuttle Service vom und zum Pier ist unverhältnismäßig teuer! Wir haben für die kurze Fahrt mehr als zum Flughafen in Bangkok gezahlt. Vermutlich Preisabsprache auf der ganzen Insel. Hatten gehofft, dass dieser Service inklusive ist, hätte man für den Zimmerpreis, ohne Frühstück! erwarten können. Wir könnten leider nicht früher einchecken, da der Room Service noch nicht durch war, unsere Koffer blieben den ganzen Tag an der Rezeption stehen, wurden dann später auch nicht auf unsere Zimmer gebracht. Auch unsere Tochter musste ihren Koffer selbst zwei Stockwerke hochtragen. Die Dame von der Rezeption hielt es trotz Begleitung in unsere Zimmer nicht für nötig ihr zu helfen. Ich habe die Mitarbeiter leider insgesamt als wenig service- und dienstleistungsorientiert und erlebt. Die den Thailändern oft zugesagte und durch mich bereits erlebte Freundlichkeit habe ich in dieser Unterkunft vermisst. Möglicherweise tragen Dinge, wie das Zahlen einer Kaution für das Zimmer oder ein Hinweisschild mit einer Kostenaufstellung für entwendete Gegenstände im Zimmer nicht unbedingt zum Wohlfühlen bei. Sehr schade, da das Hotel wirklich schön ist. Ich würde mir zudem wünschen, dass ein Frühstück in den Zimmerpreis inkludiert ist.

• Lilli (8/5): Stayed here for the third time! - Booked this the first time I was in Koh Tao and always booked it again ever since! You feel right at home, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the pool area is perfect! I love that you're in walking distance to Sairee Beach and city center but still you're away from the crowds and noises. Rooms are very calm (except the animals around haha) and staff is very nice. I already recommended this hotel to many of my friends and they loved it, too! I was very sad when I saw the price increase, last time I booked it was 2023 (3 years ago) and I paid less than half of the price.. I know everything gets more pricey but If they increase the price even more and don't give more service (like breakfast, free shuttle etc.) I won't stay there anymore. Also the gym and pool closes quite early (9 pm) and sometimes they closed it even earlier when they saw that no one's in the gym - this gives away some flexibility. Also the restaurant closes very early (6pm)

• Amanda (10/5): - Lovely place to stay if you want a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Only a 10 minute walk down to the restaurants, bars and beach. Our room was lovely and spacious and clean. Good A/C and great shower with plenty of hot water. The swimming pool was beautiful, mainly quiet too. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. No breakfast option but they do have a very good little restaurant which does lots of breakfast and food options. Nothing it was a perfect place to stay.

• Alejandro (9/5): Buen hotel en zona tranquila - Muy bien ubicado, a distancia muy cercana en moto de todo y andando a una distancia prudente, se puede ir a todos lados a pie, aunque no es muy cómodo por la temperatura y las cuestas. El hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila, que no viene nada mal para descansar del alboroto del centro del pueblo. La piscina está muy bien, el gimnasio bastante deficiente, aunque cumple con lo básico. En general buen sitio. Las cortinas de la habitación olían tan mal que de tocarlas se quedaba el olor impregnado en la mano. Parecía que las hubieran lavado y colgado sin secar y el olor se quedaba en la habitación, haciendo que oliera muy mal en algunas ocasiones.

• Mike (6/5): Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt - Die Lage war gut Pool war geschlossen bzw. erstmal offen aber komplett grün versifft, sodass man selbst gar nicht reinspringen wollte. Die Betten sind original wie Stein, also ich übertreibe nicht, so hart war bisher kein Bett hier in Thailand. Unser Zimmer lag so das es ab 7 Uhr morgens extrem aufgeheizt wurde und man nur mit starker Klima einigermaßen schlafen konnte

Bei der Ankunft wirkte sie sehr gestresst und hat uns nicht willkommen geheissen. Beim Check-out, kam keine begrüssung und kein bedanken. Für das Preisleistungs-Angebot gibt es sicherlich bessere Hotels die näher am Strand liegen als dieses Hotel.

• Roland (8/5): - Die Lage war etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum was gut war um dem extremen Rummel in Strandnähe zu entfliehen. Die Insel war zu dieser Zeit überlaufen. Der Pool war in Ordnung und sauber. Das Zimmer war direkt gegenüber und in Höhe des Pools, es konnte jeder direkt ins Zimmer sehen.

• Katja (7/5): Schönes Hotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt - Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist genau richtig, so dass man schnell im Trubel und bei tollen Restaurants ist, aber auch sehr ruhig, so dass man auch tagsüber seine Ruhe hat. Am Pool hatten wir jederzeit Platz und auch das kleine Restaurant war für eine Stärkung gut. Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig und am Pool hätten wir uns evtl. einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht

• Sophie (9/5): A great place to stay! highly recommend. - Great location that’s slightly out of the busy hustle and bustle but close enough that you can walk easily down to the beach. Gorgeous pool. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and staff changed towels etc every day. Breakfast and drinks were good - amazing mango smoothie! Beds were very hard but not really an issue for us. Lots of lizards in our room but they were friendly and caused us no issues!

• Paula (10/5): Everything was great . We rented a motor scooter but the hotel is walkable to the center of town. - The rooms were modern immaculate and the most comfortable bed and linens. The restaurant has great food but I kept forgetting to pay because you can’t charge to your room. Not really a problem but took some time to remember.

• Alex (5/5): Nice but wouldn’t book again - Chaantalay is very clean and the staff were very nice. Everyone always had a smile on their face and we felt very welcome! The beds are very uncomfortable. Please note if you have back issues, it may not be the best place for you. They are very thin and hard! The Thai food they served was lovely however not so much western food. Please also note it is at the top of a hill. And if you don’t hire a moped you will be walking that hill often! We also felt like they always wanted to get money out of us too. We paid a lot for a standard twin originally, however when we got there that room was absolutely tiny so we paid an extra amount to upgrade. We ate at the restaurant often and I am pretty sure I got overcharged once. They also advertise for a free transfer back to the pier. When we went to book this, we were told you are only eligible for it if you book your room directly with the hotel. You are not eligible if you use booking.com. We explained our concerns and they were kind enough to let us have the free transfer. We just thought it was a bit cheeky given that we’d already spent a lot of money with them!

• Ela (10/5): - הצוות היה מסביר פנים, עזר בכל דבר קטן. שכרנו מהם אופנוע והוא לא הניעה באיזשהו שלב, הם מייד באו להחליף לנו אותו בלי שכמעט היינו צריכים לחכות. החדר היה נקי וגדול. הבריכה מהממת. המיקום כמה דק' הליכה מהאיזור המרכזי ככה שהיה שקט בלילה, אנחנו נהננו מזה מאוד. ממליצה בחום! העיצוב הוא של מלון מודרני כזה.
