• Danielle_C (9/5): Great pool! - The pool was much appreciated! Huge room, with comfy bed and pillows. It's a small island, so the location is good enough to get everywhere quickly. The room itself was clean, and the staff provided fresh towels and water every day. The shower needs a better cleaning. - Not a problem in itself, but for those with mobility issues, be aware that the guest house has steep stairs! - The lack of a shower shelf to place shampoo, etc. - A full body mirror would be much appreciated. - Bad lightning
• Adolfo (5/5): There’s better places to stay on Koh Phi Phi at the same price point. - Close to the dock. Nice pool. Sliding door to the outside didn’t latch or lock. I had to tie it off with my belt to keep people out. Staff didn’t bother to help at all with luggage even though they saw me struggling with 3 large bags. The guy just led me to the room while I dragged behind.

• Brett (7/5): Good value for money - Property was in a great location only a few minutes walk from the pier but also incredibly quiet. The pool was nice, we could access it directly from our rooms’s terrace. Wi-fi was unpredictable. There was only one sun bed and nothing to sit on around the pool (our terrace was always shaded)

• Aliisa (5/5): - The hotel is in center of Phi Phi and was easy to find. Walk from Pier was only few minutes. Hotel has nice pool and we stayed in room where you could go straight to the pool. Room was’nt very clean, there was spider web and some fingernails on nightstand.. also there was mold in shower. There was bad smell so first thing we did was to keep doors open so the air would clear.

• Babak (9/5): Erholsam und schön! - Das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel sehr schön eingerichtet man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Was noch besser wäre wäre wenn die Dusche bisschen separiert wäre so dass es nicht nass wird. Sonst alles top!

• Julia (6/5): Na krótki pobyt nie najgorzej - Apartament w samym sercu Phi Phi, równa odległość do obu plaż, niestety woda przy kąpielisku pozostawiała wiele do życzenia… na szczęście za 100 TBH/os można popłynąć na Long Beach, gdzie woda była rewelacyjna. Największy + obiektu to cena i lokalizacja. Fajnie, że codziennie była dostawa świeżej wody i ręczników. :) Personel niezbyt przyjazny, po dwóch dniach jakiś pan przyczepił się, że chodzimy w klapkach po korytarzu i kazał chodzić na boso (fuj). Apartament raczej nie należy do tych najczystszych, wszędzie kurz i brudne lustra. Na szczęście ręczniki i pościel ok.

• Larissa (9/5): Really good location - The location was brilliant and the staff was really nice and helpful too. Pretty good value for money. The bathroom is a bit small and there are loads of stairs, so wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues or small kids.

• Brooklyn (7/5): - The property was in a perfect location. Only took a few minutes to walk anywhere we needed to go. Only 3 minute walk from the pier. Very central. Great spot. Very friendly staff and easy check in. The rooms were nice and beds were comfy. We only stayed for a night so it was very convenient There was never any wifi. You had to be in the lobby for even a little bit of wifi to work. We also had a big ant problem in our room, in the bed, ect.
• Igor (6/5): - Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage mitten im Zentrum und alles ist gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig dort und man bekommt vom Lärm nichts mit. Das Personal ist auch erreichbar wenn die Rezeption geschlossen ist Es gibt zwei Pools wobei das Areal von einem Pool unaufgeräumt und der Bauschutt sich in einer Ecke sammelt. Das Hotel hätte viel mehr Potenzial wenn man es mit ein bissichen Aufwand auf Vordermann bringt Auch die Matratze war viel zu hart und unkonfortabel.

• Riki Waikato (3/5): Misleading location, unusable WiFi, and outdated photos made the stay frustrating - We booked 2 rooms and it was nice having them next to each other. It was good having access to the pool from the room. The location showed on booking.com DOESN'T match the location of the hotel, very frustrating when dragging luggage around with children. The WiFi was pretty much unusable, if you need reliable internet then this is not the place for you - I tried to talk to the reception but got nowhere with it. Not sure of the age of the photos but they were not very accurate.

• john (5/5): Ok if your a kick boxer - Having to endure loud music for most of the day. And Having to get a taxi to find night life.
• Rowan (1/5): AWFUL + Bed bugs!! - Nothing. First of all, the bed was infested with bedbugs. After only the 2 nights we stayed there, both my partner and I were completed bitten up by bedbugs. At first we thought it was mosquitos but we found bed bugs crawling on us the second night. It was awful and a very expensive cleaning session for all our belongings when we had to cut out trip short to go to Bangkok to get the situation sorted. Secondly, the hotel was very smelly. As soon as you leave the room door there was a very bad penetrating smell. Overall, the room itself was very mediocre. For the price we paid it was really NOT worth what we paid for. Would not recommend.

• Jessica (6/5): Meets basic needs but lacks hospitality and cleanliness - The property was central and gave us easy access to all parts of the island. The area surrounding the property was dirty and there was piles of rubbish bags near where the Sun beds were meant to be (but weren’t). The bed was very hard and the receptionist seemed hesitant or bothered when we asked for help with our tv and the hot water. Our main frustration was the experience we had didn’t align to the price we paid, we didn’t expect lots but cleanliness and kindness are important.

• Jitan (10/5): - One of the nicest rooms we had in Thailand. I love wood walls and ceiling. Bed was comfy and our first floor room had the pool right outside our sliding door. Staff was courteous - great stay!

• Melissa (9/5): Nice place, set back in the centre - Good hotel in terms of value, location and quality. It wasn't dirty by any means, but the floors could have done with a sweep from sand. There are two pool options - small but definitely nice to have. Our room was a great large size, with dressing table, wardrobe, TV and stand, and good size balcony. A big plus was the security box in the room - something we haven't had in many places. It was greatly appreciated. The lady on reception was pleasant and let us store our bags after we checked out. There are lots of friendly cats hanging out around the halls and hotel - we enjoyed it but maybe not everyone would. It wasn't dirty by any means, but the floors could have done with a sweep from sand.

• Debra (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent but that is all it had going for it. The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood (the hardest bed we have ever had to try to sleep on (not that we got any sleep)! Too much dark wood on the walls and ceiling made the room feel very oppressive. No working TV channels and the Internet was diabolical to non-existent. Paint peeling off the walls. The rooms need a makeover.
• Sinead (6/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Great location. 4 minute walk from pier. Can be quite noisy. Music playing until 1/2am so not ideal if you are a light sleeper. Not sound proofed. Could hear people talking in the next room. Cleaners were quite noisy while cleaning the room next to us which woke us. Staff also banged on our door 15 minutes before check out time for us to check out now which I didn’t appreciate.
• Emma (7/5): A pleasant short stay - Location is good, less than a 5 min walk to the ferry port. Rooms were authentic and they had a couple of resident cats which was lovely. You could hear some noise from the parties on the island at night however nothing my ear plugs didn’t sort out. Our UK adapter only fit into one plug (3 pins vs 2) so we had to unplug the tv if we wanted to charge anything.
• Yachty22 (5/5): Phi Phi island has changed for the worse over 17 years - The location is smack in the middle of the town. Make sure you get a long tail to explore the nearby islands, they are amazing. This isn't to do with the accommodation but the smell of the town is horrendous. Smells of fermented fruit mixed with rotten thai food. Not pleasant at all when swimming in the small pool at the hotel. The rubbish on the beaches are disgusting.

• Christian (10/5): JJ Residence - It's located in the centre of the island, yet far enough away from the party areas/noise. Plenty of food stores including authentic thai restaurants from the door step. Clean, big rooms and good quality beds and sheets. Great new ACs, and pool is nice and well kept. Check-out time is 1100hrs and ferries are either 0900hrs or 1430hrs. It'll be good to have a 12-1300hr option but this is not isolated to this hotel as most are the same. You can leave your luggage at the reception.

• Jacqueline (7/5): Great location for 2-3 nights - Location was great central but quiet. We had two rooms the room on the same level as hte swimming pool had a damp smell. The area aroudn the pool needs some work to make you want to spendtime there.
• Kay (8/5): Great stay, nice small pool, close to the pier - Great location, and value for money The receptionist was so lovely! The pool rooms had direct access to the pool from the baloney. The pillows were too small, could do with an extra for comfort.
• Marionne (2/5): Overpriced for what you are given, however if you are separate it will do. Would not stay for two nights. - Location, walk in swimming pool and the fact they had rooms available The room smelt mouldy as soon as we got in, we thought it was aircon. It wasn’t! We also found a big dead black bug in the floor. The shower was old fashioned, we were given a room by the pool. The pool was not bad but bad lighting at night. Also we had a trip at 6 am, checkout is at 11am, we left our bags in the reception. We called their number and they told my husband it costs 300 Baht per hour our bags remain there, we’ve travelled to many different countries and different parts of Thailand, we have never experienced this. So they would have charged us 900 baht for three hours. Bear in mind we paid Bhat 1870 for a night, you’d think they could keep our bags for three hours for free. Our tour guide was shocked when we informed him, he offered to look after our suitcases and suggested we complain to tourist police as this is unheard of in Thailand.
• Eden (7/5): Friendly, quiet location, good hotel - Easy, friendly check in. Close to everything but also far enough away that it’s quiet. Staff very friendly. Only got 1 pillow, asked for another and we got them quickly. Not many sun loungers. Water pressure not amazing but enough to wash your hair.

• Lauren (8/5): Lovely hotel, lovely clean and spacious rooms. Ideal location - Great location only a 5 minute straight walk from the pier and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice small pool but very close to the beach to use the sea. Large sized rooms and a decent size balcony. The staff we not very helpful when we asked for recommendations or had questions about the room.

Staff were great and cleanliness is great but shower heads need cleaning . Only stay here if you get pool rooms or if location to close by shops and restaurants is important to your stay. First room was terrible. Bed was broken. But staff were great. They changed our rooms immidiately as it was low season. They had plenty rooms. Lighting is terrible. It's super dark in the room. Defintely get a pool rooms, it's the best part. Room has a musky smell.

• ed (6/5): - We had a pool side suite, which ended up saving this property. The smell of mold was horible our A/C filter was black. (1st thing we do in every hotel is clean the A/C filter!) We stayed 4 nights and by the end we loved our stay here besides the smell of our room. The shower was very much lacking!
