La atención de la recepción es exquisita, muy atentos, te guardan las maletas, te dejan usar el baño... Realmente impecable. Tiene ascensor y se agradece. Muchas de las fotos, son del alojamiento hermano que tienen, que se ve que es de más categoría. En el que nos alojamos nosotros era algo peor, las ventanas no cerraban bien (aunque dan a un patio interior) y había bastantes ruidos por la noche

• Helen (8/5): Lovely stay in a gorgeous room, would happily return. - Lovely spacious room, really clean and comfortable. Had tea/coffee facilities plus a fridge which was really useful. Good location close to the main station and about 15 min walk into the heart of town. As is typical of old buildings the noise can travel from people coming and going as there were tiled floors and heavy doors but wasn’t really an issue for us.

• David (10/5): Would definitely stay here again - Immaculate and perfect location. All the famous sights are walkable. 2 blocks the the train station and many shopping and eating places. No comfortable place to sit, except for the bed. Hard plastic chairs.

The staff very kindly set me up in a room in their sister hotel so I could finish a meeting. A booster in the room or close to it should be considered.

The location was just perfect as I was traveling with heavy luggage and was able to drop it from the station to leave me free to explore the city. The room and facilities more than met my expectations. A little balcony was a bonus. The bed was amazing, truly the best night's sleep I've had in a while. I would definitely book to stay at the Alba again when I next visit Florence. There was nothing I didn't like. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe.

The noise coming from AC. It seems the AC needs maintenance since the noise is from fan rotor. However, this is a minor issue since the noise from AC (for heating) is not that much.

• Marit (10/5): Sehr professionelle Mitarbeiter. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. - Lage ausgezeichnet. Mit Abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter die wir in ein Hotel begegnet sind. Ohne übertrieben zu sein, waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption super freundlich, kompetent und professionell. • Ariela (5/5): Lindo si no tienes problemas con subir escaleras altas! - La propiedad es amplia. Y cómoda. Nos vendieron vista al mar pero nos dieron sin vista pero con cocina. No hay limpieza diaria, funciona más como un airbnb. Debes limpiar tu. Igualmente es lindo y tiene mucho equipamiento. El único y gran problema es que queda en un piso alto y no hay ascensor. Las escaleras son difíciles sobre todo con el equipaje , si bien el dueño te ayuda, a la salida no estaba. No ir si hay gente mayor o niños pequeños.

• Ellen (6/5): - I like that it is close to the metro and walkable to other attractions like the duomo cathedral, central market, Ponte Vecchio, piazza dela signoria, and the Accademia Gallery. What’s unique is that attractions are next to each other and you can find several restaurants and stores. The property is spacious inside and has a lift. It is an old building and so we have encountered a few mosquitos inside the room. But overall, it’s a good place to stay.
