• Olivier (6/5): Séjour sur un site agréable mais les équipements se dégradent d années en années … - 3eme séjour dans cet hôtel. Cadre très agréable avec une piscine et la mer à 30m. A 5 mn à scooter du centre ce Thong sala. Personnel attentionné. Par contre les équipements du bungalow sont vétustes (par ex meuble sdb non accessibles, tiroirs bloqués et charnières portes complètement rouillées 🥹, micro ondes qui a vécu ) et la propreté qui n était pas au rdv ( ex en arrivant cheveux dans la douche et papier wc jauni, détritus et mégots sur la pelouse synthétique devant le bungalow) L équipement mériterait d être renouvelé pour le prix proposé, car le site reste agréable au milieu de la verdure. À noter un très bon loueur de scooter au niveau du port : agence budget two, avec un Honda 350cc impeccable pour voyager à 2 sur l’île. Propreté et Équipements vétustes

I’ve been going there for 10 years and the owner and staff are all great. A bit more expensive than previously, but then it was fairly busy this time (2nd week of March 2026.).

• Alina (9/5): Hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt, kann ich nur empfehlen - Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse und direkt einen Strand vor der Tür. Ist zwar nicht der schönste aber trotzdem sehr praktisch. Das Personal war auch sehr nett und wir hatten genug Platz. Das Zimmer ist ein wenig veraltet. Hat trotzdem alles was man braucht.

Facile de manger dans petits restaurants de plage, location scooter sur place, réservation taxi sur place..... bref tout pour nous faciliter la vie ! Si on a la chance de revenir un jour, c est ici que nous nous relogerons 😉

• Moreno (7/5): Fantastico Resort sul mare - Il resort è molto bello e gestito da bravissime persone. Il nostro alloggio era sulla spiaggia. Fantastico. Peccato che c’era sempre vento. Pulizie della camera e asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Purtroppo il bagno non è all’altezza di tutto il resto. Sicuramente si puó utilizzare tranquillamente, ma è un vero peccato perchè con qualche modifica potrebbe arrivare a livello di tutto il resto.

Las instalaciones previstas de vajilla y una cocinita y pava eléctrica para hacer lo basico. 3. La amabilidad del personal desde el principio excelente y en lo personal nos ayudaron mucho desinteresadamente con un problema de equipaje (nos llego un día atrasado) dándonos comodidades y atención para estar tranquilos. Hasta nos consiguieron taxi para el check out 4. Y para concluir tuvimos un upgrade de habitación! Todo excelente !!!

• Spencer (8/5): immaculate vibes - great, peaceful resort right on the beach. ideally you want a moped or some type of private transport to easier to access surrounding cafes, restaurants and locations. room as advertised. no complaints really. tv in room was very small but i didn't come to this location to watch tv so it is immaterial.
• Lilou (8/5): Plage, plage et plage ! - La plage DANS l’hôtel est juste folle. Pas trop de monde, avec du sable fin et une mer bleue magnifique. Pas d’équipement compris avec l’hôtel, cependant, l’hôtel voisin possède un bar restaurant juste fantastique auquel on peut accéder. La piscine au top également ! Une chambre un peu dans son jus, avec des draps ne tenant pas au lit et une douche cassée. Pour des jeunes comme nous, manquais d’animation aux alentours.

• Johanna (7/5): Toplocatie! - Centrale ligging, ideaal om het eiland te verkennen. Scooter huren via de eigenaresse is betrouwbaar en makkelijk. Interieur wat ouderwets en deur sloot niet perfect, maar voelde veilig. Ruime familiekamer met koelkast. Toegang tot bar, pooltafel en zwembad bij aangrenzend resort. Lieve, oprechte eigenaresse. Wij gunnen het haar enorm. Wij hebben genoten! Prachtig uitzicht vanuit je kamer!!! Wij zaten direct aan het strand. Zwembad water prikte zo erg aan je ogen dat we geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van het zwembad. Als je allergisch bent voor katten moet je hier niet zijn. Ze komen soms je kamer in en liggen in de lobby op de schone handdoeken.

• gwennaelle (9/5): Super ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment. C'était difficile de partir. - L'établissement est très sympa, à mi-chemin entre le resort et le camping. Parfait pour nous. Il est situé en bord de mer et possède une piscine très agréable. Le principe du bungalow (très bien équipé) est super car il permet une autonomie totale, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement pour profiter pleinement de cette ile. Assez proche d'une route, il permet de prendre facilement des taxis pour se rendre partout dans l'ile et profiter des plages paradisiaques des environs. Le personnel n'est pas facile à aborder, ce qui peut être un peu déroutant au départ, mais très efficace et près à rendre service quand on le demande. Il n'y a pas de restauration sur place mais on peut facilement manger aux alentours.

Staff were helpful in arranging taxis for full moon party & to the pier for us. Affordable prices too! Great value for money. There was confusion about when our check out was and we were incorrectly woken up whilst very hungover the day after full moon 🤣 But easy mistake to make 🤣 Room cleaning come into your room even if you haven’t put the “please clean” sign out, which was odd.

Close to shops , restaurants and 7/11.Recommend for couple or calmer travellers Check in staff a bit rude and blunt but the man was very helpful and booked a cheap taxi. Went to full moon party - need taxi transfer would get accom closer.

Not far from thong sala can walk along the beach to get there. Restaurants nearby at other accommodations along the beach. Nice plants, trees around the accommodation feel like you are in the jungle but by the beach Very dated accommodation, bathrooms need replacing, damp smell, leaking toilet in one room. Some windows insecure. Some rooms are bright and airy others darker more cramped and worst condition. No food of any type available. Self catering facilities very limited

• Barb (4/5): a little too far out if you don't have a scooter/car - the pool area was nice and the beach provided a lot of shade and was raked often to keep the leaves off. The gentleman that showed us to our room was very kind and friendly. There's a great restaurant and bar next door and a chill little bar restaurant down the beach maybe 15-20 min walk down but no other beachfront places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and the outdoor seating/porch was appreciated especially because my family all got the stomach flu so a comfy outdoor area was useful when trying to avoid the sick ones. The woman in charge at the hotel was a little stern/brisk and it felt like we were a bother when we tried to ask questions or for assistance to call a taxi. The rooms had poor soundproofing...which became obvious when the norovirus ran through and we could hear our neighbours rushing to the toilet being ill at night and I'm sure they could also hear us. Which brings us to the worst part of our stay. Per the above mentioned, my husband had the stomach flu first, so he was quarantined in our room for over 24 hours. Our room had two beds, so to try to keep some distance and hopefully remain healthy, I decided to sleep in the single bed. I awoke in the middle of the night, I felt a tickle on my face but thought it was maybe a stray hair of mine. Since I was disturbed from my sleep, I got up to use the bathroom and found two cockroaches in the bathroom! I was panicked and after some excitement we killed them both. I went to crawl back into my bed and discovered that the "tickle" I felt on my face was a HUGE 3 inch cockroach crawling around on my pillow!!! The next day I simply asked it they could spray the room for bugs and deal with the cockroach carcasses and the woman at the desk tried to blame me for eating in my room? Are you joking me right now? Nobody was eating anything in our room! Everyone was busy throwing up. But also, they provide an outdoor kitchen, if food is an issue in the rooms perhaps don't offer cooking facilities? I just don't see why there had to be any blame at all. I would have been satisfied if they went in and cleaned up the room and carried on. We did hear our neighbours complain upon check out that we were loud, and I admit I made a lot of noise when I discovered the cockroach on my pillow at 1am and when smashing the cochroaches dead with our sandals in the middle of the night so I do regret that I disturbed them. The bathrooms were in need of a deep clean, even before our flu situation

• Rebecca (2/5): Ruined my stay in Koh Pangnan - The short distance to the beach from bungalow When I arrived just gone 12pm, I was told the lady to go and comeback at 2pm as my room was being cleaned. I came back at 2:22, with no one to be seen at the reception for 30 mins. I had to ask the gardener who had to call the lady to come. She then sent a man who told me, I had to wait in reception as my room was not ready!!! After 15/20 mins of more waiting I was finally shown to my room. The room door did not shut properly. There was a large gap that would let the mosquitos in to eat me alive! I reported but told by the man “it’s ok”. The cleanliness of the room. This was so bad, I had an allergic reaction due to the dust. As washing up liquid is provided, I assumed there would be hand soap in the bathroom.. no. The WiFi does not work past the reception and pool area, although there are multiple logins. The day before my last day, I asked the lady if she could book me a taxi to go to the pier (100baht), she told me to be ready for 9:30, I asked if I could have the same assistance with my luggage (I’m disabled) , (a guy carrying 1 of 2suitcases I had) she said yes. 9:28 no help came. I went to reception to ask where the taxi was and the man to help with my cases. She said the man had left. I asked if there was anyone else to help as I was unable to walk the distance with all my luggage. She replied “YOU MUST PAY 1000 baht, FOR ME TO HELP!!” It looked like she had forgotten to book the taxi as she immediately called someone (her friend) who came to collect me 20 minutes later. He then swapped drivers half way to the pier! If I hadn’t pre booked my ferry transportation, I would have left in an heartbeat. The beach access was the best and only good thing about this accommodation. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The beach is very clean and there are not alot of people (although the hotel was fully booked). The pool was also very clean and again not crowded at all. We loved it.

The cabin itself was a good size with a fridge and storage space. Bathroom on the smaller side. Transportation links around the resort as well as the bathroom within the property were not ideal. Bathroom kept flooding when taking a shower.
• Thize (6/5): Pleasant - Location directly on the Beach was great, comfortable beds The hostess was an absolute nightmare, unfriendly, unclear in communication, not helpful. At this price point we expected more service than only cleaning of the rooms, but there was no free water available, and she refused (!) to help us rent a scooter "I don't talk to you". We arrived in the rain at 1230, soaked with two children. When we asked if our room perhaps was already available, she did not ask for our booking confirmation, but complained that checking in before 1400 was not possible, and that she did not like to work during the rain. Personnnel supposedly was on a break, but after 1300 we could enter the room. No towels, luggage carry or other help in the soaking rain was offered. After having lunch at the much more friendly neighbouring Kiki Resort, we returned at 1315, upon which she saw us coming and retreated to her rooms to sleep. Upon arguing back and forth, it turned out she had misheard our name, and our room was available after all. We have stayed at many hotels in Thailand, and in many of them that were less than half the price were we treated better.

• Rob (8/5): Very nice indeed - The beach is really nice. It’s quiet and gets the sunset. The basic room we booked was really good value. The grounds are lovely. The pool was lovely too. We really enjoyed our few nights here as was upset to have to leave.

Beautiful place, everywhere is very clean, the bedding smells beautifully fresh, hot water, you will find absolutely everything you need, including very safe parking. Absolutely 100% rekomended!! Thank you very much again for your hospitality, thanks to you, my holiday memories became even more beautiful!! See you next time :)

• Kathryn (7/5): Good value for beach/pool - Located on the beach. Pool was nice. Resort itself is really pretty. Not too far from restaurants and pretty close to the ferry pier (about 45 min walking). AC worked well. Very chill vibe here, lots of families. Wifi did not work very well. No outlets near the bed. Bungalow was very dated, especially the sink/bathroom. Side road to resort is very dark at night, I would suggest making sure you arrive during the day. 2/3 nights were really quiet but one night there was really loud music, presumably from the one nearby bar. Bungalow is closed with a pad lock. Didn’t have hot water but staff acted very quickly and fixed it within a a few hours. The bungalow had a lot of bugs, ants in particular which I imagine that comes with the territory of bungalows but wanted to mention.

• Pompom (10/5): Great beach front resort. - They where very nice people, let me check in early and gave me a quiet cottage away from noise and pool. The cottage had a good size and a private gated and only a few steps to the beach. Suitable for longer stays. Can't think of anything that was missing. Even had little soap bars. For longer stays a gas cooker would be good but may be they have that in the larger cottages.
