• Shannon (7/5): Nice location but would have liked a shower too - Close walk to the harbor. Lots of places to eat. The shower did not work in the morning, and water was coming out of the light fixture above it, making it unusable. We informed the front desk at checkout, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Not being able to shower before a 7-hour drive was very disappointing.

• Roman (8/5): В цілому 8/10 - 90% персоналу знали англійську мову, що було зручно! Багато розваг для діток! Зручне розташування! Хотілось би повернутись ще Дуже холодний басейн , наші дітки люблять плавати , але тут це було неможливим , водичка по відчуттям була 21 градус , не більше

• Inga (10/5): Great value for money, great location! - Super nice outdoor area for kids! A lot of activities - outdoor pool, table tennis, playground, volleyball, golf, fireplaces.. Each house has terrace and furnitures to have breakfast or dinner outside :) A bit old fashion bathroom

• Iwona (6/5): - Apartament ogólnie w porządku, przestronny i wygodny. Jednak są i niedociągnięcia, np. zatkane odpływy w prysznicu i umywalce, brak półki w łazience, bardzo słaby sygnał wi-fi. Hotel znajduje się bezpośrednio przy ulicy, ale ruch jest niewielki, więc to nie przeszkadza. Duży plus za zamykany parking. Zaraz obok hotelu znajduje się bardzo dobra restauracja z daniami regionalnymi.

• Ieva (8/5): Good hotel - Everything was good - room very big, comfortable bed, good kitchen equipment. The only minus is super thin walls - we could hear every word from the neighbor room. And from my 5 years old son I had to answer some tricky questions about what are they doing behind the wall:)

• Oleg (10/5): Горные лыжи в высоких татрах!!! - Удобное расположение, рядом аквапарк, термы и горы. Были на авто, на территории прекрасный ресторан!!! Отлично, рекомендую!!!
• Verified traveler (6/5): -9, windy and pitch dark: go look for a brown door - The apartment was clean, warm and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. However, the bathroom had nowhere to mount the shower head or put down soap etc. Towels minimal. The toilet fan not working. Seemed like a place that would be ok in the summer but in the winter needs to be better appointed. Checkin most disappointing. It was -13 and pitch dark outside and the receptionists were unsure how to direct us to our apartment in the large estate. All they could say was to look for a brown door! It would have taken five minutes to walk us to our apartment and back to their office. Instead it took what seemed like a long time to hunt it down across broken pavements and fences and finally only due to the kindness of some tenants who could hear us fumbling around outside. Checkout however was very friendly. Different staff.
• Rodzina 2+2 (10/5): pokuj typu studio - jakość w stosunku do ceny, optymalna. Doskonałe położenie całego osrodka pomiedzy Popradem a Wysokimi Tatrami. Bardzo miła obsługa, bezproblemowo mozna porozumiewac sie po polsku. Program animacyjny dla dzieci w cenie. Place zabaw dla dzieci odsuniete od dróg wew. i oczywiscie od drogi głównej ( w tym jeden przy samej restauracji). Na terenie restauracja z menu dnia w b.dobrej cenie. W budowie mały basen i sauna. Polecam
